Wow - what a fantastic experience we had at this Villa in Chania!!!!! From the start, Stavros the owner/host was just absolutely amazing. Initial contact to asking us how we would like the bedroom configurations as we were 9 people staying. Upon arrival he was there greeting us & giving us a tour of the villa, as well as providing us a with a few basic provisions to start our stay with - just fantastic. He also provided us with some recommendations for restaurants both close by but also in old town Chania - we tried most of them and they were all great. We also tried some of the sigh-seeing recommendations which were also great. He stayed in contact throughout our stay and even dropped a dessert off a few days into our stay. The villa itself was great, catered to our needs and was perfectly located close to the beach. Both the villa & host Stavros made this a memorable stay for our party of 9 - we will score it a 10/10!!!! Absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this!

The Villa was a fantastic stay! The place is dreamy, beautifully designed to fit the environment, ample rooms with balconies, and useful shared spaces. The pool is a great thing to come home to after a long day at the beach. The complimentary snacks, drinks, and little details made us feel very welcome, as we did not need to rush to the store right away. It was great to see the good care taken of the property, with housekeeping and pool cleaners coming in (with due notice) to make sure the second half of our stay was as good as the first one. Overall, Stavros has done a great at making the Villa not only an elegant location, but also a very welcoming and warm one. Strongly recommend.

My family and I visited the villa for a relaxing break. We had high expectations, but our stay exceeded every one of them. The villa is absolutely stunning and contains all the facilities, that you could possibly wish for. It’s situated in a nice and homely neighbourhood very close to a beautiful beach, and in easy distance from the centre of Chania. The owner and his gorgeous wife bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and their level of service went far beyond our requests. They are such an amazing couple! We were indeed sad to leave, and there is no question, that we will return, as soon as we get the opportunity to do so.

Location was Amazing, easy walks to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Stavros is an exceptional host. He gave us a wonderful gift basket of goodies, beer, wine, milk, juice etc, so thoughtful. Every time I reached out to him he replied right away. Would definitely come back to this property or another that Stavros is a host of.

The host was excellent. He had the villa stocked with basic food items as well as a welcome basket. The home is very modern, clean, and well-maintained. It looks like the pictures as advertised and the pool is a nice bonus. It is a very short walk to many restaurants and the beach. It is not within walking distance of the Venetian Harbor area but only a short taxi ride away. Overall it was an excellent value and we would highly recommend staying there.

I visited this amazing property for a week with my parents, sister, partner, and two-year old child and had an amazing stay. The property is only surpassed by the hospitality of the owners. The property is very well cared for and a lot of effort clearly goes into the little things that are often done on the cheap which make a stay truly comfortable: the toiletries are pleasant and plentiful, the bits and bobs like dishwasher tablets are supplied, towels and pillows are many, hot water is plentiful, and the general vibe is upmarket with ample space and comfort a focus. The property owners are also genuinely nice people who clearly are willing to go out of their way to make your stay memorable for the right reasons. Providing local knowledge and advice from the get-go, a warm welcome, and nice touches throughout our stay. The location also can't be complained about. The near by beach has great water, sand, and a nice gentle slope. The local restaurants are also very good. Additionally, all of the basic amenities are in walking distance. I would happily book again when I am next in the area and hope to be soon. Thank you for a great stay.

The house was super clean and well stocked with everything we would need for our stay. Would definitely go back and recommend it to others. It was super easy to get in contact with the host and he gave recommendations for everything, sites to visit, restaurants, and even parking spots in the city. Amazing!

To start, the villa is absolutely stunning and happens to be newly built. The owner put a lot of TLC into it and it shows! Very nice features, very nice location as there's literally a 2 minute walk down to beach cafes and the beach. There's supermarkets…
To start, the villa is absolutely stunning and happens to be newly built. The owner put a lot of TLC into it and it shows! Very nice features, very nice location as there's literally a 2 minute walk down to beach cafes and the beach. There's supermarkets and bakeries nearby, everything ! The villa is about 10 minutes to Chania and 5 minutes to Agia Marina. It's central location puts you in a perfect spot. You've got some action at your finger tips but you're not in the major hustle and bustle so that you can't sleep at night either! Let's just say the place was so beautiful that we chose to spent a night in! Great place if you're traveling with family or friends and want to keep them together instead of in multiple hotel rooms! Aside from the beauty and location, the place was fully stocked too! Beach towels, some cooking accessories, and even some food! I thought that was cherry on top of the icing on this delicious cake. The only negative thing I could say about this place is that I wish I could stay longer! Good job guys ! Thanks for letting us experience this beautiful place!
