Вилла Epavli располагает 5 спальнями с ванными комнатами, главной спальней в стиле спа, панорамным балконом с потрясающим видом на море, частным тренажерным залом, пейзажным бассейном и дополнительными апартаментами для вашего персонала.

Только представьте, что вы просыпаетесь с захватывающим видом на бирюзовые воды Критского моря с вашей террасы. Вдохните свежий средиземноморский воздух и почувствуйте тепло солнца на своей коже. Позвольте своим глазам заглянуть за горизонт, позвольте всем своим чувствам пробудиться и наслаждайтесь раем.

Второй этаж: открыв входную дверь, вы обнаружите лестницу, ведущую на верхний этаж, где находится главная спальня.  Каждая спальня имеет отдельный вход, соединенный с кондиционированным тренажерным залом с окнами от пола до потолка. Здесь, занимаясь спортом, вы можете любоваться бескрайней синевой Критского моря или любоваться прекрасными закатами над голубым горизонтом.  В каждой спальне есть телевизор с плоским экраном и спутниковыми каналами, кондиционер, встроенные шкафы, прикроватный столик с лампой и собственная просторная ванная комната с душем. Через балконные двери от пола до потолка, за исключением одной спальни, вы можете попасть на панорамный балкон с захватывающим видом на море.  Две спальни с прямым видом на море и одна с видом на горы. В одной спальне из шести есть кровать размера «king-size», которую также можно разделить на две односпальные кровати.

Первый этаж: другая лестница приведет вас из главного холла в гостиную и столовую открытой планировки внизу, одну главную спальню и современную кухню с прямым выходом к бассейну.  Жилая зона состоит из кондиционированной гостиной с удобными кожаными диванами, камином, 55-дюймовым телевизором Smart TV и окнами от пола до потолка. Обеденная зона сочетает в себе полностью оборудованную просторную кухню, барный стол с 6 стульями и деревянный дизайнерский стол на 12 человек. Главная спальня состоит из кровати размера «king-size», встроенного шкафа, Smart TV, кондиционера, подходящего зеркала в деревянной раме, приставного столика с лампой, ванной комнаты в стиле спа аэромассаж и гидромассаж, а также балкон от пола до потолка с видом на бассейн и море.  На этом уровне вы также найдете скрытую кладовую с дополнительным туалетом.

Снаружи: с первого этажа вы попадаете на открытую площадку с 17-метровым пейзажным бассейном, частной частично крытой террасой с зоной отдыха, террасой у бассейна с шезлонгами, а также местом для отдыха в тени, барбекю с каменной печью и столом на 8 человек. Также можно сидеть на каменной скамейке рядом с духовкой с удобными подушками. Рядом с пейзажным бассейном находится частная тропа, ведущая к бирюзовым водам Критского моря, расположенная всего в 25 метрах.

Where do I begin... We were a group of 6 friends traveling together. The villa is outside of the main city, Heraklion, and it was easy to get around with our rental car. Welcome - Stavros welcomed us on arrival. His wife had freshly made moussaka resting in the oven just for us. The moussaka was delicious, and such a thoughtful, personal touch. Stavros gave us tips on local restaurants and place to go. Villa - I concur with the other reviewers that the villa looks amazing in person. The space is contemporary and well thought-out. The furniture, kitchenware, appliances, and decor are all of high quality. The huge glass windows allow natural light to penetrate through. The views are breathtaking - infinity pool, clear blue sea, cascading cliffs, and city lights in the distance. The bedrooms are ensuite, spacious with natural light. Again, beautiful views. Amenities - Aside from the usual washing machine, dishwasher, AC, Nespresso machine, Stavros was so kind to stock the kitchen with drinking water, coffee pods, tea, creamers, sugar, fresh fruits, wine, and spices. This is the first villa I've stayed in with so many supplies. Private beach - There is a rocky, private beach at the bottom of the cliff. There is a staircase that leads to the beach. The waters are crystal clear and the sand soft. We had a great time taking a dip in the sea and sun-bathing atop the huge rocks. We were the only ones there! Pool - There's a barbecue grill and a pizza oven with a large dining table. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use this area. If we had stayed longer, we would have grilled some meat and enjoyed an evening outdoors with the view of city lights in the horizon.

Stravros and his property were absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a situation with one person in our group where they needed to be hospitalized while experiencing extreme pain. Stravros went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and drove us to the hospital and navigated us to get admitted. Other than that I would echo the other reviews the place is absolutely stunning. You have to see it to believe it. Chef was great too ! Super convenient and delicious gourmet meals. Our check in and checkout was all coordinated very well by stravros. Basically, stravros catered to everything we needed. If he’s not a super host already he definitely should be. I was already expecting a very nice place based on the pics and reviews but the service put icing on the cake

Fully equipped with everything you need. Great indoor and outdoor kitchens with all the gear for cooking lovers like ourselves. Beautiful private beach, small but the water are crystal clear and there are a lot of fishes, great for snorkeling. Pool is very big. The house is spotless clean. Just 15 min drive from Herkalion airport. 10 min drive from big supermarket, butcher, fish shop, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Stavros is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing bad to say, it was a perfect vacation. We hope to come back.

The villa is located in a quite but convenient location, about 20 minutes ride to downtown Heraklion and 10 minuets’ drive to Pelagia (beach side). The villa itself is equipped with everything you can think of when you’re traveling and the host is very kind and responsiveness in helping us to address everything, e.g. car battery issues, ferry cancellation due to hurricane in the early morning and sending us a homemade Musaka in our last day stay at his villa which makes us feel at home. We will definitely recommend to stay at this villa if you’re visiting Crete!

There is absolutely nothing that could be improved or even suggested.There are so many beautiful are­as of this property to enjoy every minute of the day from su­nrise to sunset!!!. Beautiful crystal cl­ear sea and a perfect salty swimming poo­l, the house itself is lovely inside, air conditioned everyw­here, huge comfortab­le beds, fabulous ki­tchen and plenty of room! Stavros was the most amazing host you co­uld possibly ask for­!.He was there whene­ver required to help us in any way we ne­eded!. VISIT THIS PLACE!
