Seafront Villa Pela Crete es una escapada elegante frente al mar, construida en la cima de una colina, a solo 25 m de las aguas turquesas del golfo de Heraklion en el mar de Creta, Grecia. Epavli Villa cuenta con 5 habitaciones con baño, un dormitorio principal inspirado en un spa, un balcón envolvente con impresionantes vistas al mar, un gimnasio privado, una piscina infinita y un apartamento adicional para su personal de vacaciones.

Imagínese despertarse con una vista impresionante de las aguas turquesas del mar de Creta desde su terraza. Respira el aire fresco del Mediterráneo y siente el calor del sol en tu piel. Deja que tus ojos viajen más allá del horizonte, deja que todos tus sentidos se despierten y disfruta del paraíso.

Primer Piso: Al abrir la puerta de entrada, encontrará unas escaleras que conducen al piso superior, donde se encuentra el Área del Dormitorio Principal.  Cada habitación tiene su propia entrada privada conectada al área del gimnasio con aire acondicionado y ventanales del piso al techo. Aquí, mientras hace ejercicio, podrá contemplar el azul infinito del mar de Creta o admirar hermosas puestas de sol sobre el horizonte azul.  Cada dormitorio cuenta con TV de pantalla plana vía satélite, aire acondicionado, armarios empotrados, mesa auxiliar con lámpara y su propio cuarto de baño espacioso con ducha. Desde las puertas del balcón del piso al techo, a excepción de un dormitorio, se puede acceder a un balcón envolvente con una impresionante vista al mar.  Dos dormitorios tienen vistas directas al mar y uno a la montaña. Uno de cada seis dormitorios tiene una cama tamaño king que también se puede separar en dos camas individuales.

Planta baja: otras escaleras lo llevarán desde el salón principal a la sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta de la planta baja, un dormitorio principal y una cocina moderna con acceso directo a la piscina.  La sala de estar consta de una sala de estar con aire acondicionado, cómodos sofás de cuero, una chimenea, un Smart TV de 55" y ventanales de piso a techo. El área de comedor combina una amplia cocina totalmente equipada, una mesa de bar con 6 taburetes y una mesa de diseño de madera para hasta 12 personas. El dormitorio principal consta de una cama tamaño king, armario empotrado, Smart TV, aire acondicionado, un espejo de pie con marco de madera a juego, una mesa auxiliar con lámpara, un baño estilo spa con aeromasaje y hidromasaje y un balcón de piso a techo con vista al área de la piscina y al mar. En este nivel, también encontrará un área de almacenamiento oculta con un baño adicional.

Exterior: Desde la Planta Baja se ingresa al Área Exterior con una Piscina Infinity de 17 metros, una terraza privada parcialmente techada con área para sentarse, un deck de piscina con tumbonas y un espacio para relajarse a la sombra, BBQ con horno de piedra y mesa con capacidad para 8 personas. También hay un banco de piedra en la pared, al lado del horno, con cómodos cojines, para sentarse. Junto a la piscina infinita, hay un sendero privado que conduce a las aguas turquesas del mar de Creta, situado a sólo 25 m.

Where do I begin... We were a group of 6 friends traveling together. The villa is outside of the main city, Heraklion, and it was easy to get around with our rental car. Welcome - Stavros welcomed us on arrival. His wife had freshly made moussaka resting in the oven just for us. The moussaka was delicious, and such a thoughtful, personal touch. Stavros gave us tips on local restaurants and place to go. Villa - I concur with the other reviewers that the villa looks amazing in person. The space is contemporary and well thought-out. The furniture, kitchenware, appliances, and decor are all of high quality. The huge glass windows allow natural light to penetrate through. The views are breathtaking - infinity pool, clear blue sea, cascading cliffs, and city lights in the distance. The bedrooms are ensuite, spacious with natural light. Again, beautiful views. Amenities - Aside from the usual washing machine, dishwasher, AC, Nespresso machine, Stavros was so kind to stock the kitchen with drinking water, coffee pods, tea, creamers, sugar, fresh fruits, wine, and spices. This is the first villa I've stayed in with so many supplies. Private beach - There is a rocky, private beach at the bottom of the cliff. There is a staircase that leads to the beach. The waters are crystal clear and the sand soft. We had a great time taking a dip in the sea and sun-bathing atop the huge rocks. We were the only ones there! Pool - There's a barbecue grill and a pizza oven with a large dining table. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use this area. If we had stayed longer, we would have grilled some meat and enjoyed an evening outdoors with the view of city lights in the horizon.

Stravros and his property were absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a situation with one person in our group where they needed to be hospitalized while experiencing extreme pain. Stravros went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and drove us to the hospital and navigated us to get admitted. Other than that I would echo the other reviews the place is absolutely stunning. You have to see it to believe it. Chef was great too ! Super convenient and delicious gourmet meals. Our check in and checkout was all coordinated very well by stravros. Basically, stravros catered to everything we needed. If he’s not a super host already he definitely should be. I was already expecting a very nice place based on the pics and reviews but the service put icing on the cake

Fully equipped with everything you need. Great indoor and outdoor kitchens with all the gear for cooking lovers like ourselves. Beautiful private beach, small but the water are crystal clear and there are a lot of fishes, great for snorkeling. Pool is very big. The house is spotless clean. Just 15 min drive from Herkalion airport. 10 min drive from big supermarket, butcher, fish shop, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Stavros is an amazing host, very kind, helpful and attentive. Nothing bad to say, it was a perfect vacation. We hope to come back.

The villa is located in a quite but convenient location, about 20 minutes ride to downtown Heraklion and 10 minuets’ drive to Pelagia (beach side). The villa itself is equipped with everything you can think of when you’re traveling and the host is very kind and responsiveness in helping us to address everything, e.g. car battery issues, ferry cancellation due to hurricane in the early morning and sending us a homemade Musaka in our last day stay at his villa which makes us feel at home. We will definitely recommend to stay at this villa if you’re visiting Crete!
