Villa Assava Phuket - это роскошная вилла в аренду с 5 спальнями и частным бассейном. Чистая и простая вилла Assava создает атмосферу предельного спокойствия, воплощение современной концепции дизайна в стиле минимализма. В его интерьере гармонично сочетаются изысканный черный, стильный белый и деревенское дерево. Самое поразительное, что его стены кажутся несуществующими. Наружные стены виллы почти полностью стеклянные, от стены до стены и от пола до потолка. Безрамные стеклянные панели обрамляют балконы и террасы, словно невидимые заборы.

И меньше значит больше. Благодаря кажущемуся отсутствию перегородок, Вилла Ассава раскрывает захватывающую красоту окружающей природы. Построенный на склоне холма, окруженный деревьями, отель с видом на воды залива Панг Нга расположен в тропическом раю.

В главном атриуме с двухэтажным потолком находятся гостиная, обеденная зона и современная американская кухня. Вся стена выходит к бассейну виллы, где вы найдете 17-метровый пейзажный бассейн, затонувшую беседку, а также бар и обеденную зону на открытом воздухе. Из гостиной плавающая лестница, спроектированная с умной игрой горизонтальных и вертикальных линий, ведет на верхнюю палубу атриума. Открытый снизу верхний уровень содержит библиотеку, игровую зону с бильярдным столом и доступ к главным люксам виллы.

На вилле Assava всего пять спален, каждая с собственными ванными комнатами и телевизорами с плоским экраном. Две главные спальни, расположенные на верхнем уровне, оснащены собственными ваннами, гардеробными и балконами. На вилле также есть спа-салон, который можно переоборудовать в дополнительную гостевую спальню.

Фитнес-зал, а также несколько баров и ресторанов находятся всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от виллы, а пляж - всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Четыре сотрудника, включая личного повара, готовы обслуживать гостей.

This is not my first time staying in a Villa in Phuket. I have to say if you want a quiet and beautiful view place for a vacation, this is the place. This is a new Villa with a infinity pool, where you can see the sunset or sunrise. The villa manager, Aon, she is very attentive and considerate. She does her best to remember every guest preference, makes sure everyone has a satisfying experience in the villa. I love how she remembers to hand me a cup of warm water every meal. Thank you so much. It's so warm. I hope your services can keep it up.

Nous avons loué cette magnifique villa design avec des amis fin janvier 2019. La villa est idéalement située à côté de la mer avec une vue imprenable et dans le calme absolu; proche des restaurants et petits commerces. Nous sommes à vrai dire pas beaucoup sortis de la villa, tellement on s y sent bien. Le personnel de la maison est adorable et serviable tout au long de la journée; le confort à l intérieur comme à l extérieur de la villa est d une très grande qualité . Pour ceux qui ont envie de vrais vacances paradisiaques dans le grand luxe , nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine !

Incredibly beautiful villa, and absolute tranquility. No noise. New construction. Superb architecture. Very luminous, very large and very peaceful, we are well everywhere, rooms with splendid view, living room, relax lounge, kitchen, pool lounge, terrace, etc… . The pool at the center meets everyone and allows you to relax really well overlooking the bay. This villa also allows to look at the horizon has more than 180 degrees. Very well studied place. The very kind staff will take care of you for everything. There is a good restaurant and bar at the entrance of the complex. Boat trips to the islands, just in front of the resort. For sure, we will come back
