Один из пяти комфортабельных номеров также находится на этом этаже и имеет отдельный вход. Во всех помещениях установлены системы кондиционирования.

Первый этаж состоит из 3 прекрасно оформленных со вкусом оформленных комнат с ванными комнатами, сейфами и кондиционерами. Все комнаты двухместные, с матрасами из кокосовых ковриков. A wonderful villa in a great location!

Lovely, huge villa! There are five lovely bathrooms. Beautiful view of Kissamos Bay!. On the other side, the beach town has a wide selection of restaurants. Seriously, a wonderful location!

Stella has been really kind and always at our disposal. We really enjoyed our time in the Villa and we warmly recommend it to other guests. Creta is an amazing place!

The Villa was absolutely stunning.

It was much better in person than it showed on photos. We were greeted by a super friendly host, Stella. She made us feel welcome and we felt right at home. Everything was provided to us and it was a safe and secure house . The views were incredible…

Everything was provided to us and it was a safe and secure house . The views were incredible. BBQ area is a great touch! We spent most of our evenings enjoy a lovely feast. Coffee machine and dishwasher helped us greatly. All the cutlery needed were present. PS4 , TV , Pool, Living area was all just perfect! I would fully recommend this place to every person that checks this place out . Words are not enough to describe how good this place is. This is definitely value for money!!!

Had an amazing stay at Villa Emilia with a group of friends. The space is amazing. Had a group of 9 of us and the 5 bedrooms were perfect. The layout is open plan, and the outdoor space is great for taking it easy. The view from the house out to the bay and over Kissamos is absolutely stunning. It’s about a 10 minute walk into Kissamos and about a 20 minute drive to Chania. The hospitality was great and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

What I like the most is your room services done 2-3 times per week. House was always sparkling clean and linens bright white. I travel a lot and never seen that type of service when we rent villas. I would recommend you to all my friends.

Located in the hills overlooking Kissamos this house is the perfect getaway. Breathtaking views, private, rural and silent. We who rented are two families, a total of nine people with ”kids” from 7 up to 21, there were plenty of room for everyone…
Located in the hills overlooking Kissamos this house is the perfect getaway. Breathtaking views, private, rural and silent. We who rented are two families, a total of nine people with ”kids” from 7 up to 21, there were plenty of room for everyone both inside and outside. Both the owners and the agency have been all to happy to help with anything you need to know. All rooms are nicely decorated and very, very clean. I would say that with children it is not walking distance to Kissamos (as previous reviewer mentioned), but for adults no problems and anyhow it's only a short drive if you have younger children.
