При входе на виллу Aspro на первом этаже находится просторная зона открытой планировки, состоящая из гостиной с большим диваном, камином, 42-дюймовым спутниковым HDTV, крытой обеденной зоны и полностью оборудованной кухни с высококачественной сантехникой и бытовая техника, в том числе холодильник для вина. Гостиная выходит прямо на открытую террасу и к бассейну. Проходя по коридору на первом этаже, есть холл, где находится туалет. На этом этаже также находится спальня с двуспальной кроватью, 32-дюймовый телевизор высокой четкости со спутниковыми каналами, гардеробная и ванная комната с душем. Спальня также имеет выход на улицу. Поднимаясь на первый этаж по лестнице, есть холл, где находится ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Затем есть 2 спальни на первом этаже с 2 односпальными кроватями и ванной комнатой с душем. Лестница ведет дальше на мансарду, где расположены две спальни с 2 односпальными кроватями.

Красиво благоустроенная открытая площадка, окруженная различными деревьями и цветами, предлагает множество удобств и мест для отдыха. В частности, наши объекты на открытом воздухе включают в себя экологический бассейн площадью 32 кв. м и полностью оборудованный угольный гриль. обеденный стол на открытом воздухе и множество меблированных мест (с шезлонгами, зонтиками и стульями) для отдыха на террасе и в саду вокруг виллы. Вся открытая площадка является полностью частной и огороженной, что обеспечивает полную конфиденциальность для наших гостей.

We booked this for 10 people, two families with teenage children and an elder couple. House has all modern feel, compact, clean, air con in all rooms etc. Pool is great, BBQ area is great. Bedrooms are great and 3 with en-suite bathrooms. Almyrida is a 25 minute lovely walk, there are 3 bikes provided and there are a few good restaurants nearby. The lady looking after it is very helpful, the cleaning staff are great and overall it was a lovely holiday.

The Villa is modern, meticulously clean with all facilities and amenities one needs when going on vacation.The pool and the outside sitting area are unique and are much more than the villa web site pictures. It is clear that the property owner thought of every small aspect to make sure the villa guests experience a 5-star vacation.

The villa is even more beautiful than the photos. We stayed in Villa Aspro which is nice and secluded. The closest town Almyrida, is only five minutes drive which has a nice beach and some great restaurants. The design of the villa is stunning and modern. The villa has been operating for a year and everything looks clean and brand new. The bedrooms have large comfortable beds with good air conditioning. The large en-suite bathrooms have powerful showers. There is wifi throughout the house and satellite TV with loads of channels. The pool area is beautiful with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We received a lot of information and assistance before we even arrived. We received a lovely welcome and Greek treats and Olga was constantly available to answer any queries or offer suggestions. Mrs.Rena and her lovely daughters kept the house spotless and made us some lovely Greek treats (her lovely Moussaka kept us going for days). We were truly sad to leave and had an amazing experience. Villa Aspro and its team are highly recommended!
