Автономная, частная и роскошная вилла расположена на вершине холма в деревне с потрясающим видом на море в Каливесе. Красивая трехэтажная вилла предлагает высококачественные удобства и гарантирует, что вы насладитесь всеми роскошными удобствами. Нейтральная палитра и минималистичный дизайн сделают виллу идеальным местом отдыха для вас и ваших близких.

Внутренние помещения: Вилла Меропс Каливес — это трехэтажная вилла, состоящая из четырех спален, одна из которых находится на первом этаже, с двумя односпальными кроватями. На первом этаже зона открытой планировки имеет прямой доступ к бассейну. Настоящим сердцем дома является гостиная открытой планировки с камином, а пейзаж дополняет кухня с современным дизайном и всеми необходимыми удобствами для легкого приготовления еды. Также есть обеденная зона, где можно насладиться трапезой, любуясь морем. На этом же этаже находится общая ванная комната с душем. На верхнем этаже расположены три спальни с ванными комнатами, одна из них с двумя односпальными кроватями, одна спальня с кроватью размера «king-size», а третья спальня с кроватью размера «king-size». В одной из спален имеется гидромассажная ванна-джакузи. С балконов всех спален на верхнем этаже открывается уникальный вид на море. На нижнем уровне находится тренажерный зал для всех, кто хочет продолжать тренировки. Кроме того, на этой же территории есть сауна, где можно расслабиться, и душевая комната.

Удобства на открытом воздухе. Есть ли для вас лучшее место во время летних каникул, чем лежать у бассейна и загорать? Открытый бассейн и лаундж-зона — это места, где вы можете выпить коктейль или расслабиться, любуясь великолепным закатом на шезлонгах и двуспальном кушетке. Совсем рядом с бассейном расположен обеденный стол и благоустроенная зона барбекю для праздничных кулинарных вечеров под звездным небом. Сад вокруг виллы создает ощущение, что вы живете на небесах. Не забывайте, что за пределами виллы имеется охраняемая парковка на две машины и зарядное устройство для электромобилей.

Доступность: от парковки до главной двери внутреннего помещения ведет дорожка без лестницы. Кроме того, внутри виллы имеется лифт для перемещения с одного этажа на другой.

Правила использования бассейна с подогревом: бассейн может подогреваться с марта до конца мая и с 15 сентября до конца ноября по запросу бесплатно с помощью теплового насоса для бассейна при температуре около 26–27°C в зависимости от погодных условий. Мы запрашиваем предварительное уведомление об этом объекте за 3–4 дня.

We had a fantastic week in this villa!

The house is large, very nice and has a beautiful view. The pool area was perfect for lazy days in the sun, and we also enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor grill in the evening. Our host, Nicole, was very nice and always quick to respond if we needed…
The house is large, very nice and has a beautiful view. The pool area was perfect for lazy days in the sun, and we also enjoyed cooking dinner on the outdoor grill in the evening. Our host, Nicole, was very nice and always quick to respond if we needed or wondered about something. The manager were also very flexible, and we were able to borrow both a bed, chair and life jacket for children. An extra bonus was that the owner came by with a lovely homemade moussaka! It is a short way down to the centre of Kalyves, and although it is a bit steep it was no problem to walk with a pram. We were mostly in the villa as the city itself is small and quite uninteresting. It was also easy to get food delivered to the villa from the restaurants in town using the efood app. All in all a top stay, and we recommend everyone who wants a quiet week in Crete to rent this place! Thank you so much for us!

Sandra, the hostess on behalf of the company, was very pleasant and gave accurate explanations. She was available for any questions and assistance. We highly recommend this villa!!

Amazing villa! Amazing Location!

The villa is the perfect size for 8 people. The outdoor and indoor areas are excellent. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with a great pool and even a barbecue. Communication was easy, the owner even brought us some snacks.
