Hosts were so responsive and helpful if anything needed attention. Much appreciated.The closest village of Armenoi had a wonderful restaurant that we went to twice because it was so atmospheric and food was delicious called Tzitzikas. Also a great coffee/patisserie shop called Kiosky and fabulous deli on the corner opposite Cafe Michael which makes their own cheese and is well worth trying. Thankyou for a wonderful family holiday.

Do not take the first one if you have a low, fully loaded car, as the undercarriage will get stuck.The elderly would like an outdoor billiard table.We highly recommend this accommodation if there are enough of you to book both houses.

We spent a lot of time in and around the pool (especially those of us over 70), walking to the many restaurants and the youngsters (those under 70) did several hikes. We toured the nearby ruins and made several trips to the beaches and 'big' cities. We also picked and squeezed lemons and limes from the many fruit trees on the property. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual event. Thank you for a great place to stay!

First, superb communication with the hosts. They were very responsive and proactive. We didn’t actually have any needs but they checked in constantly always offering help. Organized our car rentasl and a boat trip to Balos. That trip turned out to be the highlight of our Crete experience. We also absolutely loved Kalyves and the tavernas in Armenoi (12 min walk). To all the vacationers new to Crete: must have local wines, all of the house wines were excellent. The food is just soooo good. Highly recommend a quick ride to Aptera to check out some ancient structures. Crete and its people are truly lovely.

First time I've ever had cleaning done mid-week.I've been traveling with villa rentals for 10 years now and this is definitely the best location I've found.Congratulations from our entire group.

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We were gathered in the extended family, 12 people and everyone enjoyed the place. There is spacious and plenty of space for everyone, for both play and rest, sunbathing and swimming. We used the grill several evenings and there was a lot of good food…
We were gathered in the extended family, 12 people and everyone enjoyed the place. There is spacious and plenty of space for everyone, for both play and rest, sunbathing and swimming. We used the grill several evenings and there was a lot of good food. Short drive to shops and restaurants and a great starting point for trips to CHANIA and other places in Crete, which we visited for the first time. It gave more flavor! The host was very welcoming and nice, easy to connect when we needed it! Thanks for a gorgeous week!

We've had a wonderful family holiday with 6 adults and 5 teenager children sharing both villas, it was perfect for us with tuns of space for all. Hosts were so responsive and helpful if anything needed attention. Also a great coffee/patisserie shop called Kiosky and fabulous deli on the corner opposite Cafe Michael which makes their own cheese and is well worth trying. Thankyou for a wonderful family holiday.

The two villas were really great for our large group of people

It was particularly great that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchens were also superbly equipped. In and by the pool, it's a great way to cope with the Greek summer heat. There were 16 of us here for 1 week. I've had a fantastic week with lots of swimming and playing. We believe that a car is required for shopping at this property. You can find shade if you want. The Wi-Fi was a bit weak. There are 2 entrances to the building. Do not take the first one if you have a low, fully loaded car, as the undercarriage will get…
