I’ve been renting villas for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job…
I’ve been renting villas for about a decade now, and this is one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed yet. It’s such a good value for the privacy, beautiful furnishings, and amazing backyard with that view. Spyridoula is impeccable at her job without ever seeming overbearing. She had the most thoughtful gifts for us and was able to answer any questions or tackle our requests easily. We loved the massages she arranged for us so much that we asked her to schedule another round, which she was able to accommodate no problem. While it was just two of us, this place can easily fit 8 comfortably. Waking up each morning in the room with the panoramic windows was magical. The housekeeping and grounds staff were discreet and did their work flawlessly. Every taverna we tried nearby was delicious (highly recommend Dopia’s for homestyle food and Da Camillo for pizza). This villa with such a high level of service and comfort was the highlight of our honeymoon- thank you again!

Paradise!

And a incredible deal for the service they provided. We had cleaners come in every day. Our hot tub was cleaned. Our location was probably the best spot on the whole island. And it had parking enough for all of us. If you’re gonna go to Greece, you’re probably not gonna find a better place to stay than Spyridoulas place. And when you check it out, I highly recommend bringing a snorkel to jump in the sea off the back of the property. It was the best snorkeling I found on the island during my week long stay.

A 10 is not enough..

The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived…
The villa, location, garden, pool, just everything was perfect. Spyridoula was a great host and took care of us when needed. Everyday she checked if we need anything, she arranged our first needs up on arrival like some food and drinks as we arrived late on saturday. The transfer to and from the airport was great, we felt like vips. Every day the villa is cleaned by two very kind and polite ladies. They did a great job, they were there without getting noticed and worked hard. Every second day they put clean sheets on the beds. Just perfect. The beautiful garden is getting done every morning and you can see that. Its a picture to see with a lot of different places to sit and enjoy the view. The gardenman is very friendly as well and understands his job very well. I can recommend the villa to everybody, but i have to warn you as well: its a golden cage you dont want to leave anymore. No such perfect seaview while dining or having breakfast. No such sunset from your own terrace. No better place to drink your coffee, wine or beer then in this garden which is beautiful enlighted during the evening and night. Oh, and this infinitypool.. It is the first time that i think a 10 is not enough for this place and people.

Before the trip: Spyradoula gave me excellent recommendations and links for getting from Athens to Zakynthos. We ended up renting a car in Athens, driving the 3ish hours to the car ferry in Kyllini, taking the 1 hour ferry to Zakynthos and then driving…
Before the trip: Spyradoula gave me excellent recommendations and links for getting from Athens to Zakynthos. We ended up renting a car in Athens, driving the 3ish hours to the car ferry in Kyllini, taking the 1 hour ferry to Zakynthos and then driving the 30 minutes from the port to the house. That gave us great flexibility and was a very efficient way for our large group to travel. Upon arrival: due to flight delays, we arrived later than expected. Spyradoula personally met us at the house and walked us through every detail of the house, pool, and hot tub. She also had purchased groceries for us including lovely fresh fruit and supplies for breakfast. During our stay: rarely does a listing exceed the beauty in the photographs. The villa was absolutely extraordinary in every way. It felt like we were on the set of a movie! Fully stocked kitchen. Upscale toiletries. A/C. Snorkeling. Hot tub. Daily housekeeping. Flexible exit. Can’t wait to return!!

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Management was always available, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was prefect. Cleaning and maintenance staff were delightful and helpful. The waterfront location and breathtaking views are even better than the pictures. Feels quiet and secluded but walking distance from great restaurants and beaches. Only 30 min drive from Zante City center. It was the perfect getaway.

The swimming pool in the garden, with the view of the sea is a real highlight of the house and made our holiday. The jacuzzi is also very nice to warm up in the evening.We had a minor problem opening the gate, but this was immediately resolved and in general the communication was very friendly and quick.

We were there for a week in early April - before season - and most tourist activities were closed. But she made recommendations, booked a boat trip and set-up a chef dinner at the house. Un loc de vis, de unde nu mai vrei sa pleci nicioodata. o locatie exceptionala, vedere fantastica la mare, apusuri si rasarituri de soare de poveste.. Proprietara, Spiridoula, este o persoana calda si atenta, personalul este foarte bine instruit si educat, curatenie impecabila, vila este amenajata cu foarte mult bun gust si complet echipata. Perfecta pentru doua familii cu copii, vila avand patru dormitoare, toate cu vedere la mare. Se inchiriaza doar integral pentru maxim opt persoane. Liniste, un loc retras dar foarte aproape de cateva taverne foarte bune, o curte superba si ingrijita, cu bucatarie de vara complet utilata, infinity pool cu apa din mare, luminata in timpul noptii, jacuzzi, gazon, sezlonguri si tot ce va trebuie ca sa va remontati dupa un an greu. Totul este minunat acolo, sa iti savurezi cafeaua de dimineata sau sa bei o bere in lumina lunii reflectata in marea nesfarsita.

Spyridoula and her team make sure everything works just perfectly. It was my son's birthday when we arrived and I asked if she could get some cake and snacks all set up and we arrived around 6PM a birthday cake with candles and a feast. You will definitely want to rent this place.
