Larimar — это современная каменная вилла, построенная в 2017 году. Большие стеклянные двери и окна в гостиной и кухне обеспечивают свет, прохладный летний бриз и непрерывный переход от роскошного современного интерьера к природной красоте экстерьера. Спальни спроектированы с учетом приватности, имеют собственный внутренний дворик и большие стеклянные двери с видом на окрестности.

Естественный свет, проникающий в дом, кажется мягким и освежающим. Ставни и шторы в спальнях можно закрыть, если есть необходимость в уединении. Вилла с собственной кухней, частная и может вместить до 6 человек. Роскошно меблированная и полностью оборудованная, роскошная вилла Larimar предлагает все, что может понадобиться семьям, парам или друзьям для спокойного, уединенного и комфортного отдыха!

Что делает нашу виллу действительно особенной, помимо просторного интерьера, так это большие открытые площадки с затененными меблированными патио и огромный сад с лужайкой (1300 кв. м), идеально подходящий, если с вами путешествуют дети, или если вы любите активный отдых. . Он оснащен совершенно новыми стильными шезлонгами и столами для напитков, очень удобной зоной отдыха рядом с бассейном и обеденным столом рядом с кухней со стульями на 6 человек. Кроме того, есть очень хорошо организованная площадка для барбекю с дополнительный холодильник для холодных напитков, доступный для вас, чтобы обеспечить расслабленную и комфортную жизнь на свежем воздухе днем ​​и ночью. It looks exactly as the photos suggest, maybe even better in real life.Maria was the host we communicated with and she couldn't be more accomodating. She always replied to our messages in advance of the booking and was a great source of information during our stay. She gave great advice and reccomendations for car hire, restaurant bookings, sights to see... anything we could think of.The villa itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. Literally everything you can think of is provided, including a fridge already stocked with many of the basics (eggs, bacon, butter, wine, bread, etc). Plenty of fresh towels for the pool, beach and bathrooms were supplied. Maria had even organised seperate softer towels for our 1 year old daughter.Theres not much I can add regarding what the villa looks like other than the pictures are very accurate so you can see for yourself. Everything (amenities etc) in this villa looks brand new.Thoroughly recommend.

The villa is a real gem on a beautiful private estate with individual entrance. If there is one negative point, it is the terrible road to get there. Full of bumps and holes, I hope they really do something about it. The villa is all luxury, beautiful swimming pool and nice jacuzzi. The bedrooms are great, beautiful bathrooms, beds excellent. The WiFi is also ok, which is not always the case in Greece. But the most important and best thing is the host Maria is an angel is always there for you provides nice excursion options and is a great added value to your stay. There was a welcome basket and also in the fridge there was one and other provisions. Be sure to do one of the activities she suggests, highly recommended!!

The build design, quality, maintenance, etc is impeccable. We were at the villa during a massive heatwave, so we spent a lot of time at the house and close to the pool with the great views towards mountains and the mediteranean. The aircon was efficient in keeping our stay pleasant.The pool area, outside lounge area, indoor area works really well together and we felt we were always close as a family, yet with enough space. The outdoor barbeque was a plus.Even though the villa is remote, security and privacy is top notch.Maria was a delightful host and very knowleadgeable about sites, practicalities and had plenty of good suggestions.

Absolutely stunning

Great start with Maria showing us the entire house and all the amenities. She also provided us with a well appointed welcome basket of goodies and food which included things for my son who is allergic to dairy and eggs. The house had absolutely everything…

She also provided us with a well appointed welcome basket of goodies and food which included things for my son who is allergic to dairy and eggs. The house had absolutely everything that we needed, and more. The house is surrounded by olive trees and the view is absolutely stunning. The pool was awesome, the rooms were spotless, bathrobes were provided and even the shampoo and the shower gel had a nice fragrance. Could not have asked for more. My family had a great time!

A great place to stay

Great spot. Exactly as pictured. Our family of four was very comfortable. Close to a number of attractive beaches. Air conditioning was a big benefit.

Superb villa with an amazing pool !

Superb villa with an amazing pool and stunning views across the bay. Extremely helpful host who ensured our stay was trouble free. The hot tub was a nice addition.
