В районе Агиа Марина, примерно в 1 км от известного курорта, с прекрасным видом на залив Ханьи, находится Mistral Villa Chania. На расстоянии 1800 метров находится прекрасный пляж Агиа Марина с кристально чистой водой, уютными пляжными барами и тавернами, а также всеми видами водного спорта. В Агиа-Марина есть супермаркеты, аптеки, заправочные станции, банки, традиционные таверны и ночные клубы.

Mistral Villa Chania - двухэтажная вилла площадью 180 кв. м., четыре спальни, одна кухня, столовая, гостиная и четыре ванные комнаты. Здесь могут разместиться до восьми человек. На первом этаже находится полностью оборудованная кухня с электрической плитой, микроволновой печью, духовкой, тостером, грилем, жаровней, посудомоечной машиной и всем остальным, что необходимо для комфортного и приятного проживания. Кроме того, имеется просторная гостиная-столовая с прямым выходом на улицу и к бассейну. На этом же уровне находится просторная спальня с двуспальной кроватью и ванная комната с ванной с кислородной терапией. Внутренняя лестница ведет на верхний этаж, где находятся еще три спальни, две с двуспальными кроватями и одна с двумя односпальными кроватями.

В каждой спальне есть душевая кабина - туалет. Все спальни оборудованы кондиционерами. Окрестности места, где построена вилла, представляют собой парковку, поле для мини-гольфа, барбекю и деревянные беседки, сад с цветами и лужайку. Есть также красивый бассейн размером 40 кв. М с деревянными шезлонгами и зонтиками.

We stayed there for two weeks in October with our four kids and had a great time! We liked the serenity of the place/location, although everything you need is a five to ten minute car ride away. Giannis was always there when needed and the place was sparkling clean! We would book again if we’d come back to Crete!

We stayed at the villa in agia marina for 7 days in September All 8 guys from us had enough place to sleep, we had 4 bathroom which is high appreciated and much place to eat together in in and outside. The pool is so nice and very fine if you wake up and don‘t like to go directly to the beach. The house was 100% clean after we arrived and also in middle of our stay we get a cleaning so 10 stars for the cleaning! The house if very comfortable and at outside were enough place for our cars which we rent at the airport. The villa have a nice view to the sea, its amazing to wake up and see the blue sea with the waves. Really near to agia marina and also a lot if restaurant near to the villa. It was our first time in greece but definitivly not the last, thank you so much!! We‘ll give you 10 stars for the house and for you guys! Best regards!

Stayed with my wife and two children and another family of three. The villa is beautiful as are the views. Interior was immaculate, air con was great and so was the pool. The villa is behind electronic gates and felt very safe and secure. There's a nice BBQ, an outside gym and mini golf. It's slightly out of the way and although walkable would have been very hot. We hired cars which made the trip to and from Chania airport easy. Also drove to the beaches, along a very long strip of shops, bars, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and ventured into Chania old town which is lovely.Couldn't ask for more from our hosts. Very professional, friendly, informative and responsive. Recommended lots of things to do and see and places to eat and drink. Restaurants were all reasonably priced and locals were very friendly. If you want a cheap meal, Gyros are the way forward.A hugely positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to go back or recommend.

Exceptional

The villa is amazing we had the best holiday. It was exactly like the pictures. The owners met us at the property and gave us a warm welcome. I would recommend 100%.

Highly recommended!

Children loved the pool, the view is amazing and everything was clean and as promised. Well-equipped kitchen. Hosts were quickly available when we needed something. Peaceful location. Wifi was quite slow, though (had problems with Netflix). The villa is located uphill, and the hill is quite steep, but we rode bikes or walked to the village / beach every day. Coming back was sweaty, but it was nice to swim in the pool afterwards.

Simple from here to get around and visit the beautiful beaches of Crete.The swimming pool is truly a luxury, but the entire villa has met our expectations.Linen and cleanliness are highly appreciated every 3 days.

Very very nice place overall

clean, roomy and kind owners. getting to the town by foot is absolutely not duable in our opinion and need a good car beacuse lots of uphill dirtroads. with a car though plenty to do within 10 min drive if you wanted to stay local.

Great Villa!!!

We loved meeting the owners on arrival - even at 11pm! The villa is beautifully decorated with everything that you could possibly need for your stay. We enjoyed using the bikes - to get fresh breakfast pastries, the crazy golf, the pool. Beautiful views…

The inside is very spacious, stylish and sparkling clean. A car is needed as it is up hill from the nearest town and beach but many beautiful parts of Crete are very accessible. All round great stay.
