The house was beautiful, just as described. There was a lot of outdoor space to relax and look at the forest. We were all very relaxed the entire trip. I highly recommend the house to anyone looking at renting it. The host was amazing, gave a ton of recommendations and helped up book a chef and massages. The only thing I would change, if you visit in the off season like we did, is that not many restaurants are open and the grocery stores are only okay, so I would book the chef every night - the chef was great and I highly recommend them too.

By far the very best villa I've ever stayed in, and I don't think there's anything like this elsewhere/affordable in the world. The villa is unbelievable, matches all the photos (though it's even more impressive in person). The host Eftichis greeted us on arrival and showed us around the villa, and how everything worked, as well as giving us some welcome food in the fridge, lots of great local recommendations and being very responsive on Whats App. The amenities are insane (3 pools, outdoor TVs, barbecue area, coffee maker, multiple ovens/fridges. The showers all had monsoon rain shower heads with LED lighting (and the master bedroom shower had 8 buttons with 14 different jets!). The only downside of staying here is that every future villa stay elsewhere will pale by comparison! My own recommendations: Titouan of Kefi Divers, Elpis restaurant, Douliana as a cute nearby village (and get a drink in the orchard with hammocks).

Having space for everyone - plus fun activities like tennis and table tennis - made it feel like home, only better. The location was great for exploring nearby beaches and villages, but honestly we often didn’t want to leave the villa at all. A truly unforgettable family holiday - we can’t wait to come back!

From the moment we arrived, The One Villa Chania captivated us with its blend of sublime design, cutting-edge conveniences, and an unparalleled setting. Every moment felt curated for joy and serenity. Driving up, the villa’s graceful architecture and sweeping panoramic views set the tone for what we knew would be something extraordinary. Is a sanctuary of elegance and peace. We started every morning floating in the huge pool. In the evenings, the kids giggled under the stars watching films by the kids pool - absolute magic. Up on the rooftop, the pool became our sunset retreat. When we wanted a break from relaxing, the tennis court kept us active. Organizing an invilla chef and spa treatments was easy and elevated our vacation. Just minutes from Almyrida Beach, with its tamarisk-shaded sand and calm waters, the location was convenient yet tranquil. We also discovered nearby villages like Gavalochori, with their traditional charm and authentic cuisine.  In short, this villa exceeded every expectation. The One isn’t just a place to stay, it’s where memories are made. Every detail, from the architecture to the amenities, whispers “luxury with soul.” We’re already counting the days until our next stay.

We came to The One as a group of six friends and it couldn’t have been better. The villa is huge and stylish, with so many spaces to hang out together. We had plenty of room to spread out, but also perfect spots to gather, laugh, and enjoy the amazing views. A big shoutout to Nikos and Efrichis for being incredible hosts. They were always quick to help, gave us the best tips for local beaches and nightlife, and made sure our stay was effortless. We had an amazing week in the villa over the summer. They have thought of every amenity should you require this, it is home from home and more. The outside pool and bbq area is out of this world and extremely luxurious, you feel as if you are living on a movie set. The outside music and TV area is well thought out and an added bonus. Tennis courts we part finished but another added bonus, will be great when finished with a basketball net. Kitchen facilities - no expense spared and had never been used before we arrived. They have thought of every utensil you could need. The coffee machine was my favourite! Local town was small but really authentic and some lovely restaurants. Small supermarkets nearby too.

The villa was awesome and the kids loved the brand new basketball goal and outdoor tv/kids pool. The villa features are amazing and the surroundings were beautiful—terrific views from lots of spots. Just 5 minutes away from nice little town (Almyrida)…
The villa was awesome and the kids loved the brand new basketball goal and outdoor tv/kids pool. The villa features are amazing and the surroundings were beautiful—terrific views from lots of spots. Just 5 minutes away from nice little town (Almyrida) with restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Special thanks to the owner (Nikos) and manager (Eftichis) for giving us a ton of helpful recommendations and always responding quickly to any questions we had. They both came out to address one minor issue the same day we inquired about it. Although the third (“basement”) floor (which we heard will ultimately double the size of the villa) is not yet complete, the description on AirBnb is 100% accurate and there was absolutely zero construction going on during our stay so it didn’t bother us in the slightest. Pools, etc. are exactly as shown in the photos. All in all a top-notch property and experience. Would give 6 stars if we could. Already planning a trip back….

We appreciate the thought that Niko put into all the features of the home that made our stay at The One Villa unforgettable! Small details like a charging station built into the kitchen island and filtered drinking water (cold and sparkling) in the kitchen sink as well as an easy-to-use stereo system throughout the inside/outside of the home made our stay comfortable and exciting. Not to mention the tennis court (With a soccer net and basketball hoop) my adult children played on and the many pools we used. Niko gave us many recommendations throughout the area that made our stay more enjoyable.

Everything about the Villa is amazing. The owner Nikos has thought of everything from automated systems to a kitchen with every appliance imaginable to beautiful decor. The outdoor spaces are even better than the interior, with the main pool being absolutely stunning, and the small pool with the huge tv being a big hit with the kids. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar left nothing to be desired. And the hospitality and service with lots of small touches not seen elsewhere put everything over the top!
