Βρίσκεται στη φύση σε ιδιωτικό οικόπεδο 1.800 τ.μ. που περιβάλλεται από χώρους διαβίωσης μεταξύ του χωριού Κουνουπιδιανά στη Χερσόνησο Ακρωτηρίου και της πόλης των Χανίων, το Wine Villa Chania έχει το μοναδικό πλεονέκτημα που θα σας κάνει να αισθανθείτε ότι μένετε στη φύση αν και θα είναι δίπλα σε όλα! Το Wine Villa Chania συνδυάζει παραδοσιακά υλικά με έναν ασυνήθιστο σχεδιασμό, μια γαλήνια ατμόσφαιρα και σύγχρονες ανέσεις για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, ιδανικές για οικογένειες και παιδιά με τις πλούσιες εγκαταστάσεις του. Απολαύστε ηρεμία, άνεση και πολυτέλεια σε αυτήν την εξαίσια και μοναδική βίλα.

Το εξοχικό 300 τ.μ. καταφέρνει να συνδυαστεί με τη γύρω περιοχή, παρά τον μινιμαλιστικό σχεδιασμό του. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 10 άτομα σε κρεβάτια και έως 12 άτομα εάν είναι απαραίτητο.

Μπαίνοντας στο Wine Villa Chania στο ισόγειο υπάρχει ένας ευρύχωρος ενιαίος χώρος που αποτελείται από σαλόνι με μεγάλο καναπέ, τζάκι, δορυφορική HDTV 50 ιντσών, εσωτερική τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα κορυφαίας ποιότητας εξαρτήματα και συσκευές. Ο χώρος του σαλονιού ανοίγει σε βεράντα με τραπέζι φαγητού που σας οδηγεί στον χώρο της πισίνας. Επιπλέον, δίπλα στην κουζίνα, υπάρχει πλυντήριο με πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο. Καθώς περνάτε από έναν διάδρομο στο ισόγειο, υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια. Το κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι, δωμάτιο ντουλάπας, τηλεόραση HD 32 ιντσών και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Τα υπόλοιπα 2 υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 μονά κρεβάτια αντίστοιχα. Επιπλέον, υπάρχει ένα ακόμη μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ντους και μία τουαλέτα στον ίδιο χώρο.

Μια σκάλα στο ισόγειο σας οδηγεί στον κάτω όροφο. Σε αυτόν τον όροφο, υπάρχει ένα γυμναστήριο και αίθουσα παιχνιδιών που συνδέεται με την πίσω αυλή της βίλας, όπου υπάρχει χώρος μπάρμπεκιου, υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία κάτω από την πέργκολα, παιδική χαρά για μικρά παιδιά και δίχτυ μπάσκετ. Το γυμναστήριο μας διαθέτει μια μεγάλη συλλογή εξοπλισμού γυμναστικής, όπως διάδρομο, εξοπλισμό κοιλιακών, μπάλες γυμναστικής και πρέσα πάγκου. Ο χώρος του playroom διαθέτει HDTV 50 ιντσών, Playstation 3 με παιχνίδια και πινγκ -πονγκ.

Το ξεχωριστό στούντιο είναι προσβάσιμο είτε από το γυμναστήριο/την αίθουσα παιχνιδιών στο κεντρικό σπίτι είτε από τη δική του είσοδο έξω και μπορεί να είναι ένας πλήρως ανεξάρτητος χώρος που μπορεί να προσφέρει μεγαλύτερη ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες. Μπαίνοντας στο στούντιο, υπάρχει ένας ενιαίος χώρος που αποτελείται από σαλόνι με καναπέ, HDTV 32 ιντσών, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Το στούντιο διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο με ντους και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Ο όμορφα διαμορφωμένος εξωτερικός χώρος που περιβάλλεται από διάφορα δέντρα και λουλούδια προσφέρει μια ποικιλία από εγκαταστάσεις και σημεία για χαλάρωση. Πιο συγκεκριμένα οι εξωτερικές εγκαταστάσεις περιλαμβάνουν: ιδιωτική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα 55 τ.μ. με ρηχό μέρος για παιδιά. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μπάρμπεκιου με κάρβουνο με ξυλόφουρνο, μπάρμπεκιου αερίου. Δύο τραπεζάκια εξωτερικού χώρου. Μια ποικιλία από επιπλωμένα σημεία (με ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες και καρέκλες) για χαλάρωση στη βεράντα και τους κήπους γύρω από τη βίλα. Χώρος παιδικής χαράς για μικρά παιδιά. Δίχτυ μπάσκετ. Χώρος στάθμευσης για 4 αυτοκίνητα. Όλος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι εντελώς ιδιωτικός και περιφραγμένος, προσφέροντας πλήρη ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας.

Communication with the host was great!!! The pool and outside area is amazing and we paid a little extra for the pool to be heated which was well worth it for our stay in mid October with 2 infants. The villa is so spacious and well equipped with all the essentials and more you could require. Location wise you are 5mins drive to 3 supermarkets and restaurants and 20mins from in our opinion one of the best beaches Marthia. We would definitely recommend staying at the Villa and hope to visit again.

The host was incredible. Prior to arrival, she was extremely helpful and responsive to all questions asked. She helped arrange car hire for us and restaurant recommendations. The property is STUNNING and is the best we have seen. The property is finished to an incredible standard and the swimming pool and chillout areas outside are just wonderful. All TVs have Netflix which the kids loved! The hosts helped us arrange a cook to come home to teach our kids a traditional Cretan meal and helped arrange taxis/ food delivery - she truly went above and beyond. The property is well located -15 mins drive from Chania old town, 10 minutes from Chania airport and 20 minutes from the beautiful Marathi beach. You really will not be disappointed with this property. We are already planning when we can visit again.

Communicating with the host was easy and efficient. Check-in was a breeze. The location was a nice balance of quiet countryside while being less than 15 minutes by car to Chania. I would recommend this villa to anyone!

Beautiful villa with everything you need for a fantastic holiday.

The host was antastic helping with transfers, car hire, food and tips on where to go. Communication was excellent and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants, it’s only a short taxi ride…

The villa is within walking distance of a few restaurants, it’s only a short taxi ride to Chania town, along with Marathi Beach, which was beautiful and worth hiring a boat from. I’d recommend this villa to anyone and hope to come back one day.
