На 1 уровне расположены две просторные, элегантно оформленные гостиные, каждая с камином и прекрасным видом на Ионическое море. Полностью оборудованная кухня с кофеваркой, посудой, посудой, плитами, духовкой, микроволновой печью, холодильником, стиральной машиной, посудомоечной машиной и т.д., а также детским сиденьем. Гостевой санузел со всем необходимым, включая туалетные принадлежности и гостевые полотенца. И, наконец, одна отдельная ванная комната с полностью оборудованной двуспальной кроватью.

Второй уровень состоит из четырех спален с кроватями размера «queen-size» COCO-MAT. В первом номере с ванной комнатой есть кровать размера «king-size» и роскошное джакузи. Он также имеет большую веранду с завораживающим видом на море и сады. Во второй и третьей комнатах можно выбрать одну кровать размера «king-size» или две односпальные кровати, в зависимости от ваших гостей, и обе имеют просторные веранды с захватывающими видами. Amazing!

Absolutely amazing stay. The villa is gorgeous and one of a kind. Stunning views, amazing amenities, everything from the outdoor kitchen to the apartment to the swing is next level. A must stay, we will be back!

Simply put this is the best villa we’ve stayed at, and we’ve been to quite a few! Hara, the hostess, and her family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure we had everything we needed. They gave us excellent recommendations and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. The villa is beyond beautiful. The view is breathtaking and it was such a treat waking up to it everyday and taking it in. The amenities are great and fantastic. Our kids had a blast splashing about in the pool. There were more than enough sun beds for us and our friends. The garden is beautiful. It’s also a very short drive from the villa to the port and the town. There’s really nothing else like it on the whole island! Loved this villa and the hosting family so much that we decided to make it a yearly trip!

An outstanding luxurious villa in Zakynthos. The very helpful and lovely villa owner met us on arrival. We were so much in awe of the beautiful villa, grounds and scenery. Hara had stocked the fridge with groceries for our arrival and provided us with her contact number as well as local taxi numbers in case we wanted to get out and explore the island. However the villa has so much fantastic outdoor space and a wonderful swimming pool, we were relunctant to leave for our first couple of days. The villa is ideally situated with Zante town just below the villa, Tsilivi/Planos a 5 minute drive to the North and further North the Blue Caves and Shipwreck beach. To the South you have Keri beach for various boat trips and Lagunas is 10-15 minutes in a taxi. We took taxis of an evening so we could all have a drink and the taxis were very reasonable. All bedrooms have a good air conditioning system with balconies with wonderful views. Very modern bathrooms with modern hairdriers supplied. The kitchen had everything one would need - Hara has just purchased a new Nespresso machine which was fantastic for us and we took our own coffee pods. We were a group of six - two mums and our daughters and I would highly recommend this luxurious villa to anyone. In fact, we plan on returning again soon as it really was a lovely holiday which was down to the wonderful accommodation we were in

We really hope that we could share pictures to recommend the lovely villa to you guys, and unfortunately, I did not find the link of adding photos. We are looking forward to visiting Zakynthos and the lovely Golden July Villa again!

Golden July is a stunning Villa that has been carefully crafted to exacting standards by its Hosts, they made our stay truly special. There are so many "stand-out" details to mention - the gardens, swimming pool and incredible sea views are just breathtaking…
Golden July is a stunning Villa that has been carefully crafted to exacting standards by its Hosts, they made our stay truly special. There are so many "stand-out" details to mention - the gardens, swimming pool and incredible sea views are just breathtaking. Internally, the living rooms are finished and furnished very elegantly, while the kitchens, indoor and outdoor, are very well equipped and there is a superb bbq area too. In particular, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautifully crafted and fitted. All this gives you luxurious comfort in a commanding sea-view setting, which made it very hard to leave the Villa at the end of our holiday. The Hosts were so hospitable and went out of their way to make sure we had everything to make our holiday truly memorable, we shall be back as soon as we have another opportunity. Thank you very much indeed.

Hara and her family are fantastic. More helpful than we can imagine and so so happy to help. They really did make us feel at home. Available to help at any time and with anything, I highly recommend this beautiful escape. Hara offers to arrange any activities for her guests - bringing us a car rental to the house and offering to organize any of the many possible events on the island for us. Unmatched service. The house is also so close to many beaches and the island’s best restaraunts, in addition to the downtown area where guests can rent cars and boats, and explore the lively market. Hara provided juice, fruits, and amenities, and the grocery store is less than 3 minutes away incase guests need anything else. We had an incredible trip and highly recommend the house to anyone - families, friends, and groups. We will be back.
