В саду есть специальное закрытое место для барбекю, которое полностью оборудовано, с дровяной печью, раковиной, холодильником и красивым обеденным столом из хрустального мрамора, на котором могут разместиться 12 человек. Затененный двор у бассейна обеспечивает прекрасный вид на окружающую вас красоту. Внутри вилла имеет большие площади, которые спроектированы и декорированы с особой тщательностью. На первом этаже вы найдете гостиную, полностью оборудованную кухню открытой планировки, просторную ванную комнату, 2 спальни и прачечную. Имеет прямой выход к бассейну.

На следующем этаже есть гостиная, кухня и ванная комната, которая ведет к большой тенистой веранде с роскошной уличной обеденной мебелью и большим хрустальным обеденным столом, с которого открывается волшебный вид. На последнем этаже находится главная спальня с ванной-джакузи и феноменальным видом, а также вторая просторная главная спальня с панорамным видом на море. Все помещения виллы оборудованы кондиционерами и оснащены SmartTV, а сигнал Wi-Fi является исключительным на случай, если вам нужно организовать встречу в масштабе. Расположение виллы позволяет вам проводить множество мероприятий и однодневных экскурсий на небольшом расстоянии. Прекрасный пляж находится прямо под виллой.

Skip the islands and come here for the beach part of your vacation!

There is no enough accolades that we can give for this villa. We were two American families (4 adults and 2 kids) traveling together. This was the perfect air bnb for us. For starters, our host Emy was the personification of Greek hospitality, she went…
There is no enough accolades that we can give for this villa. We were two American families (4 adults and 2 kids) traveling together. This was the perfect air bnb for us. For starters, our host Emy was the personification of Greek hospitality, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We got a little lost getting there because of our phones and she waited on us for hours. She fully stocked the fridge, got presents for our kids, and even dropped off ice cream treats. When we unfortunately got sick, she even brought us dinner. Drop her name at any Restaurant and you’re a VIP! All of that would be enough, but then there’s the home itself, which is absolute perfection - it is everything you could want in a Greek villa. The view is second to none. The pool was incredible. The furnishings and decorations indulgent. The house is split into two separate apartments, which is perfect for two families. The beds were very comfortable. Cold A/C! The outdoor areas are ridiculously posh including a full pizza oven. The beach is walkable, although a hike uphill back. The hike is worth it though in exchange for the view. The town is everything you want out of Greece - a perfectly charming port town with kind people and delicious, authentic food. We were originally supposed to stay on one of the Greek isles and booked this last minute after our other reservation fell through. We are so glad we did as there is no way our original accommodation could have been thus nice. Skip the islands and come here for the beach part of your vacation!

Amazing Villa, equipped with everything required. Amazing views from the Villa and great location. The host was very nice and helpull for any issue/concern. well recommended !

Everyone loved it.

A Wonderful Stay. The owner was charming, the facilities were great. The house has two main levels and so the kids and adults were able to have their own “zones”. Everyone loved it. Restaurants and sights around excellent.

BEST VILLA IN THE AREA We have been visiting Ancient Epidavros for over a decade so we know the area very well, the tavernas, the ancient theater, the sites etc.. We found this villa and are so lucky as we did not know that such a special house existed…
BEST VILLA IN THE AREA We have been visiting Ancient Epidavros for over a decade so we know the area very well, the tavernas, the ancient theater, the sites etc.. We found this villa and are so lucky as we did not know that such a special house existed. It is located on a really magical spot above the beach with a breathtaking sea view that is so unique as you have an unobstructed view of all the little town and the coastline! It's a high end Villa from every aspect. The design and decoration are brilliant with nice colours that make your day..The pool is enormous and really beautiful..The host is the best in the world offering genuine Greek hospitality!!! Strongly recommended as a 5 star place!
