Στο Villa Mediteran, είστε λίγα λεπτά μακριά από την Παλιά Πόλη, τον ιστορικό πυρήνα και το κύριο αξιοθέατο του Ντουμπρόβνικ. Προορισμένη για οικογένειες και φίλους που απολαμβάνουν τον χρόνο τους μαζί, η βίλα είναι ένα γαλήνιο καταφύγιο μετά τη φασαρία των καλοκαιριών του Ντουμπρόβνικ. Καθώς αυτό το προστατευόμενο από την UNESCO Μνημείο Παγκόσμιας Κληρονομιάς τραβάει όλο και περισσότερη προσοχή κάθε χρόνο, το να έχετε το δικό σας κομμάτι του ουρανού γίνεται όλο και πιο σημαντικό.

Αυτή είναι η Villa Mediteran Dubrovnik! Καθισμένη πάνω από έναν πολυσύχναστο δρόμο που οδηγεί στην Παλιά Πόλη, η βίλα καλλιεργεί μια «καλή» ατμόσφαιρα ως την υπογραφή της. Χτισμένο από πελεκητή πέτρα, η αρχιτεκτονική του αντηχεί μια παιχνιδιάρικη κομψότητα, με πολλά παράθυρα που δημιουργούν μια χαλαρή ατμόσφαιρα με πολύ φως στο εσωτερικό.

Η θέα από τη βεράντα είναι γεμάτη με εντυπωσιακά δείγματα αρχιτεκτονικής του 19ου και 20ου αιώνα. Η περιοχή γύρω από τη βίλα ήταν ιστορικά γνωστή ως κήποι του Ντουμπρόβνικ, καθώς η γη γύρω εδώ είχε καλλιεργηθεί ήδη από τον 13ο αιώνα. Μετά την επέκταση των κατοικιών έξω από τα Τείχη της Πόλης, εδώ κατασκευάστηκαν επιβλητικές βίλες της πόλης την ίδια εποχή με τη Villa Mediteran, εξ ου και η γειτονιά λάμπει με αντιπροσωπευτική αρχιτεκτονική. Στην απέναντι πλευρά του δρόμου, το πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο κτήριο του Πανεπιστημίου του Ντουμπρόβνικ ήταν αρχικά νοσοκομείο, που χτίστηκε το 1887 κατά την Αυστροουγγρική περίοδο.

Don't look any further than this Villa. We stayed here with another family and it was more than a place to sleep, it was a brilliant memory to add to our trip. The home has old world charm, Ana and Marko, the most thoughtful hosts. They made dinner reservations, offered local suggestions for food and sights, and even helped arrange a private chef to come in and cook for our group. You MUST do the chef if you're able. So much more fun than a sterile hotel room, every angle was picture perfect. A seven minute walk to the old city, a ten minute cab ride to Lapad, and ten minutes to nearly every beach. There was absolutely no downside to this place. Don't look any further. This place has everything you never knew you wanted. Thank you Ana and Marko!!!!!

Ana's villa is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. From the well-decorated, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms to the multiple private decks, this villa has everything you could ever need in a vacation home! The kitchen is well-equipped, the washer and dryer work perfectly, and the views are stunning. We were overwhelmed with how lucky we were to wake up in this place every morning, and drinking wine on the roof deck at sunset while overlooking Dubrovnik was magical. Ana and her son were both excellent communicators and very flexible -- we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik! Thank you, Ana, for such a memorable stay in your beautiful home!

If there is excellence beyond excellence then that was this place and this host. When you travel with kids and your 78 year old grandma you want all help, attention, comfort you can get and we got more than that. Not even every family would treat you like Ana treated us - so much love and care. The location is beyond excellent - 8 min walk from the old city of Dubrovnik. Please don’t rent a car while you are there - get an Uber or a driver. There is LITERALLY no parking and the money you paid will not only be waisted on the rental car but it will cost you to drag it around and return it. Taxi, Uber, walk. Ana knew everything: the best places to dine, the groceries, the places to go and answered within seconds. The Villa is BETTER than the pictures show which is amazing on its own. Thanks to Ana and her family we had a truly unforgettable stay and we are picky (well, you’d be picky too if you came to Croatia all the way from Miami). Infinitely grateful and hoping to come back.

Staying in Villa Mediteran was the absolutely perfect decision for our visit to Dubrovnik. Location is the best possible you can find in Dubrovnik because it is literally in front of the city walls of Old Town. Villa has two spacious floors and it has a unique Mediterranean style, we assumed it is a big villa but when we came we realized pictures cannot describe full experience. Rooms are tidy and cozy, well furnished and each has a modern bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and it is linked to the outside terrace which was great for dinner evenings. Ana and Marko were amazing hosts remaining on disposal during our stay, very helpful, communicative and pleasant. Overall experience is 10/10 and definitely worth of recommending, especially for bigger family groups.

She was very accommodating of our requests for a late check-in. She and Marko helped us out with booking tours and general suggestions about things to do. Thanks! One thing to note is that this property is on a main road.

Ana is a great host, super easy to talk to and a really nice person. Marko helped us as well! The place has two suites with bathrooms downstairs, perfect for couples. Upstairs has three more suites with bathrooms and we used that for our family with two kids and a baby. The living room is huge with table in the center. It has several places to sit for everyone. You can walk to the walled city, Old Town in about 5 minutes. Proto and Lady Pi Pi were good spots to eat. Go to the top to see the views, it really is spectacular. Dubrovnik is a hidden gem that is slowly getting discovered so come soon while it’s not as crowded! Amazing time and we loved the place.

This was one of the best stays we ever had. The villa is in the old town, well situated and close to all the highlights of the city. Not only was the villa amazing with all the amenities we needed, clean and better than the photos, but on top Ana was a gracious host, going out of her way to make our stay memorable. She even drove me to the airport to accompany me to retrieve a lost bag. She then took me for a tour in the old city for 3 hours. I can not recommend her or the villa enough. She was the kindest host. I will never forget Dubrovnik for so many reasons and she was the one of them.

Please don’t rent a car while you are there - get an Uber or a driver.
