На виллах Alegria 3BR могут разместиться от 2 до 10 человек. Они были построены из камня в традиционной закинфской архитектуре и обставлены современной мебелью. У них есть частные бассейны в большом частном саду с оливковыми, банановыми, апельсиновыми, лимонными, гранатовыми и сосновыми деревьями. Они оснащены барбекю и, конечно же, автостоянками. Внутри есть камин, кондиционер, бесплатный Wi-Fi, а в 3 виллах есть джакузи. Красиво оформленный с использованием традиционных и экологически чистых материалов, создающих роскошную, теплую и гостеприимную атмосферу.

Виллы Alegria 3BR 170 кв.м. по размеру и имеют 3 спальни. В гостиной зоне с полами из закинфской плитки ручной работы есть гостиная (в которой может разместиться еще 1 гость) с каменным камином, кабельным телевидением и изысканными люстрами. Ионический солнечный свет сияет через разноцветные хрустальные окна - стиль витро. Кухня, выходящая из гостиной, полностью оборудована современной посудой, холодильником, плитой, духовкой, посудомоечной машиной, посудой и всей необходимой бытовой техникой. Также имеется одна спальня с видом на сад и ванная комната, отделанная традиционной плиткой и местным камнем. У них просто очаровательная спальня в мансарде (30 метров}, где могут разместиться до 3 человек.

Виллы Alegria 3BR имеют нижнее логово, которое можно описать только как идеальную зону отдыха. Они 70кв.м. с гостиной зоной, оформленной в теплых этнических тонах, и встроенными диванами, украшенными подушками, - идеальное место для отдыха. В нем есть кабельное телевидение. В нем могут разместиться 4 дополнительных гостя. Здесь также есть кухонная зона со всеми удобствами, включая стиральную машину и красивую душевую - туалет. Вы будете очарованы дополнительной спальней с двуспальной кроватью и встроенным джакузи, где вы сможете расслабиться при свечах и наслаждаться жизнью.

На виллах есть веранды со встроенными зонами отдыха, обеденными столами и садовой мебелью, где вы можете насладиться трапезой и полюбоваться прекрасным видом на оливковые деревья, море или бассейн.

Our villa was clean and comfortable and had really lovely decor. Kitchen was functional with the needed appliances including a dishwasher. Two types of coffee maker and a teapot. We cooked at home several times and had everything we needed. Pool was clean and the outdoor area was so nice with olive trees and plants giving a lot of privacy. One beach within walking distance and many others within 10 minute drive. Highly suggest a car rental. This property is in a location away from crowds and busy beachfront boardwalks. It’s wonderfully quiet at night. Lia was our host and she’s just wonderful. She helped us so much with little things we needed upon arrival even though it was late at night and she was a great resource throughout our time at the villa. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We’re definitely going back!

 Our villa was incredible - beautifully decorated, excellent facilities, perfect layout for our family of five. Wonderful location, just a few minutes walk from the best beach on the island and there are several other excellent beaches within less than 15 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat close by but the excellent facilities at the villa, including a barbeque, meant it was easy to cook ourselves too.

 Superb modern villa in a great location. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Villa is arranged over three floors so teenage kids were very happy to have their own space. Pool and poolside were lovely. A very short walk to the beach but still far enough away to feel like a peaceful oasis away from the hectic touristy area. Staff were really helpful and Lia’s warm welcome and advice on local visits and tavernas was impeccable

Alegria Villas was the perfect place for an incredible holiday. Situated in a really beautiful part of the island, our villa was surrounded by fields of olive trees and even has a view of the sea from the terrace. Inside the villa was beautifully furnished and felt like the perfect combination of modern / traditionally Greek. The pool and outside terrace area were also excellent. It really was the ideal villa for 6 people wanting a relaxed and restful holiday. Thanks again and I really hope we'll be back one day

10/10 for this amazing villa in a fantastic location. Just in case you’re wondering, it really is as good as it looks! Host: Lia is such a lovely person and the perfect host; She was in contact as soon as we booked and always responded quickly to any queries we had. After we arrived she always went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with all things great and small, eg. booking activities, exploring the island and recommendations for eating etc. Thanks Lia for making us so welcome and being so generous with your time! Villa: the villa is EXACTLY as described. The Mediterranean furnishings are beautiful and the attention to detail was really impressive; it was spotlessly clean and had a warm atmosphere that felt like home. The beds were really big and super comfortable, the kitchen had all the modern conveniences and there was a large living area downstairs with another decent sized kitchen. The pool was very well-maintained, with an attendant that came twice a day to clean, and the surrounding gardens were really well kitted out with hammocks, loungers and a BBQ. The villa is idea for families, it’s tucked away from the main village so it’s nice and quiet at night. Surrounding area: a really nice place for families and much, much quieter than the surrounding “party” areas. The villa is only a 5 minute walk to a few really nice restaurants (local fish dishes are fantastic) and a quiet beach with free parking and sun loungers. It’s a really great base for exploring the island. In summary I really couldn’t fault this property and the hosts, we will definitely be returning
