The host was always responsive when we needed and very flexible during our departure (we were able to have lunch and leave at the beginning of the afternoon). Lovely place to stay!

We have just returned from an 11 night stay in one of the villas (there are a set of 3 villas together) and our first holiday in Crete. We booked with Unique Villas. The villa we were in had an open plan living/kitchen area with a downstairs toilet/laundry…
We have just returned from an 11 night stay in one of the villas (there are a set of 3 villas together) and our first holiday in Crete. We booked with Unique Villas. The villa we were in had an open plan living/kitchen area with a downstairs toilet/laundry room. Upstairs there is a main bedroom, bathroom, and small twin room. Great outdoor space with a lovely large swimming pool. We spent alternate days staying in the villa and sightseeing, which was great. The car is a must here, but driving is easy and we had no worries at all. The owner met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property. He provided us with wine, raki, oil, and fresh eggs on our second day which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this set of villas to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank you for providing us with a great experience in such a lovely country.

An overall good stay!

What we can says about this experience... it's simply recommended . John the owner is so kind . The villa is in a quite zone , good located form all main beaches such as Elafonisi, Falasarna , Balos ..and also from Chania really a pretty town ( with nice shops ) . The swimming pool is confortable and really helpfully every time we come back from the trip with the car. We are missing Kostas's Taverna dishes :-) We really enjoy the stay there.

Perfect villa

We have really liked our stay in Dreams Villa. The villa was perfect, we had everything we need, and Yannis was very nice with us. We hope we can go back one day!

We just want to say thank you to John for looking after us so well from the moment we arrive at the beautiful villa, we instantly felt relaxed. He left us some of his homemade jam, olive oil, white wine and raki and it was lovely. The view from our balcony…
We just want to say thank you to John for looking after us so well from the moment we arrive at the beautiful villa, we instantly felt relaxed. He left us some of his homemade jam, olive oil, white wine and raki and it was lovely. The view from our balcony is beautiful with the sea view. The villa is very secluded and perfect for us. You will need a car to get around, we had a motorbike which was great to explore the Island.

This villa was everything we hoped it would be. The pool was excellent and used to the full by our daughter aged 5. The facilities were all you need. We tend to eat in a lot on holiday so would have liked a few more serving bowls and utensils but to be fair we didn't ask the very obliging and amenable owner. The rooms were clean and although not 5* again very comfortable and practical. The location is wonderfully quiet (apart from the cacophony of insects) and I'm sure the local restaurants are good although we preferred to go in to the nearest harbour and eat on the promenade at some of the excellent restaurants there. With a car, it is so easy to explore north west Crete from Spilia. We hope to return to the area and Ionnia Dreams very soon.

(If I could I would get them to send us some back to England). We will definitely be coming back and already have told many of our friends, family's and colleagues. Die Villa verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die den Urlaub zu einem perfekten Erlebnis machen. Der Vermieter ist die Freundlichkeit in Person. Auf diesem Wege: Vielen Dank für alles!!! Am Ankunftstag war der Kühlschrank gefüllt mit regionalen Spezialitäten (Wein und Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau, Eier frisch aus eigener Hofhaltung, Wasser, Fruchtsäfte, Brot, Butter, Marmelade und Schokocreme). Der Vermieter war stehts erreichbar und zur Stelle. Während der Aufenthaltsdauer von 10 Tagen wurde die Villa zweimal gereinigt, die Betten mit frisch duftender Bettwäsche bezogen und die kompletten Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Privatsphäre ist absolut gewahrt. Zu den Freizeitaktivätitäten ist zu sagen, dass dies in eigener Regie und mit eigenen Interessen versehen ist. Von daher bleibt die Urlaubsgestaltung Individualsache. Wir genossen die Ruhe und die Natur und waren jeden Vormittag auf Wandertour. Die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Bewohner dieses Landes ist, aus unserer Sicht, unübertroffen.

We spent very good time in Dreams Villa. The owner was very welcoming and always available to help us. When we arrived, the fridge was full of local product from his farm (wine, olive oil, jam....) and everything to make breakfast for the first day before going shopping. We appreciated the apple pie his mother made for us. The villa was exactly as described: very beautiful with fantastic swimming pool. The area was very nice and we enjoy the restaurant few steps from the villa. The only point to increase is Wifi. We hope to come again.

The location is great in the middle of the olive tree fields, very calm, and a few minutes drive only from the beach, restaurants and shops. The region is beautiful, and the people we met always very welcoming. The house is very clean with all the comfort needed, the swimming pool is large enough to play. Just be aware that it is not secured, so watch out if you travell with very young children. But four our 9 and 5 year old boys it was just perfect. On top of all, the welcome by Ioannis was very warm and pleasant, the fridge was filled with a selection of local products when we arrived and he was always available if needed.
