Это недавно построенное поместье состоит из 2 одинаковых каменных вилл, которые украшают красивые оливковые рощи на территории. Каждая вилла имеет собственный бассейн и отдельные входы на каждый этаж здания.

Наслаждайтесь пребыванием в роскошном поместье в идентичных двухэтажных каменных виллах с автономными апартаментами внутри. Ультрасовременные виллы были спроектированы с учетом их окружения и идеально передают суровый ландшафт, обеспечивая при этом самое идиллическое и живописное место для идеального отдыха. Каждый Элиос разделен на две половины: цокольный и верхний этаж. Оба этажа идеально отражают друг друга по планировке и стилю, на обоих есть большая гостиная/кухня/столовая, которые приветствуют вас, когда вы входите, и на обоих есть отдельные входные двери для еще большего уединения.

Пройдите в свою просторную главную спальню с кроватью размера "queen-size" и роскошной ванной комнатой, а затем проснитесь на собственном балконе/веранде с видом на окружающую вас природную красоту. Отдохните в комфорте второй спальни с односпальными кроватями, любуясь мирной природой оливковых рощ внизу. Окунитесь в свои частные бассейны, наслаждаясь живописным пейзажем пышных зеленых садов и оливковых деревьев, бережно охраняемых защитными, но красивыми Белыми Критскими горами.

Маратхи расположен в 17 км к востоку от города Ханья. Он расположен в заливе Суда и расположен к юго-востоку от полуострова Акротири. Gardens and both pools are well maintained, and the views are breathtaking.Aggeliki was the most helpful host and communication with her was super easy. She ensured we had everything and more we needed, including booking taxies and making dinner reservations, as well as local recommendations. Absolutely no faults, the property is stunning. We didn't want to leave!

I recently returned from a wonderful stay and wow, the villas, Aggeliki as a host, the surroundings - it has been truly wonderful! The villas and grounds themselves are huge and stunning, we had more than enough space for the 12 of us who stayed. They were well equipped for our stay.Aggeliki has been a truly wonderful host, she arranged our transfers, car rental, a boat trip, recommended things to do locally, arranged taxis for our days out. Always responsive and on the ball. The whole experience has been perfect from start to finish.The villas themselves are situated in a wonderful location, Marathi is beautiful and we were in walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Only a short drive from the airport and we ventured into Chania a couple of times which again was only a short drive away. Thank you so much Aggeliki for providing us with such a wonderful stay in your beautiful villas and thank you for being such a fantastic host!

An amazing property in a fantastic location.We were a huge group (18 people), but still felt like we had tonnes of space and privacy. The grounds were massive and every family / group had their own place with a full kitchen.The beautiful little beaches and delicious tavernas at Marathi are very close to the property. They’re super-charming and not too touristy. A quick, easy walk (maybe 5 minutes?) and you’re swimming in the Med, surrounded by chilled, friendly Greeks on holiday. Bliss. Aggeliki, our host, was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay.

The villas and property are stunning - our group had plenty of space and we were able to walk to the beach and some restaurants down the road.Aggeliki and Silver were the sweetest hosts we've ever had. Aggeliki spent so much time helping plan our itinerary, and booking excursions, airport transfers, etc. for us. I've never had a host be as quick to respond, friendly, and helpful as Aggeliki. They also welcomed us to the villa and drove a few of us to a bigger super market on the first day.We had a perfect experience and could not recommend this place enough. Thank you for everything!!

Amazing Villas!! Amazing Location!!

Amazing villas, really well kept. Close walk to a small shop and lots of beachfront restaurants. Aggeliki was really helpful during our stay organising taxis and answering any questions. Thanks so much for having us.

Aggeliki was truly a attentive, responsive, and accommodating host. We gathered a group of friends to celebrate my 30th and I can say that everyone had enough space. The villas are bigger than they seem on pictures. There is a cute beach near the villa, it's fairly easy to get to by airport, there is a supermarket near that delivers to the villa. Aggeliki got help in responding to our dinning need. Aggeliki spent so much time helping connecting me with local chefs (Silver was final choice), plan our nightime parties, and daytime excursions, airport transfers, etc. for us. You can truly expect quality from her (and Silver).

We spent 7 magnificent days. We were a big group of friends, 5 couples and 8 children, gathering to celebrate my birthday. I highly recommend it: the villas are very clean, well decorated and cozy, and everything is provided by the lovely staff that takes care of this structure. The location is fantastic, just 5 minutes walk from one of the loveliest beaches in Crete, Marathi and from 3-4 tavernas which provide amazing food. Do not hesitate to ask Aggeliki for whatever kind of information and recommendation you may require, totally reliable. We will definitely come back
