Сама вилла Camin Chania гарантирует вам комфортное и роскошное пребывание, сочетая просторные номера с современным оборудованием. Сочетание камня, дерева, металла и стекла идеально вписывается в окружающую среду, и все это в современной структуре, включающей традиционную архитектуру региона Апокоронас.

Вход ведет на первый этаж, где вы найдете две спальни с 2 односпальными кроватями в каждой, одну ванную комнату и впечатляющий крытый / открытый бассейн. Бассейн начинается с этого уровня, проходит через дом и заканчивается на открытом воздухе. Те, кто проживает на этом уровне, могут буквально выйти из спальни и войти прямо в бассейн. В одной из двух спален с комфортом могут разместиться пожилые люди или люди с ограниченными физическими возможностями - ванная комната создана специально для таких случаев.

Спустившись по лестнице на нижний уровень, вы найдете еще две спальни с двуспальными кроватями и ванными комнатами. На всех кроватях есть матрасы из кокосового дерева и отдельные патио с деревянным полом и прекрасным видом. В четырех спальнях могут разместиться до 8 гостей. Поднявшись на верхний уровень, вы подниметесь по великолепной лестнице из железа и дерева с подвижной рампой для доступа инвалидов, расположенной сбоку.

На верхнем этаже находится широкая современная кухня и обеденный стол, от пола до потолка построенный из шведского дерева, что поистине является достопримечательностью для любителей кухни. Кухня полностью оборудована, в ней есть все, что вам может понадобиться, в том числе консервант для вина. На этом же уровне находится уютная, богато оформленная гостиная с роскошным матрасным диваном-кроватью, на котором могут разместиться еще двое гостей. В той же комнате есть большой письменный стол, который можно превратить в шкаф, когда комната используется как спальня.

К бассейну ведет каменная дорожка, которая начинается от главного входа в задней части дома и заканчивается у бассейна спереди, с видом на Белые горы слева и залив Суда справа. По запросу бассейн может быть подогрет. С деревянной террасы, которая смотрит вниз на бассейн с уровня выше, открывается еще более захватывающий вид на море, оливковые рощи и горы, фирменное сочетание критской топографии. Вилла подходит для людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями.

In short, the best villa we've ever stayed in!!!

The villa is unique, the interior spaces are airy, glazed, and have high ceilings. The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking, whether you look out of one of the windows, on the terrace, or from the pool, which is by the way absolutely amazing…
The villa is unique, the interior spaces are airy, glazed, and have high ceilings. The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking, whether you look out of one of the windows, on the terrace, or from the pool, which is by the way absolutely amazing and that you can access directly from the two lower bedrooms among other things. Everything is of extremely high quality, including the kitchen, baths, numerous towels (including those for the pool), the air conditioning in every room, the smart TV (Netflix, YouTube), and everything else. When we arrived, the hosts greeted us, gave us a tour of the residence, and arranged a surprise for us.

We returned enchanted by the amazing villa that would have come with everything we wished for ourselves and even more. The villa is large and spacious, quiet (but close to all points of interest), clean, new and wonderfully maintained. Each time we discovered another lovely corner came in front of a breathtaking view. The owners of the villa are a simply charming and kind people. We were greeted with seasonal fruits wine and of course Raki. highly recommend.

wonderful holidays in crete

We lived in the house with our whole family (7 Persons) and it was wonderful. We were so sorry, that the weather was not nice. It was raining and not so warm. But all that we forgot, when we were inside this exceptional house. We felt pretty well and could swim in the heated pool. We thank our housekeepers, who were so friendly. They gave us some dessert for welcome and selfmade cookies. And they were here, whenever you needed them. We can really, really recommend this house.

The villa is just great, well designed, with all the modern appliances and nice furniture and the view both on the mountains and the sea is so amazing! The swimming pool is large and offers great views on the beautiful landscape. The villa is well situated, very close to the main road joining Chania and Rethymnon and the beaches and supermarkets are 10 minutes drive. The owners are very friendly, helpful and made us try greek specialties with daily gifts. We really enjoyed our holidays there and highly recommend staying at Kaminia Villa.

Breathtaking villa with superb owners

We booked this villa through Upcrete Villas. When we arrived we met the owners, a couple and their son (the couple didn't speak much English). First of all, the family were great, very kind, showed us around the area so we were familiar with our surroundings…
We booked this villa through Upcrete Villas. When we arrived we met the owners, a couple and their son (the couple didn't speak much English). First of all, the family were great, very kind, showed us around the area so we were familiar with our surroundings and took us to the villa to explain how everything worked. They also asked us when we would like the villa cleaned midweek and when they came the mother of the family cooked for us and brought us a well known local dish called moussaka which was not only very kind but also very delicious! The villa itself is truly breathtaking and has everything you need. It is off one of the national roads so it's easily accessible. You definitely need to have a car. The closest beach is Kalyves which is about a 5 minute drive and it's around 20-25 minutes to Chania town. Hoping I get to go back soon!
