Το Απέραντο Γαλάζιο Επίδαυρος βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 400 μέτρα από την πεντακάθαρη θάλασσα της Αρχαίας Επιδαύρου και έχει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα που κόβει την ανάσα. Πρόκειται για μια επιβλητική και ευρύχωρη βίλα, η οποία είναι χτισμένη με τοπική πέτρα σε διακριτική απόχρωση του λευκού, με μαρμάρινη πρόσοψη, γεμίζοντας με μια αίσθηση ησυχίας πολυτέλειας. Περιβάλλεται από έναν όμορφο κήπο με ψηλούς φοίνικες και εξωτικά λουλούδια, ο οποίος οδηγεί σε μια μεγάλη πισίνα υπερχείλισης με θαλασσινό νερό, καθώς και ένα τζακούζι για απόλυτη χαλάρωση.

Στον κήπο, υπάρχει ένας ειδικός κλειστός χώρος μπάρμπεκιου, ο οποίος είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, με ξυλόσομπα, νεροχύτη, ψυγείο και μια όμορφη τραπεζαρία από κρυστάλλινο μάρμαρο που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 12 άτομα. Μια σκιερή αυλή στον χώρο της πισίνας προσφέρει τέλεια θέα στην ομορφιά γύρω σας. Στο εσωτερικό, η βίλα έχει μεγάλους χώρους που είναι σχεδιασμένοι και διακοσμημένοι με μεγάλη προσοχή. Στο ισόγειο, θα βρείτε το σαλόνι, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης, ένα ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, 2 υπνοδωμάτια και ένα laundry room. Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση στην πισίνα.

Ο επόμενος όροφος έχει καθιστικό και χώρο κουζίνας και μπάνιου, που οδηγεί σε μια μεγάλη σκιερή βεράντα, με πολυτελή έπιπλα τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου, μεγάλη κρυστάλλινη τραπεζαρία με μαγευτική θέα. Στον τελευταίο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα master υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό τζακούζι και εκπληκτική θέα, και ένα δεύτερο ευρύχωρο master υπνοδωμάτιο με απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα. Όλοι οι χώροι της βίλας είναι κλιματιζόμενοι διαθέτουν SmartTV και το σήμα Wi-Fi είναι εξαιρετικό σε περίπτωση που χρειαστεί να κάνετε μια συνάντηση με ζουμ. Η τοποθεσία της βίλας σας επιτρέπει να έχετε πολλές δραστηριότητες και ημερήσιες εκδρομές σε κοντινή απόσταση. Η όμορφη παραλία βρίσκεται ακριβώς κάτω από τη βίλα.

Skip the islands and come here for the beach part of your vacation!

There is no enough accolades that we can give for this villa. We were two American families (4 adults and 2 kids) traveling together. This was the perfect air bnb for us. For starters, our host Emy was the personification of Greek hospitality, she went…
There is no enough accolades that we can give for this villa. We were two American families (4 adults and 2 kids) traveling together. This was the perfect air bnb for us. For starters, our host Emy was the personification of Greek hospitality, she went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We got a little lost getting there because of our phones and she waited on us for hours. She fully stocked the fridge, got presents for our kids, and even dropped off ice cream treats. When we unfortunately got sick, she even brought us dinner. Drop her name at any Restaurant and you’re a VIP! All of that would be enough, but then there’s the home itself, which is absolute perfection - it is everything you could want in a Greek villa. The view is second to none. The pool was incredible. The furnishings and decorations indulgent. The house is split into two separate apartments, which is perfect for two families. The beds were very comfortable. Cold A/C! The outdoor areas are ridiculously posh including a full pizza oven. The beach is walkable, although a hike uphill back. The hike is worth it though in exchange for the view. The town is everything you want out of Greece - a perfectly charming port town with kind people and delicious, authentic food. We were originally supposed to stay on one of the Greek isles and booked this last minute after our other reservation fell through. We are so glad we did as there is no way our original accommodation could have been thus nice. Skip the islands and come here for the beach part of your vacation!

Amazing Villa, equipped with everything required. Amazing views from the Villa and great location. The host was very nice and helpull for any issue/concern. well recommended !

Everyone loved it.

A Wonderful Stay. The owner was charming, the facilities were great. The house has two main levels and so the kids and adults were able to have their own “zones”. Everyone loved it. Restaurants and sights around excellent.

BEST VILLA IN THE AREA We have been visiting Ancient Epidavros for over a decade so we know the area very well, the tavernas, the ancient theater, the sites etc.. We found this villa and are so lucky as we did not know that such a special house existed…

We found this villa and are so lucky as we did not know that such a special house existed. It is located on a really magical spot above the beach with a breathtaking sea view that is so unique as you have an unobstructed view of all the little town and the coastline! It's a high end Villa from every aspect. The design and decoration are brilliant with nice colours that make your day..The pool is enormous and really beautiful..The host is the best in the world offering genuine Greek hospitality!!! Strongly recommended as a 5 star place!
