На первом уровне находится гостиная с полностью оборудованной мини-кухней, одна спальня с кроватью шириной 1,60 м и ванной комнатой с душем, другая спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями, преобразованными в кровать шириной 1,70 м, и гостевая ванная комната с душем. Также есть отдельное подсобное помещение со стиральной машиной, сушилкой, гладильной доской и утюгом.

На первом этаже находится гостиная с полностью оборудованной кухней и обеденной зоной (на 8-10 мест), большая терраса с обеденным / мягким гарнитуром и прекрасным видом на море, горы и закат. Также одна спальня с двумя односпальными кроватями (трансформируемая в 1,70 м) и частный балкон с креслами и видом на море, ванная комната с душем и ванной и гостевой туалет. На верхнем этаже расположены две большие спальни с 1,60 кроватями и ванная комната, большие оконные двери, ведущие на отдельный балкон с креслами, большая терраса с шезлонгами, с которой можно любоваться великолепным видом и зеленью тимьяна и оливковых деревьев. На открытом воздухе есть собственный пейзажный бассейн с детской зоной, шезлонгами, зонтиками, деревянная беседка с бигуди, которая оставляет солнечные тени в обеденной зоне со встроенными угольными принадлежностями для барбекю и раковиной. Каменистый сад, старательно неухоженный дикими кустарниками, объединяет дом с пейзажем, морем и закатом.

We enjoyed our time at the villa, which was cozy, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location with a view of the bay. The house is a little more private because it is set back from neighboring homes. Plaka and Amyrida are accessible by car or foot and offer a wide variety of dining options and a suitable starting point for exploring the island's western region. We'll return to take advantage of the lovely beaches and learn more about the local culture.

This villa is incredible.

Being able to have our own area with our own bathrooms as a family of 8 made a huge impact. The views were spectacular, and the pool was great. Nothing wrong with it! The property is a little off the usual path, so a car is required.

Each room is exactly as stated, with a somewhat varied design and arrangement. Also, everything was cleaned. The first and second floors have great views. It's difficult to choose a seat. The terrace is quite big, contains a ton of chairs and loungers, and has an amazing view. It also includes a really wonderful infinity pool! It's also feasible to grill, but make sure to verify in advance whether charcoal needs to be purchased. In addition, we always received timely responses to our queries.

It could be preferable to choose a different residence closer to Chania if the target audience is younger and may be seeking out more nightlife choices. Vana and George have a beautiful house and are great hosts. They have thought of everything and couldn't do enough to help us, including a special request for milk when we arrived, in addition to a great selection of welcome groceries. The house has everything and has a beautiful view - the pictures don't do it justice. This is a great place for exploring the Chania region - we recommend Lake Kournas and driving up to Anopolis and the Samaria Gorge. We had two very young children and the scenery at these locations (and on the way) was breathtaking, even if we couldn't fully explore them. For beaches, there are some in the local villages but just under an hour away we liked Marathi bay, which is clean, nice an quiet with good beachside restaurants.

This is a new luxury villa in a very interesting traditional Crete region. The views are spectacular from both inside and out. The surrounding area of Apokoronas offers beautiful places to explore: beaches and coves, small mountain villages, delicious yet inexpensive food at charming traditional tavernas. It’s also a good home base location for day trips to other parts of Crete.

We’ve just returned from the most amazing holiday at NiMar Villas! The views, the facilities, the hospitality, all surpassed anything we could have imagined. The house is absolutely stunning and incredibly well equipped. We stayed with our 2 young children and our parents and the layout of the house was perfect for accommodating everyone. We had the ground floor with the children which gave us lots of space and they were able to play with all the toys provided. Everything we could have wanted was provided - from beach towels and pool towels, to a bucket and space for the kids! We’re already missing the pool and incredible sunsets and can’t wait to return!

An absolutely recommendable villa! It's really all great - the perfect location, the fantastic view, the extremely extensive facilities, the cool style - we all felt at home from the first moment - and each of us had his own personal realm with chic bedroom and bathroom. Vana and her husband also personally welcomed us and filled the fridge for the first breakfast. That was really very nice! So I can really recommend the villa to everybody.

We were welcomed by George who explained everything very well and the communication with Vana was perfect since the begining, very nice host! The villa is in a calm area and only 10 minutes ride from Almyrida. Very clean, an housekeeper even came during our stay to change the sheets, towels and clean the house. It was like staying at the hotel, spacious room, very safe (alarm and safes in each rooms). We had a perfect stay and we highly recommande this place !

Vana and George were wonderful hosts, adding little touches to make our family even more comfortable. They were very helpful and responsive with suggestions for restaurants and beaches to check out as well. The villa was so comfortable and clean, with all the amenities a family could ask for! The Villa is a 5 minute drive from Restaurants, Shops and Beaches. We loved our stay and truly didn't want to leave!

Our family from Chicago was lucky enough to be one of the first to rent George and Vana's incredible new home in Crete. They are both architects and this was a passion project that they designed together and just recently completed. Every detail of the house was designed beautifully and is furnished with impeccable comfort and style. For example, not only do both the kitchen and lower kitchenette both have coffee makers, they also have two kinds of espresso machines (Nespresso and a fancy custom job). They've really thought of everything. Although the interior of the house was spectacular, that's not why you come to Greece. The outdoor living spaces transport you to the paradise you dreamt of: warm infinity pool with views to die for, outdoor dining table with grill, lounge chairs and umbrellas on every patio and deck. But the most over the top part of our stay was the warmth and hospitality we received from George and Vana. They met us at the home upon our arrival, walked us through how to use everything, gave us tips for the best beaches, and tracked down charging cords and adapters for our devices. We've stayed in dozens of rental homes all over the world, and we've never seen a host stock a kitchen like this. She said she knew our flight was late and our kids might be hungry so the refrigerator and freezer were full of eggs, milk, cheese, cereal, and all kinds of fruit. We were truly overwhelmed by the gesture. If you are considering this place; don't spend another moment on the decision and book it before the word gets out and it is booked. You won't regret it.
