Стильная вилла с современной архитектурой и видом на полуостров Грамвуса и залив Киссамос. Пляж находится примерно в 180 метрах от виллы. Расслабьтесь и насладитесь приватной и эксклюзивной атмосферой роскошного дома с 5-звездочными удобствами. Насладитесь прекрасным восходом и закатом, искупайтесь в кристально чистом море внизу, отдохните на близлежащих золотых песчаных пляжах, полюбуйтесь захватывающими видами и… насладитесь незабываемым отдыхом!

На первом этаже большие окна и балкон. Двухуровневая вилла состоит из гостиной зоны с камином и телевизором с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами. Есть большая спальня с двуспальной кроватью, 1 ванная комната и полностью оборудованная кухня с посудомоечной машиной и микроволновой печью. На первом этаже находится главная спальня с одной большой двуспальной кроватью и ванной комнатой. Есть еще две спальни, которые разделяют еще одну ванную комнату. В одной спальне есть двуспальная кровать, а в другой две односпальные кровати. На открытом воздухе есть частный бассейн, зона у бассейна с шезлонгами и зонтиками, большой сад с травой и барбекю и парковочное место. Есть также террасы и балконы с видом на море и горы.

A wonderful stay with friends!! We recommend!

We thank the host for her welcome and her availability with us!! She did everything to take good care of us!! The villa is ideally located to visit the most beautiful beaches, Cretan islands, or archaeological sites !!

This was our first time in Creta. Amazing experience. All perfect. Hospitality during the staying has been simply wonderful and the owner took care of us in anything with the maximum discretion starting from when we arrived till when we left. Just before the departure we have been honored to taste the delicious Cretan dinner that Stella prepared for us. Unforgettable taste from a master chef. The location is perfect and from here you can reach any of the most beautiful beaches and locations in the area. The villa is organized and equipped to offer the maximum comfort so we just had to enjoy our time in the most relaxed way. The house is surrounded by Olives trees and nearby a local winery so quite relaxing environment all around . We knew when booking that the Villa is located nearby the road to Kissamos but this actually was not at all a concern and was confirmed during our staying. The description and the pictures of the villa showed on the website are reflecting exactly what you will find without any exceptions.

First of all thank you so much for finding us the right villa – we had looked at so many and I had almost given up – we were booking so late and everything was taken or not quite right. Being able to arrange the extra beds for the children and communicate with the villa owner made all the difference for us and is why we made our decision. Thank you! The owners were fantastic, their hospitality and kindness meant we were on holiday from day 1 which meant a lot to us as my brother and children only had one week and every day was precious to us. They drove us to the supermarket, organised boat trip tickets and pointed out the best beaches – better than any guide book!! Our huge thanks to them and their lovely family. Greece is an amazing country, Crete is a beautiful island and the people, your kindness is extraordinary, exceptional. And to the villa itself, it couldn’t be more beautiful. The design, the layout and structure. The villa situation is rural enough to feel you are having a complete get away but also close enough to the beach, amenities and wonderful tavernas to make holiday life easy. The food! We feasted like Kings!! The local taverna staff showed us the dishes behind the scenes and we were able to choose, allowing us to be more adventurous than if we were just choosing from the menu. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and felt luxurious – the wrap around balconies, beautiful bedrooms especially the master suite, well fitted out kitchen and great touches for family life – the shoe organiser, the pool towels, the storage, the outside eating area, the pool and sunbeds.

I Stayed at this Villa for 5 days in May with 3 Friends on a Motorcycle trip and couldn't recommend it it more. Both the villa and the roads in the area are brilliant and the villa is totally stunning, in a quite location and has everything you need for the perfect stay. Locally there are a couple of basic bars within a 10 min walk and the local town, which has a number of bars and restaurants is a 10 min away in the car. The area is very traditionally Greek and there's very little in the way of tacky Holidays shops. The owners Stella and her Husband are lovely people and couldn't have been more helpful. Stella is amazing hostess! She is the reason we all have only positive memories about our vacation. She made a very tasty Greek dinner for us and recommended the best place to buy a meat for BBQ. Answers for all questions were found immediately! The villa itself is well equipped and clean, has very smart design and well enough place even for bigger company than 7 person. Beach is in 5 minutes destination and very nice also. It was a real pleasure and all of us want to thanks Stella for 10 days we spent under her roof.

Lovely villa between olive groves with sea view

The Owner was extremaly friendly and helpful. The villa was very clean, with comfortable rooms, bathrooms and kitchen, goodly swimming pool and large terrace with barbecue.

The villa was beautiful and extremely well appointed. It had everything that a family or large group of people would need for a relaxing holiday. There were lots of thoughtful extras which made our stay ideal. Stella and her husband were the perfect hosts, and cooked us a traditional Greek meal one evening. Safety was an important issue around the pool for us, but the recreational area was gated thus no chance of toddlers being in danger. There was a large BBQ area with outdoor dining, and all around the villa were patio tables and chairs allowing access to the sun (or shade) throughout the day. Each bedroom had one - or two - balconies, again with table and chairs, giving out onto wonderful views of the north western coastline.
