The photos don't lie, the place is truly exceptional, spotless clean and spacious. The hosts made sure someone who spoke English handled the check-in. They came after three days to clean the house (didn't expected it) and in the early mornings the husband…
The photos don't lie, the place is truly exceptional, spotless clean and spacious. The hosts made sure someone who spoke English handled the check-in. They came after three days to clean the house (didn't expected it) and in the early mornings the husband came to clean the pool and collect the trash. Overall we were very happy with the stay, and the gift at the check out was also much appreciated! We highly recommend to stay in this place, where you can set your base to explore the whole Island, since every spot is reachable within max 40 min drive with the car. Thank you very much!

An amazing villa not done justice by the photos on the listing. It was beyond what we were expecting, Xaris & Vicki were excellent hosts, answered all question quickly and were very helpful if we needed anything. The villa is in a brilliant location, 20 mins from the airport and no more than 45 mins from anywhere on the island that you’d like to go see. It’s wonderfully private and extremely well equipped for indoor and outdoor living. We loved our stay here and have already started thinking about the possibility of coming back next year. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Outstanding in every way! We stayed in the villa for a family vacation, 6 people, and everything was great. Location was quiet, in the middle of vineyard, but very close to beach (less than 10 mins) and small grocery and cafe (2 mins). The villa itself was great - pool was perfect, table tennis was fun, multiple sitting areas made it easy to enjoy the views and avoid the sun if desired, the A/C when needed was nice when coming in from a hot day at the beach, the rest of the house was clean and everything worked well. Very quiet, peaceful getaway perfect for families. We were met onsite to get settled and we loved the wine! Would definitely go back.

Where do I start this is an amazing villa, beautifully clean and tidy, great touches and sat in a beautiful surrounding of vineyards. The pool is fantastic if you have a family perfectly sized to leisurely swim and sunbathe and the entire property is nicely gated in so the little ones can enjoy the outside space whilst you relax. So many very lovely locations to sit and enjoy the vista and sunshine. Great bbq area and bar so you can maximise your time outside. Inside the stone villa is beautifully cool great features with everything you need for cooking and eating and enjoying your holiday. I could not recommend this more, and the location is so convenient to set out and explore the island. Last but not least the hosts are so friendly and welcoming they really made you settle in could not ask for a better all round experience. Would definitely look to book again! Amazing! We just went out for my wife’s birthday with my four year old and sister in law we all loved it!

Very well designed, somewhere to sit and eat irrespective of where sun or wind us, so many choices. Owners really lovely people and couldn't do enough for you. Pool great, lovely to relax with drink and read book in jacuzzi area. (Part of main pool and at same temperature but warm enough). Airbed great to relax in pool. BBQ area very well designed. Kitchen one of the best stocked I've been to in over 30 years. Beds comfortable, decor good. I could go on and on.

La Vite Stone Villa is the ultimate place to relax for the whole family. Located a short drive from Zakynthos town, Tsilivi area, and only 15 min drive from the airport, it offers private and exclusive base perfect for exploring the rest of the island. The villa is equipped to a very high standard, each piece of equipment thought through to ensure that guests feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the BBQ area outside is just stunning. The pool bar is handy for maximising your time outside. We loved the villa and will definitely come back. The owners are the most lovely people, who made sure that we had an amazing time. Their hospitality was far greater than we expected and we felt like we were visiting a family. We could not recommend La Vite Stone Villa enough. It is the ultimate place for a family holiday.

If you are looking for a villa in a quiet location away from the tourist areas La Vite Stone Villa is perfect. Surrounded by vineyards but close to everything that you need. Mini market and cafe a few minutes down the road. Supermarket and bakery 5minute drive. Water parks and beach 5 minute drive. Airport 20 minute drive. Perfect location. The villa is beautiful, very spacious and immaculately clean. 1 ground floor bedroom with large adjacent bathroom. 2 first floor bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Lots of storage space and very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living area. Fly screens on all the doors and windows (not that we saw a single mosquito). AC throughout. Outside is a lovely BBQ area, bar, furnished verandas, garden, and covered parking area. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely and pristine with comfortable sun loungers. Hosts are very lovely people that made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stone Villa, is located on the edge of a winery and whilst only a short drive from large tourist areas, it feels like such a secluded location (just beautiful). The villa itself presents a traditional Greek feel, whilst the furniture, kitchen and bathroom facilities are lovely and modern. The place was so clean and we had everything we needed. However, what really made our holiday special was the kindness received from our hosts, who made us feel most welcome and at home throughout our whole stay. What lovely people! The outside area (Pool, bar and table tennis) made our stay so much fun for the whole family. We loved it and will definitely return!
