Η Villa Assava Phuket είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα που ενοικιάζεται με 5 υπνοδωμάτια και ιδιωτική πισίνα. Καθαρή και απλή, η Villa Assava δημιουργεί μια ατμόσφαιρα απόλυτης ηρεμίας, η ενσάρκωση της σύγχρονης μινιμαλιστικής σχεδιαστικής ιδέας. Το εσωτερικό του συνδυάζει αρμονικά το εκλεπτυσμένο μαύρο, το αριστοκρατικό λευκό και το ρουστίκ ξύλο. Το πιο εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι οι τοίχοι του μοιάζουν να είναι ανύπαρκτοι. Οι εξωτερικοί τοίχοι της βίλας είναι σχεδόν εξ ολοκλήρου κατασκευασμένοι από γυαλί, από τοίχο σε τοίχο και από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή. Τα γυάλινα πάνελ χωρίς πλαίσιο οριοθετούν τα μπαλκόνια και τα καταστρώματα του σαν αόρατοι φράχτες.

Και το λιγότερο είναι πραγματικά περισσότερο. Με τη φαινομενική απουσία χωρισμάτων, η Villa Assava αποκαλύπτει την εκπληκτική ομορφιά του φυσικού της περιβάλλοντος. Χτισμένο σε μια επικλινή πλαγιά λόφου, περιτριγυρισμένο από δέντρα και αγναντεύοντας τα νερά του κόλπου Phang Nga, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε έναν τροπικό παράδεισο.

Το κεντρικό αίθριο, με τη διώροφη ψηλή οροφή του, στεγάζει το σαλόνι, την τραπεζαρία και μια αμερικάνικη κουζίνα τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Ένα ολόκληρο τμήμα τοίχου ανοίγει στον χώρο της πισίνας της βίλας, όπου θα βρείτε μια πισίνα υπερχείλισης μήκους 17 μέτρων, μια βυθισμένη σάλα και ένα υπαίθριο μπαρ και τραπεζαρία. Από το σαλόνι, μια πλωτή σκάλα σχεδιασμένη με ένα έξυπνο παιχνίδι οριζόντιων και κάθετων γραμμών οδηγεί στο επάνω κατάστρωμα του αίθριου. Ανοιχτό από κάτω, αυτό το ανώτερο επίπεδο διαθέτει βιβλιοθήκη, χώρο παιχνιδιών με μπιλιάρδο και πρόσβαση στις κύριες σουίτες της βίλας.

Η Villa Assava έχει συνολικά πέντε υπνοδωμάτια, όλα με δικά τους μπάνια και τηλεοράσεις επίπεδης οθόνης. Δύο master υπνοδωμάτια, που βρίσκονται στο επάνω επίπεδο, διαθέτουν δικές τους μπανιέρες, δωμάτιο-ντουλάπες και μπαλκόνια. Η βίλα στεγάζει επίσης μια αίθουσα σπα η οποία μπορεί να μετατραπεί ως επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο επισκεπτών.

Ένα γυμναστήριο, καθώς και μια επιλογή από μπαρ και εστιατόρια απέχουν μόλις λίγα λεπτά από τη βίλα, ενώ η παραλία βρίσκεται σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια. Τέσσερα μέλη του προσωπικού, συμπεριλαμβανομένου ενός ιδιωτικού σεφ, είναι έτοιμα να εξυπηρετήσουν τους επισκέπτες του.

This is not my first time staying in a Villa in Phuket. I have to say if you want a quiet and beautiful view place for a vacation, this is the place. This is a new Villa with a infinity pool, where you can see the sunset or sunrise. The villa manager, Aon, she is very attentive and considerate. She does her best to remember every guest preference, makes sure everyone has a satisfying experience in the villa. I love how she remembers to hand me a cup of warm water every meal. Thank you so much. It's so warm. I hope your services can keep it up.

La villa est idéalement située à côté de la mer avec une vue imprenable et dans le calme absolu; proche des restaurants et petits commerces. Nous sommes à vrai dire pas beaucoup sortis de la villa, tellement on s y sent bien. Le personnel de la maison est adorable et serviable tout au long de la journée; le confort à l intérieur comme à l extérieur de la villa est d une très grande qualité . Pour ceux qui ont envie de vrais vacances paradisiaques dans le grand luxe , nous ne pouvons que vous recommander cette location. Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine !

Incredibly beautiful villa, and absolute tranquility. No noise. New construction. Superb architecture. Very luminous, very large and very peaceful, we are well everywhere, rooms with splendid view, living room, relax lounge, kitchen, pool lounge, terrace, etc… . The pool at the center meets everyone and allows you to relax really well overlooking the bay. This villa also allows to look at the horizon has more than 180 degrees. Very well studied place. The very kind staff will take care of you for everything. There is a good restaurant and bar at the entrance of the complex. Boat trips to the islands, just in front of the resort. For sure, we will come back
