Everything you wish is available and the villa has a little bit more, a great view, large and luxurieus rooms, a BBQ, ...etcetera. A very long list of things that make your holiday a fantastic stay! The beach is at the house and has great wimming and nice snorkeling spots. Restaurants are at walking distance. The host is extremely helpfull and caring! All you wish for a holiday in Zakynthos for a stay in a real villa!!!

Our extended family had a great family holiday here . We spent 5 days in this fabulous villa in a great location . It takes about 25-30 minutes from Zakynthos airport and easy to find on google maps . Vagelis the owner is such a gentleman. He welcomed us on the property on arrival . He had kept a stock of fruits / milk etc for the kids . He called everyday with treats for the kids . I would recommend to hire a car if u want to live at this place . The villa is spacious , clean and has a small private beach . Supermarket and a local taverna is within 5 minute walk . Overall though hospitality we received was fabulous and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Can’t recommend it enough !! Thank you vagelis for a memorable stay

The villa is large, beautiful and immaculately clean. The view from the terraces is out of this world and gives the villa the wow factor. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy as is sitting out there in the early morning watching the sea. Great facilities/amenities…
The villa is large, beautiful and immaculately clean. The view from the terraces is out of this world and gives the villa the wow factor. Breakfast on the terrace is a joy as is sitting out there in the early morning watching the sea. Great facilities/amenities particularly the kitchen which has everything you need. The host/owner is so helpful and left us a lovely welcome pack - a really nice welcome particularly as we arrived late at night. There are also free toiletries. A housekeeper comes midway through the week and also leaves fresh towels. The private beach area is lovely with sunbeds and sun umbrellas. It is five-minute drive into the local village where there are a good selection of restaurants and shops and the local organize beach.

The perfect place as one can get, outside of one’s own home. Superbly appointed villa with terrific views over the private beach. Everything was brand new! Barbecue outside at the spacious garden with all the kit. Everything was immaculate and the villa was cleaned professionally halfway through the stay. Very impressive. Our host, showed us every courtesy and was most helpful. This is a 10/10 property.

Last Stop - I am goanna miss Psarou Mare - i am goanna miss Greece

Very clean, cosy and relaxing villa. Map was accurate and check in was super easy. In general it is a property to relax and enjoy the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely going to visit again.

Already planning my second trip... WOW!!!

What can i say about this villa. I have travelled a lot in the last couple of years and always i book private villas since i am looking for a relaxing time with privacy to get out of the daily job stress. Villa Mare Psarou went beyond my expectations…
What can i say about this villa. I have travelled a lot in the last couple of years and always i book private villas since i am looking for a relaxing time with privacy to get out of the daily job stress. Villa Mare Psarou went beyond my expectations. The villa itself is located in a peaceful area with a great private beach. The design of the villa is really nice and it offers 3 wonderful bedrooms with great views. The living room is spacious enough although we spend most of our time either by the beach or the BBQ area. Within few minutes walking distance we were able to find tavernas, a small supermarket and shops. A great place to spend time with your family or friends. Would definitely recommend it and i am looking forward to visit it back.
