With all the modern amenities and splendid outdoor spaces, this holiday villa offers a calm atmosphere by the private swimming pool and a spacious balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea.

Aliane Villa Chania offers all rental requirements, a comfortable living room, with a stereo system and satellite TV, a fireplace for the cooler evenings of Crete, and air conditioning throughout the building as well as free wireless internet which is accessible for all the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and the three bedrooms have spacious wardrobes filled with satin linen of unique quality and bed mattresses and pillows for comfortable undisturbed nights. Each bedroom of Anton Villa Chania has an en-suite bathroom filled with bathrobes, soft towels, and a hairdryer. Don’t forget to visit the Jacuzzi for a full relaxation of body and mind.

Aliane Villa Chania offers you a private pool with comfy sunbeds to enjoy the sun of Crete with the view of Kalathas bay. Niki was an incredible host! She was there when we arrived and went through everything with us, and was always contactable when we needed her. The villa is absolutely stunning with an ideal location for a getaway. The pool is lovely and a really good size as well, where you can properly swim lengths. The beach is super close and really beautiful. If you stay here definitely visit Irene's restaurant about a 10 min walk away! We would come back here in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful stay!

The house was very nice, and the rooms were clean, functional and more than welcoming. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and there is also a beach near the house that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Recommended!

What a great place this is!!!

A wonderful Villa with very comfortable beds and an amazing pool. Nice and deep in the deep end! Niki the agent couldn't do enough to help us. Would love to return.

The villa was everything we hoped for

It was lovely to be able to walk to supermarket, restaurants, beach and the bus to Chania and back was easy. The host was very responsive and made everything easy for us, answering our questions and booking taxis. Thank you!

Exceptional

This is our second stay and it was just as amazing second time around. The villa has stunning outlook, great pool and lovely modern style. Nikki is excellent host - responsive, flexible and lovely. You'll need a car as about 8kms outside glorious Chania…
This is our second stay and it was just as amazing second time around. The villa has stunning outlook, great pool and lovely modern style. Nikki is excellent host - responsive, flexible and lovely. You'll need a car as about 8kms outside glorious Chania . There is really nice beach 10 mins away and a nice Tavern (Irene's, google it) 12 mins walk away and good traditional food - gets very busy so book. We know we should do something different next year ...but it is so hard to match this villa, in value or location.

The house was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing. The views were spectacular. Nicki was an amazing host/manager. There was nothing they could have done to make our first trip to Crete more spectacular. Yes, we had a little trouble finding the place at first and yes, there are airplanes overhead (which should be expected when your in such close proximity to the airport), but neither took away from the amazing time we spent here. Reading my book on the poolside couch overlooking the Mediterranean is a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. I’d go back in a heartbeat!
