A gem of a beach house!

We loved the pool, the view and the spacious house! Niki was super helpful and responsive! Great restaurants and markets were nearby. Our morning walk to the coffee shop was a treat! We also loved Kalathas beach! Would highly recommend!

The beach is super close and really beautiful. If you stay here definitely visit Irene's restaurant about a 10 min walk away! We would come back here in a heartbeat

We had a wonderful stay!

The house was very nice, and the rooms were clean, functional and more than welcoming. The pool is perfect for relaxing, and there is also a beach near the house that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Recommended!

A wonderful Villa with very comfortable beds and an amazing pool. Nice and deep in the deep end! Niki the agent couldn't do enough to help us. Would love to return.

The villa was everything we hoped for

It was lovely to be able to walk to supermarket, restaurants, beach and the bus to Chania and back was easy. The host was very responsive and made everything easy for us, answering our questions and booking taxis. Thank you!

This is our second stay and it was just as amazing second time around. The villa has stunning outlook, great pool and lovely modern style. Nikki is excellent host - responsive, flexible and lovely. You'll need a car as about 8kms outside glorious Chania . There is really nice beach 10 mins away and a nice Tavern (Irene's, google it) 12 mins walk away and good traditional food - gets very busy so book. We know we should do something different next year ...but it is so hard to match this villa, in value or location.

There was nothing they could have done to make our first trip to Crete more spectacular. Yes, we had a little trouble finding the place at first and yes, there are airplanes overhead (which should be expected when your in such close proximity to the airport), but neither took away from the amazing time we spent here. Reading my book on the poolside couch overlooking the Mediterranean is a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

We loved staying at this villa!

Gorgeous view and the house is very spacious. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures so that was also a pleasant surprise! Amazing views and a great neighborhood just 15 minute drive from the center of Chania. Highly recommend!

The residence was beautiful and all we could have hoped for

Amazing Views and Amazing Villa

We had an amazing stay. The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures and the views were stunning. Niki was very responsive and helpful and even booked a great restaurant for our first night. We highly recommend this Villa.

Niki was SO helpful from the minute we arrived in Heraklion. Her advice helped shape our entire trip, from recommending where and when to get groceries before we arrived to helping out with local amenities and our previous tour booking which ended up…

Her advice helped shape our entire trip, from recommending where and when to get groceries before we arrived to helping out with local amenities and our previous tour booking which ended up being cancelled due to weather. She let us know before the tour company did! She was so welcoming and knowledgeable. The home was spacious and comfortable and was a quick drive to many different local attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone coming to the Chania area with a car. Thank you Niki and David for a wonderful stay in Crete!!
