Beautifully positioned at the top of a hill overlooking the coast. Very comfortable and spacious with so much outdoor space and panoramic balconies to view the whole area. The pool was large and with comfortable recliners. Beds and bathrooms all comfortable and clean and the aircon worked well. A short 15 min walk down to either Ligaria or Agia Pelagia beach, both of which provided great access to the sea and water sports.Highly recommend!

The villa itself offers a full 360 panoramic views of the ocean and the mountainous regions of Crete. The place is well equipped with everything you need. The coffee machine was a welcomed treat! The washing machine was an even greater addition (as a parent of 2 young children, this was much appreciated!!). The pool was lovely. We often had breakfast sat on the terrace whilst the children splashed around in the pool. There a 2 local beaches within walking distance scattered with many places to eat and drink. We would definitely recommend this villa to friends.

Spacious and lots of comfy places to sit. The outside areas were lovely and eating breakfast listening the waves with the wonderful views was amazing. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy. Bathrooms were ok, showers were not powerful until the end of the holiday, I am not sure why the water pressure suddenly improved. Kitchen had all utensils we needed and the filtered water tap and ice from the fridge/freezer was a bonus. We were also very grateful for the cooled drinks in the fridge, wine and fresh fruit bowl on arrival. Cleaning was included, we requested once during our stay. Some small parts could do with a good clean like plug hole sockets and some light switches need fixing. The advert says there is a private beach - there is not access to a private beach, but this didn't matter to us too much, we preferred spending time at the private pool, which was our reason for booking this villa. We would return and would recommend this villa

Me and my family stayed in October for a week. The villa was amazing, looked just like the photos and only a short walk to Ligaria beach. We went a bit out of season so they weren’t all open, but there are some lovely restaurants along the beach perfect for evening meals. One thing we were skeptical of was that there wasn’t a specific address for the building but we were reassured by Giorgio that this is normal for the area and he sent us the details we needed once we asked. We would definitely recommend staying in this place - it’s just amazing amd the views are to die for.

Everything about our time at the villa was great, including the communication leading up to, during, and after our arrival. We always stay in villas when traveling abroad, so we have extensive knowledge of the excellent and the bad. We cannot say enough positive things about this property. This is a step forward from what we've previously experienced. The property has a lot of space, is immaculate, and offers complete seclusion. The host is fantastic, and we plan to come back again soon. You must visit this villa.

Quiet position on a hill overlooking the sea with beautiful views. A short 5 minute walk to café, restaurant and shops however the fridge was well stocked with food and fruit and we were able to make supper on our arrival. The facilities at the villa inside and out were superb, including a good sized pool, extensive terraces and beautiful pool area. The owner was a gracious host, phoning to check that everything was alright and offering any help needed. The villa was immaculately clean and bedding, towels and bathrobes are changed twice a week. Full air conditioning was superb. We absolutely loved it!!!

We've had an amazing stay and are very tempted to go back soon!

The location and size of the villa are everything. Being able to see two bays in all directions is a rather special benefit. It's windy, but we didn't find that too bothersome while we were there.

This magnificent villa is the ultimate in luxury accommodation on Crete. Perched high on the cliff between two coves providing safe and delightful beach swimming and water sports, guests could be forgiven for spending their entire holiday simply indulging in the villa's own facilities. The sea views on three sides are nothing short of spectacular, day or night. Almost every room spoils you with a jaw-dropping vista. The villa is superbly appointed inside with every need catered for, from morning coffee through to al fresco dining, complimented by tasteful furnishings where nothing is compromised, particularly space. Outside, dedicated barbecue and pizza 'huts' add to a bar and cabana servicing the sparkling, deep pool which provides infinity views to die for. This is a venue capable of satisfying the most demanding of travellers. More than this, it beckons the most discerning.
