Трехуровневая недвижимость расположена на частном участке площадью 6000 кв.м, на вершине холма в живописной деревне Джанноуди, недалеко от северного побережья Ретимно на острове Крит, с видом на Эгейское море и сельскую местность. Помимо завораживающих видов, близость к Старому городу Ретимно, а также к нескольким прекрасным пляжам и деревням делает виллу Lime отличным выбором для отдыха.


Вилла Lime занимает общую площадь 420 кв.м. и может вместить до 12 гостей в своих 6 спальнях. Вся собственность была недавно отремонтирована и построена с использованием высококачественных материалов, что придает ей современный и современный вид. Его светлый, просторный интерьер предлагает просторные жилые зоны, предназначенные для максимального удовольствия от летнего отдыха.

Перейдя через отдельный вход на первом этаже, вы обнаружите:

– Гостиная с 2 диванами, открытым камином, 55-дюймовым смарт-телевизором с Netflix, динамиком Bluetooth и игровой консолью PS4, которая обеспечивает прямой доступ к веранде.

- Дополнительная зона отдыха с 2 дополнительными диванами и пианино. Из обеих зон отдыха открывается прекрасный вид на море.

- Большая крытая обеденная зона на 12 гостей.

- Полностью оборудованная кухня с фирменными электроприборами и островной стойкой.

– Спальня с выходом к площадке для барбекю и потолочным вентилятором.

Обе спальни оснащены кондиционерами, а также 32-дюймовыми телевизорами, а также собственными ванными комнатами с душевыми кабинами и двумя односпальными кроватями в каждой (0,90 X 2,00), которые также можно сдвинуть. вместе, чтобы сформировать кровать размера "king-size" по запросу.

Нижний уровень

Спустившись на несколько ступенек с первого этажа, вы попадаете в зону бассейна, откуда также открывается панорамный вид на море и окрестности. В частности, терраса у бассейна включает в себя:

- Свободной формы, 70 м2, частный бассейн с водопадом, глубиной 1,40 м, гарантирует благотворное воздействие освежающего купания в жаркий летний день.

- Зона для загара оборудована 8 удобными шезлонгами, 2 шезлонгами, двуспальной кушеткой и 2 зонтиками для полного расслабления.

- Газонная площадка у бассейна с детской площадкой для наших маленьких гостей.

- Открытая зона отдыха рядом с бассейном с диванами и креслами.

- Туалет на улице с душем.

- Частная парковка на 5 автомобилей на территории виллы.

- Отдельный вход с воротами.

This is an incredible villa which worked perfectly for our group. The large kitchen/dinner/social space opened up on to the balcony which makes it a great sociable villa. The views are amazing, and having the option of the indoor pool to be heated was perfect for us. There are gates by the stairs to the outdoor pool which was helpful to stop the young children in our group going near the pool unsupervised. Each bedroom was en suite and all the rooms were all spotlessly clean... So much so that my friend crawled into a glass door on arrival when testing the indoor pool water temperature!

The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious with stunning grounds and a gorgeous pool. The space inside was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all amenities. While the location is a bit remote and a 15 mins drive to the center of Rethymno, it was extremely safe and very peaceful and lots of bakeries and supermarkets are close by. Communication with the host was very easy and they came to clean the space a couple of times during our stay which was very helpful. One issue that we encountered was limited internet. The host reset the router a few times which helped a bit but we wish that could have been smoother during our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay and recommend this home for a large group.

We had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations. We had 12 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house and the property were beautiful! The house was incredibly clean, modern, and spacious. Emmanouela was very responsive and extremely helpful. She assisted us with dinner reservations and even compiled a list of beautiful beaches and other places to visit. Her mom made a delicious meal for all of us to enjoy, which was an amazing surprise! We would LOVE to stay here again! Thank you again for making our vacation fantastic with your gracious hospitality!

What a wonderful villa! When we arrived we were so happy and it was perfect for a family group of 9 - three generations including four children aged 10-15. Each room has an ensuite and is a good size and beautifully decorated. The living area is fantastic with two connected sitting areas and a big well equipped kitchen. The indoor pool is a wonderful added bonus which the kids loved. The outdoor pool was so much fun with wonderful views and the garden had a lovely outdoor seating area with a bbq and pizza oven. In the gardens is a small lemon grove from which we picked lemons to make lemonade.Emmanouela is also a wonderful host and responded to all our questions immediately and was very helpful across the stay. We felt very well looked after.It is also a 5m drive to the beach and 10m to rethimno so super easy to get around and get to local shops. All in all a wonderful villa - top notch.

Our stay was perfect from booking, during our stay and until check-out. The view from the villa is stunning, the rooms are perfect, the house and garden is very beautiful and the area is perfect for day trips or shorter trips. Also the villa is cleaned very frequently so we never had to worry about spending our day with something else than vacation :) The kids had fun in the indoor and the outdoor pools. It was always a please to relax with some chilly drinks in the sun or have a nice dinner in the evening at the bbq place. Emmanouela was a wonderful host alway reacted very fast and was helpful in every occasion, I can only absolutely recommend :)
