The villa was absolutely spectacular!

The villa was absolutely spectacular! Although it looks great in the photos, I personally believe it looked even better in real life. Everything from the drive, patios, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate, not even a speck of dust to be seen…
The villa was absolutely spectacular! Although it looks great in the photos, I personally believe it looked even better in real life. Everything from the drive, patios, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate, not even a speck of dust to be seen! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a kettle, toaster, induction hob, microwave and so much more. Dionisis had very kindly stocked up the kitchen with plenty of food for our arrival, which was extremely kind of him. Not only did we have fruits, but we found milk, juice, pasta, crisps, salsa and a whole lot more!! Dionisis was very polite and professional and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had about the villa or the island itself. He was a great host! The scenery from the villa is something you could never get tired of! It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of tea! It’s definitely the perfect place to go to if you want a nice, relaxing holiday. Really enjoyed it, I would very highly recommend it, I promise you won’t be disappointed and I would definitely go back again!

This is truly a five star villa - even better than the photos! Honestly can’t fault anything about it - it’s finished to extremely high standards, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. It’s very quiet, secluded and view is absolutely beautiful, beds so comfy, kitchen very well equipped and Dionisis is a great host. Easy to drive to local beaches and great restaurants nearby (Nobelos especially good). Our first trip to the island, but we’ll definitely be back!

Cleanliness, everything that you would need for a top class stay was there. The infinity pool was incredible, the small town close by had great restaurants ( if you can drag yourself away from the villa )!!! Ping pong table room, sound system , a kitchen that is so fantastic, its indescribable !! , basket ball court. And the owner Dionisis could not have been more welcoming. We travel a lot, and would again repeat.. this is the best villa in which we have ever stayed.

Five stars is not enough for this property. The Villa is a dream come true deserving 10 stars. It is modern and minimalist yet not lacking anything you will need. It is away from the crowds. The sunrise from this property is simply spectacular. Dionisis is super attentive. He filled the fridge with food and goodies. He even allowed us to check in early and check out later. He was knowledgeable to recommend places to eat and to order from. He arranged for us to have a private boat outing and recommended amazing places to visit. Dionisis had constant communication from the start and immediate response to all my inquiries. Definitely worth the money. I would definitely recommend this property if you like privacy and are looking to enjoy an incredibly architecturally beautiful house with wonderful views. It is very near to Agios Nikolaos Port and amazing restaurants nearby. The only thing recommended is car to get around the island.

The villa is simply incredible. It’s rare to find a place that’s even better than the pictures make it out to be, but this was true for this gorgeous house. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are very comfy, and there is every amenity you might need, from pool towels and bathrobes and slippers to coffee and breakfast supplies. And the views are just breathtaking! Dionisis was the perfect host: he helped us arrange taxis, quad bike and boat rentals, recommended the best beaches and restaurants nearby and was always just a quick text message or phone call away. One of the best holidays I’ve had in a while, and I definitely plan on coming back!

An special, exceptional place - a most private location - a villa designed to the highest specification, with unmatched views and the ultimate infinity pool. Every detail perfect - thanks to Dionisis our great host - always there to help and make sure our stay was amazing. The kids loved the technology (Netflix’s / TVs in bedrooms / WiFi / sound bars) and the activities - basketball games and table tennis matches! Lots of great local restaurants and nice beaches. Dionisis organised a private boat trip one day - great way to see the island and its secrets!

Dionysis arranged the best chef (I swear he was an Iron Chef!!) and private boat tour to Shipwreck/Blue Caves. Dionysis was the best property manager very responsive and helpful. He provided the best recommendations. We stay at luxury villas all over Greece and this one was by far the best. Highly recommend. Very Beautiful. Brand new. Gorgeous!! Amazing view of the sunset/sunrise. Heavenly!!

Perched high on a clifftop, this modern house has astonishing views out to the ocean, which can be enjoyed from the top floor bedrooms, living areas and the spacious poolside areas, where some shade is afforded as well as a number of pool loungers arranged in sunnier areas. The gardens are a study in minimalist chic, and provide two additional seating areas, the perfect place to enjoy the ocean views or an evening drink as you listen to the tinkling of the bells as the goats make their way home at sunset. The kitchen is extremely well fitted out with excellent equipment and utensils. The furniture is stylish, comfortable and clean throughout, and very lightly used. The basement floor has a fun ping pong table and there is a fabulous basketball court. Thoughtful touches abound throughout, such as the provision of yoga mats, Oliver James lilos and chic toiletries. We enjoyed an unforgettable stay, highly recommend!

A truly remarkable house! I honestly couldn’t rate everything about the house and the hospitality offered by Dionisis more highly. The house itself is just stunning and the views are breathtaking. The house is full of all the mod-cons you could wish for and all the extra touches were a very pleasant surprise that far surpass any other air bnb experience I’ve known - from towels and robes, to wine and a thoughtfully stocked kitchen. The help and recommendations that Dionisis provided really made all the difference to our stay. Dionisis organised a fantastic private speed boat trip and fantastic restaurant bookings that made our stay truly memorable. Couldn’t recommend more highly and we’ll definitely be back!

A real moment of happiness!

I rented the house for a week, it is fabulous, the location is really nice, the view incredible day and night with its infinity pool. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is top and there is everything in the house. For having done a lot of Greek island…
I rented the house for a week, it is fabulous, the location is really nice, the view incredible day and night with its infinity pool. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is top and there is everything in the house. For having done a lot of Greek island, i love this one. The island is really superb, magnificent places to visit whether on land or on the sea with turquoise, warm and transparent waters. The car provided, a Jeep hybrid which is really perfect for the roads and paths. And also food and a lot of great restaurant.
