Amazing stay

Lots of privacy. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Alex and his family are very hospitable. We have traveled many times, and this villa is a gem. I can't imagine this villa not being booked solid through the season. It's that wonderful.

Words cannot describe how good our stay was, from the beautiful new house, exceptionally well presented and clean, to the owner who went over and above for us on every level. Well located within driving distance to Crete’s stunning beaches and surrounded by fabulous restaurants serving the best of local cuisine. We loved it so much we stayed an additional couple of nights as we just didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to return again.

Spotlessly clean and with everything we needed for a very enjoyable holiday. It’s located in a quiet location, 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 tavernas and a bar all of which we would recommend. Alex was very welcoming when we arrived, showing us round and providing lots of information about the villa and the best places to visit. The fridge also had water, milk, beers and fruit, including lots of oranges with a juicer-for us to use which was excellent. He carried out regular pool cleaning and a full mid week clean of the villa. Alex also brought a leaving gift of cakes on our last day - extremely thoughtful and kind gesture! All in all probably the best villa we have stayed in, thoroughly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Alex took such good care of us from the moment we welcomed us to the moment we left. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and the furnishings are of high quality. The outdoor area and the pool are very inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the room layout is perfect for a family with 2 children. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. There are also good restaurants within walking distance in the area. We felt very comfortable and at home. We would love to come back.

We spent five days at Alex' place. Alex took care of us. We were able to check in earlier and check out later. There was food in the fridge, cookies and he even delivered desserts to us during our stay. The accommodation is very comfortable, very well…

The accommodation is very comfortable, very well equipped, quiet.We enjoyed the hot tub, the temperature was not conducive to the pool.There are 2 tavernas next to the property and a lovely hike along the sea.A car is required if you want to visit the island.We can only recommend this place.

I can only recommend this house

I am renting a lot of houses and I have to say it's one of the best I stayed so far the service is top from check in to check out even the fridge was filled with drinks and food ( that I never see befor ) also at check out we got a little present .... the house is clean and high quality everything perfect ... beach is 5 min away ... the house is in an realy quiet area with a few restaurants walking distance but generally quiet and perfect for relaxation and if sombody wants party well Chania is only 20 min away ...... I can only recommend this house

Very cleverly designed place with private pool. While there are a couple restaurants and a beach for swimming (which we used a few times) you can walk to, this location is a great base from which to explore the area by car to see some "super beaches"…

While there are a couple restaurants and a beach for swimming (which we used a few times) you can walk to, this location is a great base from which to explore the area by car to see some "super beaches" and dining areas. Alex gave lots of good recommendations for exactly those types of things, which we did explore. Washing machine with outdoor drying rack came very much in handy. Very quiet location at the end of a street with one other house. Alex was always very fast to respond. We were a family of 4 and if was very comfortable.

Very private and quiet residence, the air conditioning worked great and we slept very comfortably. It is in a good location, there are several restaurants up the street within walking distance and Kissamos is a short drive away. We enjoyed the beautiful patio and swimming in the pool every day! There were also scooters to ride which was fantastic! Alex was very communicative, friendly, and easy to reach for check-in/out. He provided us with some fruit, snacks, and drinks and was helpful with recommendations. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and we hope to be back soon!

Quiet corner of Crete but near many wonderful touristic locations

Loved it!

It is a lovely villa with a pool that was recently constructed and furnished with all the conveniences and amenities for a self-contained stay. The proprietor stands out for his kindness and genuine concern for the welfare of his visitors.

We have stayed in several really great villas in Crete but this one remains our favorite. Great facilities: magnificent swimming pool, jacuzzi and electric scooters for exploring the area. So many nice touches in the house: cake, cookies, sweets, raki, fruit and so on. The good life!
