Курортный комплекс площадью 300 кв. м, несмотря на свой минималистский дизайн, прекрасно вписывается в окружающую среду. В нем могут разместиться 10 человек на кроватях и до 12 человек при необходимости.

На первом этаже Wine Villa Chania находится просторная зона открытой планировки, состоящая из гостиной с большим диваном, камином, 50-дюймовым телевизором с высокой четкостью изображения со спутниковыми каналами, столовой в помещении и полностью оборудованной кухни высшего качества. сантехника и техника. В нашем тренажерном зале есть широкий выбор фитнес-оборудования, такого как беговая дорожка, тренажеры для пресса, мячи для упражнений и жим лежа. В игровой комнате есть 50-дюймовый телевизор с высокой четкостью изображения, игровая приставка Playstation 3 и настольный теннис.

В отдельную студию можно попасть либо из тренажерного зала / игровой комнаты в главном здании, либо через отдельный вход снаружи. Это может быть полностью независимое пространство, которое может предложить гостям больше уединения. При входе в студию есть зона открытой планировки, состоящая из гостиной с диваном, 32-дюймовым телевизором с высокой четкостью изображения, обеденной зоны и полностью оборудованной кухни. Красиво ухоженная открытая территория, окруженная различными деревьями и цветами, предлагает множество удобств и мест для отдыха. В частности, открытые объекты включают: частный бассейн с подогревом площадью 55 кв. М с неглубокой частью для детей. Полностью оборудованный угольный мангал с дровяной печью, газовый мангал. Два обеденных стола на открытом воздухе. Разнообразные меблированные места (с шезлонгами, зонтиками и стульями) для отдыха на веранде и в садах вокруг виллы. Игровая площадка для детей младшего возраста. Баскетбольная сетка. Парковочное место на 4 машины. Вся открытая территория полностью закрыта и огорожена, что обеспечивает полную конфиденциальность для наших гостей.

Communication with the host was great!!! The pool and outside area is amazing and we paid a little extra for the pool to be heated which was well worth it for our stay in mid October with 2 infants. The villa is so spacious and well equipped with all the essentials and more you could require. Location wise you are 5mins drive to 3 supermarkets and restaurants and 20mins from in our opinion one of the best beaches Marthia. We would definitely recommend staying at the Villa and hope to visit again.

The host was incredible. Prior to arrival, she was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions asked. She helped arrange car hire for us and restaurant recommendations. The property is STUNNING and is the best we have seen. The property is finished to an incredible standard and the swimming pool and chillout areas outside are just wonderful. All TVs have Netflix which the kids loved! The hosts helped us arrange a cook to come home to teach our kids a traditional Cretan meal and helped arrange taxis/ food delivery - she truly went above and beyond. The property is well located -15 mins drive from Chania old town, 10 minutes from Chania airport and 20 minutes from the beautiful Marathi beach. You really will not be disappointed with this property. We are already planning when we can visit again.

Communicating with the host was easy and efficient. Check-in was a breeze. The location was a nice balance of quiet countryside while being less than 15 minutes by car to Chania. I would recommend this villa to anyone!

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants, it’s only a short taxi ride to Chania town, along with Marathi Beach, which was beautiful and worth hiring a boat from. I’d recommend this villa to anyone and hope to come back one day.
