Η Larimar Luxury Sea View Villa βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία, μόλις 3 χλμ δυτικά της πόλης Κισσάμου, στην περιοχή Τραχήλος. Βρίσκεται στην πλαγιά ενός λόφου, προσφέρει εκπληκτική πανοραμική θέα στον κόλπο της Κισσάμου και τη χερσόνησο της Γραμβούσας, καθώς και εκπληκτική θέα στο βουνό. Η βίλα περιβάλλεται από καταπράσινους ελαιώνες και προσφέρει ηρεμία και ιδιωτικότητα, ωστόσο απέχει μόλις 1 λεπτό από τον κεντρικό δρόμο που οδηγεί στην πόλη της Κισσάμου και στην παραλία με τα σμαραγδένια νερά Φαλάσαρνα!

Το Larimar είναι μια μοντέρνα πέτρινη βίλα που χτίστηκε το 2017. Σχεδιάστηκε με την έννοια του ανοιχτού χώρου, προκειμένου οι επισκέπτες να απολαμβάνουν έναν άνετο και εύκολο τρόπο ζωής και να αισθάνονται πάντα σε επαφή με το περιβάλλον. Οι μεγάλες γυάλινες πόρτες και τα παράθυρα στο σαλόνι και την κουζίνα παρέχουν φως, ένα δροσερό καλοκαιρινό αεράκι και μια αδιάκοπη διέλευση από το πολυτελές μοντέρνο εσωτερικό στη φυσική ομορφιά του εξωτερικού. Τα υπνοδωμάτια, σχεδιασμένα με γνώμονα την ιδιωτικότητα, έχουν το δικό τους αίθριο και μεγάλες γυάλινες πόρτες με θέα στη γύρω περιοχή.

Το φυσικό φως που εισέρχεται στο σπίτι είναι απαλό και αναζωογονητικό. Τα παντζούρια και οι κουρτίνες μπορούν να κλείσουν στα υπνοδωμάτια εάν υπάρχει ανάγκη για ιδιωτικότητα. Η βίλα είναι με δυνατότητα προετοιμασίας γευμάτων, ιδιωτική και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 6 άτομα. Πολυτελής επιπλωμένη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, η Larimar Luxury βίλα προσφέρει οτιδήποτε χρειάζονται οικογένειες, ζευγάρια ή φίλοι για χαλαρωτικές, ιδιωτικές και άνετες διακοπές!

Αυτό που κάνει τη βίλα μας πραγματικά ξεχωριστή, εκτός από το ευρύχωρο εσωτερικό, είναι οι μεγάλοι εξωτερικοί χώροι με σκιερά επιπλωμένα αίθρια και έναν τεράστιο κήπο με γκαζόν (1300 τ.μ.), ιδανικό αν έχετε παιδιά που ταξιδεύουν μαζί σας ή αν σας αρέσουν οι υπαίθριες δραστηριότητες . Είναι εξοπλισμένο με ολοκαίνουργιες κομψές ξαπλώστρες και τραπέζια ποτών, ένα πολύ άνετο καθιστικό ακριβώς δίπλα στην πισίνα, και ένα τραπέζι φαγητού δίπλα στην κουζίνα, με καρέκλες για το κάθισμα 6. Επίσης, υπάρχει ένας πολύ καλά οργανωμένος χώρος μπάρμπεκιου με Ένα επιπλέον ψυγείο για κρύα ποτά, διαθέσιμο για εσάς, για να εξασφαλίσετε ξεκούραστη και άνετη υπαίθρια ζωή μέρα και νύχτα. Το τέλειο μέρος για να απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και την όμορφη πισίνα με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα και στο βουνό, και να κοιτάτε τα αστέρια τη νύχτα.

It looks exactly as the photos suggest, maybe even better in real life.Maria was the host we communicated with and she couldn't be more accomodating. She always replied to our messages in advance of the booking and was a great source of information during our stay. She gave great advice and reccomendations for car hire, restaurant bookings, sights to see... anything we could think of.The villa itself was spotlessly clean and tidy. Literally everything you can think of is provided, including a fridge already stocked with many of the basics (eggs, bacon, butter, wine, bread, etc). Plenty of fresh towels for the pool, beach and bathrooms were supplied. Maria had even organised seperate softer towels for our 1 year old daughter.Theres not much I can add regarding what the villa looks like other than the pictures are very accurate so you can see for yourself. Everything (amenities etc) in this villa looks brand new.Thoroughly recommend.

The villa is a real gem on a beautiful private estate with individual entrance. If there is one negative point, it is the terrible road to get there. Full of bumps and holes, I hope they really do something about it. The villa is all luxury, beautiful swimming pool and nice jacuzzi. The bedrooms are great, beautiful bathrooms, beds excellent. The WiFi is also ok, which is not always the case in Greece. But the most important and best thing is the host Maria is an angel is always there for you provides nice excursion options and is a great added value to your stay. There was a welcome basket and also in the fridge there was one and other provisions. Be sure to do one of the activities she suggests, highly recommended!!

We were at the villa during a massive heatwave, so we spent a lot of time at the house and close to the pool with the great views towards mountains and the mediteranean. The aircon was efficient in keeping our stay pleasant.The pool area, outside lounge area, indoor area works really well together and we felt we were always close as a family, yet with enough space. The outdoor barbeque was a plus.Even though the villa is remote, security and privacy is top notch.Maria was a delightful host and very knowleadgeable about sites, practicalities and had plenty of good suggestions.

Absolutely stunning

Great start with Maria showing us the entire house and all the amenities. She also provided us with a well appointed welcome basket of goodies and food which included things for my son who is allergic to dairy and eggs. The house had absolutely everything…

The house had absolutely everything that we needed, and more. The house is surrounded by olive trees and the view is absolutely stunning. The pool was awesome, the rooms were spotless, bathrobes were provided and even the shampoo and the shower gel had a nice fragrance. Could not have asked for more. My family had a great time!

A great place to stay

Great spot. Exactly as pictured. Our family of four was very comfortable. Close to a number of attractive beaches. Air conditioning was a big benefit.

Superb villa with an amazing pool !

Superb villa with an amazing pool and stunning views across the bay. Extremely helpful host who ensured our stay was trouble free. The hot tub was a nice addition.
