Περιτριγυρισμένο από έναν καταπράσινο κήπο, γεμάτο με καρποφόρα δέντρα, το Villa Lime είναι η ειδυλλιακή απόδραση που ονειρευόσασταν για τις διακοπές σας. Το ακίνητο τριών επιπέδων απλώνεται σε ιδιωτικό οικόπεδο 6000 τ.μ., πάνω από μια κορυφή λόφου στο γραφικό χωριό Γιαννούδι, κοντά στη βόρεια ακτογραμμή του Ρεθύμνου στο νησί της Κρήτης, με θέα στο Αιγαίο και την εξοχή. Εκτός από τη μαγευτική θέα, η εγγύτητα στην Παλιά Πόλη του Ρεθύμνου, καθώς και σε πολλές όμορφες παραλίες και χωριά καθιστούν το Villa Lime μια εξαιρετική επιλογή βάσης για τις διακοπές σας.


Η Villa Lime καλύπτει συνολικά 420 τ.μ. και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 12 άτομα στα 6 υπνοδωμάτιά του. Όλο το ακίνητο είναι πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και κατασκευασμένο με υλικά υψηλής ποιότητας, δίνοντάς του μια σύγχρονη και μοντέρνα εμφάνιση. Το ελαφρύ, ευάερο εσωτερικό του προσφέρει ευρύχωρους χώρους καθιστικού, σχεδιασμένους για να μεγιστοποιούν την καλοκαιρινή σας εμπειρία.

Διασχίζοντας την ιδιωτική είσοδο στο ισόγειο θα βρείτε:

- Σαλόνι με 2 καναπέδες, τζάκι, smart τηλεόραση 55 ιντσών με Netflix, ηχείο Bluetooth και κονσόλα παιχνιδιών PS4 που παρέχει άμεση πρόσβαση στη βεράντα.

- Ένα επιπλέον καθιστικό με 2 επιπλέον καναπέδες και ένα πιάνο. Και τα δύο καθιστικά προσφέρουν όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα.

- Μεγάλη εσωτερική τραπεζαρία για 12 άτομα.

- Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με επώνυμες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και νησιώτικο πάγκο.

- Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με πρόσβαση στο χώρο μπάρμπεκιου και ανεμιστήρα οροφής.

- Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με πρόσβαση στο χώρο στάθμευσης.

Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και διαθέτουν επίσης τηλεοράσεις 32 ιντσών, καθώς και δικά τους μπάνια με καμπίνες ντους και διαθέτουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα (0,90 Χ 2,00) τα οποία μπορούν επίσης να ενωθούν μαζί για να σχηματίσουν ένα king size κρεβάτι κατόπιν αιτήματος.

- Μια χαλαρωτική αίθουσα σπα με εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα 14 m2 με λειτουργία υδρομασάζ και θέα στο νερό, βάθους 1,20 m. Αυτό το ιδιωτικό καταφύγιο διαθέτει επίσης καθιστικό, καμπίνα ντους, εξοπλισμό γυμναστηρίου που περιλαμβάνει διάδρομο και στατικό ποδήλατο, κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση 50 ιντσών και άμεση πρόσβαση σε εξωτερικούς χώρους. Η πισίνα μπορεί επίσης να θερμανθεί κατόπιν αιτήματος, με επιπλέον χρέωση 20 € ανά ημέρα (σημειώστε ότι η θέρμανση της πισίνας μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί κατόπιν αιτήματος εκ των προτέρων για ολόκληρη τη διαμονή και απαιτείται ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον μία εβδομάδα εκ των προτέρων).

- Ένα δωμάτιο πλυντηρίων με πλυντήριο ρούχων και στεγνωτήριο ρούχων.

Τα υπόλοιπα τέσσερα υπνοδωμάτια του Villa Lime βρίσκονται στον πρώτο όροφο, συμπεριλαμβανομένου του κυρίως υπνοδωματίου. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, φτάνοντας σε αυτό το επίπεδο, οι επισκέπτες θα βρουν:

- Κύριο υπνοδωμάτιο με γκαρνταρόμπα, ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι, king-size κρεβάτι (1,80 x 2,00), χρηματοκιβώτιο, κλιματισμό, τηλεόραση 32 ιντσών και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα , καμπίνα ντους και διπλοί νεροχύτες.

- Ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και τοίχο με παράθυρο, που προσφέρει εκπληκτική θέα.

- Δύο υπνοδωμάτια που μοιράζονται μια βεράντα που οδηγεί στον εξωτερικό χώρο του κάτω ορόφου.

Αυτά τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια είναι κλιματιζόμενα και διαθέτουν επίσης ανεμιστήρες οροφής, τηλεοράσεις 32 ιντσών, καθώς και δικά τους μπάνια με καμπίνες ντους και διαθέτουν δύο μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα (0,90 Χ 2,00) μπορούν επίσης να ενωθούν για να σχηματίσουν ένα κρεβάτι king size κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Ο εξωτερικός χώρος των 2500 m2 συμπληρώνει ιδανικά τους εσωτερικούς χώρους της βίλας με μια μεγάλη βεράντα που προσφέρει εξαιρετική πανοραμική θέα στην περιοχή και το γαλάζιο του ουρανού και της θάλασσας. Επίσης, χωρισμένο σε δύο επίπεδα αποτελείται από το ισόγειο και το κάτω επίπεδο. Όλος ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι πλήρως περιφραγμένος, προσφέροντας απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα στους επισκέπτες μας.

