Eloa Luxury Villa is a stunning, contemporary villa perched majestically on the hillside above the charming village of Almirida. Nestled on the sun-drenched Cretan coast, this newly built retreat is designed with one focus: luxury and relaxation.

The villa’s centerpiece, an elegant infinity pool, offers mesmerizing sea views that shimmer under the brilliant Aegean sunlight. Spanning 270 m² across two accessible floors, Eloa Luxury Villa accommodates up to 10 guests in five spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable Mediterranean escape. Every detail, from the modern architecture and top-tier furnishings to the branded appliances and stylish decor, has been meticulously curated to ensure your stay is one of pure indulgence.

Lower Floor:
On the lower level, you’ll find one of the five bedrooms, featuring a king-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), an en-suite bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a 40” HDTV. The room also offers direct outdoor access. For ultimate relaxation, this floor also boasts a luxurious spa area, complete with a sauna, jacuzzi, shower, and seating.

Ground Floor:
Step into the heart of the villa on the ground floor, where the open-plan living area and kitchen welcome you. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a cozy fireplace, a 65” HDTV with Netflix, and a Bluetooth speaker. Large glass doors open directly onto the sun-soaked terrace, where stunning sea views await. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, perfect for preparing meals for family and friends. It includes a dining table that seats up to eight guests, with an additional round glass dining table in the living area.
This floor also includes a wheelchair-accessible bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be joined to form a king-size bed. The room features an en-suite bathroom (with additional access from the living area), a 40” HDTV, a PS5 console, and direct access to the pool area.

First Floor:
The first floor hosts the remaining three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each air-conditioned and decorated in warm, earthy tones with tasteful olive branch artwork symbolizing the villa’s Cretan heritage. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds (1.60m x 2.00m) and private balconies with stunning sea views, while the third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) that can be converted into a king-size bed as needed, along with its own sea-view balcony. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for larger groups. A laundry room with a washer-dryer combo is also located on this floor.

Outdoor Spaces:
The villa’s outdoor areas are designed for soaking in the sun and savoring the panoramic views of the sea and countryside. The expansive 50 m² infinity pool can be heated upon request (additional charge applies), and there are plenty of sunbeds, a daybed, and a shaded sitting area for ultimate relaxation. Outdoor amenities include:

A private 50 m² infinity pool (heating available with prior notice and additional cost)
Sun loungers, a daybed, sun umbrella, and a cozy seating area
