Уникальность горной местности вдохновила архитектора на творческую неравномерность виллы. В просторной гостиной также есть обеденный стол на 6 человек, за которым вы и ваши близкие сможете насладиться местными деликатесами, которые вы приготовите на полностью оборудованной кухне с холодильником/морозильником, духовкой/плитой, посудомоечной машиной, кофеваркой, тостером и т. д. . 

Живописный вид на море и горы очень гостеприимный и обещает подарить вам незабываемые воспоминания. Удобная ванная комната на первом этаже сочетает в себе уникальный характер виллы Almyrida Chania с просторной ванной и стиральной машиной. В спальне на 1 этаже установлены 2 односпальные кровати, которые по запросу можно превратить в двуспальную. И последнее, но не менее важное: вместительные шкафы и зеркало в полный рост.

На втором уровне находится главная спальня с удобной двуспальной кроватью и роскошной ванной комнатой с ванной. Также имеется вторая комната с двумя односпальными кроватями (по желанию кровати могут быть сдвинуты в одну двуспальную) и санузел с душевой кабиной. Изысканные материалы, современная эстетика и внимание к деталям создают чарующую атмосферу на всем этаже, которую подчеркивает удивительный вид на бескрайнее море и завораживающие горы.

На открытом воздухе достаточно одного взгляда, чтобы влюбиться в прекрасное открытое пространство виллы Almyrida. Просторный двор построен из камней Кристо. An absolutely stunning villa, everything was of the highest quality. Everything had so much thought put into it. The beds, pillows, linen were of excellent quality, so comfortable. Furniture and decor was excellent, inside and out. Clean, well maintained house and beautiful outside areas. Barbecue ready and clean for use. Everything was tidy and spotless. So many extras such as mosquito plug ins in each room, laundry liquids, if you needed something it was there. Alex and Manos were wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Manos came with flowers, fresh eggs, cake, biscuits, the list goes on. They were both easily contactable if you needed anything. Can’t praise it high enough! A true gem

My friends and I spent 10 days at this villa and we had a fantastic time there. Manos is a great host. He is very helpful and had nice suggestions for trips and restaurants in the surrounding. The communication before and during vacation was very uncomplicated, because Manos was answering quite fast and always in a kind way. The Villa and the whole property are more or less the same as described by the host. Maybe even a little bit better =) The house is tidy and provides 3 bedrooms, each with an own bathroom and 5 (or even more?) balconies. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need including a big fridge, a dishwasher and some basic cooking stuff (like rice, salt, oil, …). There are also more than enough seats and tables in the hole villa to sit together for eating and talking. In the upper part of the villa you also have a beautiful view to the sea and the landscape, which is rich in olive trees. The plot also has a big pool with 6 loungers and 3 parasols and at least 2 parking slots for your cars. A car is definitely needed, if you don’t want to stay 24/7 at the villa. Although the villages Kalyves and Almyrida are within walking distance, there are no footpath and the cars on the street drive quite fast. Alternatively, you can also call a taxi, because they are not very expensive for this short distance. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again and again. We stayed for a week, four adults and two kids. Every one was delighted with the stay, and we spend a lot of quality time at the pool. Host was waiting for us at the house although we were a bit late at night, and had prepared water, fresh fruits, ise cold Raki and their own wine!The flowers were smelling lovely and we felt so welcomed. Later helped me also with guidence to a hospital when we needed and booked taxi for us. One night when we came home we found a freshly backed cake waiting for us in the dining room, and days later we were spoiled with olive oil to take home with us. The kids loved the friendly cat and enjoyed its company.Manos: thank you very much for everything. Hope we can visit you in the future.

The owners were lovely and regularly bought us fresh fruit and goodies, and we had fresh towels regularly. The nice thing about the villa which I hadn’t experienced before is how well equipped it was, the cupboards were stocked with all the essentials like tea, coffee, etc but also cleaning products and for bath/shower. The villa is in a great location, although a car is definitely needed. We will definitely be returning.

The Villa on arrival was spotlessly clean with gorgeous white crisp sheets and thoughtful touches of fresh fruit and water for our late-night arrival. The owners are lovely and have frequently bought us fresh fruit and made sure that all is ok throughout our stay. The pool area is lovely and peaceful and a lovely area to sit out in with good quality sunbeds and furniture. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning to this little haven.

Everything it was spotless with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in great quality bedding. The bathrooms were well fitted and we had a bath with a shower lots of space to put our own things. The kitchen was well stocked with all you could need and had a comfortable sofa. Lots of very clean outdoor spaces and a lovely pool with sun beds and parasols. Secure gates and parking as we had a car but could walk to the beach/restaurants in 20 minutes. A treat for anyone staying here as great villa with lovely sea views and surrounded by gardens.

Lovely villa in an incredibly picturesque and quiet location. Everything well maintained and provided for - particularly happy with the outdoor area with pool, sunbeds, barbecue; as well as the plethora of balconies to choose from (6!) each with their own stunning views! Approx 30 min walk from nearest towns, Kalyves and Almyrida, in each direction and 30-40 min drive from Chania - so quite isolated, which was nice, but would strongly recommend having a hire car. Only 10 min walk from nearest beach, which is very quiet and has crystal clear water.

We loved everything about the villa. As our vacation approached we were in communication with Manos and Alex. They were super responsive to all of our inquiries about the villa itself, the town of Kalyves, beaches, restaurants, and activities. Alex met me at the villa and showed me around. It was stunningly clean and very comfortable. Over the course of the week, we were brought little tasty treats. The location was perfect. I couldn’t think of a better place to stay. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Hospitality of the host was exceptional. Alex was waiting for us and we had a lovely basket of fresh fruits, some Cretan “eau de vie”, olives and wine and the next day, the lovely owner brought us a lovely cake... everything was thoroughly amazing…
Hospitality of the host was exceptional. Alex was waiting for us and we had a lovely basket of fresh fruits, some Cretan “eau de vie”, olives and wine and the next day, the lovely owner brought us a lovely cake... everything was thoroughly amazing. The location was charming with Kalyves a very nice, small, typical village with lovely beaches nearby. Everything was perfect and would be perfect for any families. The house had everything you wish for. It was also very quiet and walking distance from a beautiful little stone beach. There is nothing we could have wished which was not already available. BBQ every night by the pool or on the balcony or out to local restaurants. The welcome we received everywhere we went was also very refreshing. Alex gave us some excellent recommendations for visits, beaches and restaurants and the ones we tried were spot on. Bliss! Go there and enjoy!