Ισόγειο

- Μια ευρύχωρη και κομψά επιπλωμένη βεράντα προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στο σαλόνι.

- Πλήρως εξοπλισμένες εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου Charcoal με υπαίθριο νεροχύτη.

- Ξυλόφουρνος.

- Σκιερό, στρογγυλό τραπέζι φαγητού για γεύματα στο ύπαιθρο για 12 άτομα.

- Μεγάλος χώρος με γκαζόν δίπλα στο μπάρμπεκιου, ιδανικός για να παίζουν τα παιδιά.

- Ένας λαχανόκηπος είναι επίσης διαθέσιμος για τους επισκέπτες μας πάνω από το χώρο μπάρμπεκιου.

Κάτω επίπεδο

Κατεβαίνοντας λίγα βήματα από το ισόγειο φτάνετε στον χώρο της πισίνας, απολαμβάνοντας επίσης πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα και τη γύρω περιοχή. Αναλυτικά, η βεράντα της πισίνας περιλαμβάνει:

- Μια ελεύθερη μορφή, 70m2, ιδιωτική πισίνα με καταρράκτη, βάθους 1,40 m, εγγυάται τα ευεργετικά αποτελέσματα μιας αναζωογονητικής βουτιάς σε μια ζεστή καλοκαιρινή μέρα.

- Ο χώρος ηλιοθεραπείας είναι εξοπλισμένος με 8 άνετες ξαπλώστρες, 2 ξαπλώστρες, ένα διπλό ανάκλιντρο και 2 ομπρέλες για απόλυτη χαλάρωση.

- Χώρος με γκαζόν δίπλα στην πισίνα με παιδική χαρά για τους μικρούς μας επισκέπτες.

- Εξωτερικό καθιστικό δίπλα στην πισίνα με καναπέδες και πολυθρόνες.

- Εξωτερικό WC με ντους.

- Ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης για 5 αυτοκίνητα εντός των εγκαταστάσεων της βίλας.

- Ιδιωτική είσοδος με πύλη.

This is an incredible villa which worked perfectly for our group. The large kitchen/dinner/social space opened up on to the balcony which makes it a great sociable villa. The views are amazing, and having the option of the indoor pool to be heated was perfect for us. There are gates by the stairs to the outdoor pool which was helpful to stop the young children in our group going near the pool unsupervised. Each bedroom was en suite and all the rooms were all spotlessly clean... So much so that my friend crawled into a glass door on arrival when testing the indoor pool water temperature!

The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious with stunning grounds and a gorgeous pool. The space inside was very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all amenities. While the location is a bit remote and a 15 mins drive to the center of Rethymno, it was extremely safe and very peaceful and lots of bakeries and supermarkets are close by. Communication with the host was very easy and they came to clean the space a couple of times during our stay which was very helpful. One issue that we encountered was limited internet. The host reset the router a few times which helped a bit but we wish that could have been smoother during our stay. Overall we had a lovely stay and recommend this home for a large group.

We had an amazing time! The house exceeded our expectations. We had 12 people in our group, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house and the property were beautiful! The house was incredibly clean, modern, and spacious. Emmanouela was very responsive and extremely helpful. She assisted us with dinner reservations and even compiled a list of beautiful beaches and other places to visit. Her mom made a delicious meal for all of us to enjoy, which was an amazing surprise! We would LOVE to stay here again! Thank you again for making our vacation fantastic with your gracious hospitality!

What a wonderful villa! When we arrived we were so happy and it was perfect for a family group of 9 - three generations including four children aged 10-15. Each room has an ensuite and is a good size and beautifully decorated. The living area is fantastic with two connected sitting areas and a big well equipped kitchen. The indoor pool is a wonderful added bonus which the kids loved. The outdoor pool was so much fun with wonderful views and the garden had a lovely outdoor seating area with a bbq and pizza oven. In the gardens is a small lemon grove from which we picked lemons to make lemonade.Emmanouela is also a wonderful host and responded to all our questions immediately and was very helpful across the stay. We felt very well looked after.It is also a 5m drive to the beach and 10m to rethimno so super easy to get around and get to local shops. All in all a wonderful villa - top notch.

Our stay was perfect from booking, during our stay and until check-out. The view from the villa is stunning, the rooms are perfect, the house and garden is very beautiful and the area is perfect for day trips or shorter trips. Also the villa is cleaned very frequently so we never had to worry about spending our day with something else than vacation :) The kids had fun in the indoor and the outdoor pools. It was always a please to relax with some chilly drinks in the sun or have a nice dinner in the evening at the bbq place. Emmanouela was a wonderful host alway reacted very fast and was helpful in every occasion, I can only absolutely recommend :)
