Το Marathon Blue απέχει λιγότερο από μία ώρα από τα ιστορικά αξιοθέατα της Αθήνας και το Διεθνές Αεροδρόμιο και προσφέρει πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα σε μια περιοχή που είναι γνωστή για τις υπέροχες παραλίες με τα κρυστάλλινα νερά, τη φυσική ομορφιά και τη βιοποικιλότητα. Αρχιτεκτονικά σχεδιασμένη με ευαισθησία στη γύρω φυσική ομορφιά, η βίλα δένει τέλεια με το περιβάλλον και μιμείται τα χρώματα του τοπίου.

Our stay at the Marathon Blue Villa was absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a modern, clean and stunning villa for a large group of people in Greece. I would definitely recommend renting cars to explore the local area and head to the shops but there's plenty to do and see. Spyros' was also the most communicative and helpful hosts I've ever come across and can't thank him enough for being so responsive and available to answer any questions we had. It's also worth mentioning that the villa views are incredible and we had the pleasure of seeing sunset every evening which was so special! 2020 has been a weird year for the world so our stay here was the most amazing week of the year so far, so thank you so much Spyros for having us at your wonderful villa!

The property itself is stunning, both the location (unblocked sea view from the top of the hill to bays on each side), amazing modern architecture, but most of all - the host - Spyro was incredible in assisting us in every way imaginable, and much more…
The property itself is stunning, both the location (unblocked sea view from the top of the hill to bays on each side), amazing modern architecture, but most of all - the host - Spyro was incredible in assisting us in every way imaginable, and much more. He lives on the top floor, but only responds when asked and when needed. Everything from doing the laundry drying for the baby in our party, valuable advice regarding attractions and restaurants, and much much more. We cannot recommend it enough. And the breathtaking views from the villa from the huge windows - you have to see it to believe!

Perfect luxury villa for any family.

 The villa is beautiful exactly as on the pictures. The owner is a very nice friendly person he spoiled us with everything. He showed the neighborhood the restaurants, beaches, bakery and supermarkets. The non-free beach was nice and sandy a little bit far from the villa but there is a natural rocky and half sandy beach within a few minutes walk behind the villa. The view is spectacular from the villa as it is situated on the top of the hill you can have a 360 degree sea view to both bays. The pool was very good to the children and all in all was a perfect stay for our big family.

Siamo stati ospiti nella bellissima Marathon Blue per una settimana, 4 famiglie con 7 bambini. La villa è molto bella, in una posizione in alto con incredibile vista su due lati della baia, un bellissimo patio per cenare all’aperto, giardino curato, piscina, lettini e tutti i comfort per godersi gli spazi sia di giorno che di sera. La cucina è ben attrezzata di tutto anche per cucinarsi i pasti a casa, ci sono inoltre lavatrice e asciugatrice detersivi, dispensa e frigo sono ben forniti per colazioni e aperitivi. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, tutte con accesso alla piscina, biancheria letto e bagno inclusa, telo mare e bagno privato. C’è persino una palestra con tutto per il cross fit e lo yoga. Al nostro arrivo l’host ci ha fatto trovare un’ottima cena di benvenuto con prodotti tipici greci, un gesto apprezzatissimo siccome arrivavamo con bimbi affamati alle 7 di sera dopo un giorno di viaggio. Il vero valore della vacanza, sono stati tutti i servizi aggiunti che ci ha offerto l’host, con una disponibilità ed un’attenzione alle nostre richieste che ho visto assai di rado in esperienze precedenti. Per elencarne solo alcuni: - Ci ha messo in contatto con una signora super efficiente che si è resa disponibile per venire da noi ogni giorno per occuparsi di spesa e colazioni oltre che pulizia casa e stanze - Ci ha portato il primo giorno a fare il giro del circondario per farci conoscere taverne, supermercati, spiagge, produttori locali di yogurt e altre specialità greche - È venuto con noi a più di una cena per garantire che fossimo sempre trattati con il massimo riguardo mangiando nei posti migliori della zona (peraltro compagnia graditissima) - Ci ha fornito tutto il necessario per la pratica dello yoga aerial nonché ci ha fornito il contatto di una bravissima insegnante che è poi venuta in villa per farci lezioni (la villa è attrezzatissima per lo yoga aerial ed ha una terrazza spettacolare con doppia vista mare per la pratica) - Ci ha messo in contatto con taverne per consegne dei pasti a domicilio ed uno chef che ha preparato una intera cena alla villa, con tanto di vini selezionati dall’host in persona e una fantastica torta personalizzata con una nostra foto! Questi solo alcuni dei tanti comfort e valori aggiunti che ha garantito al nostro soggiorno, rendendolo davvero unico. Ci siamo sentiti più che in vacanza, in famiglia, coccolati e serviti di tutto. Straconsiglio questa villa sia per famiglie con bambini piccoli come noi, che per gruppi di amici o coppie senza figli. Esperienza da ripetere! Aggiungo un grazie speciale al nostro host per tutte le piccole grandi attenzioni che ci ha dedicato.

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Tage in Marathon Blue und es war wunderbar! Die Villa entspricht wirklich die dargestellten Bilder und hat insgesamt 6 Zimmer mit jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche, wo ebenfalls alles vorhanden…
Wir waren insgesamt 7 Tage in Marathon Blue und es war wunderbar! Die Villa entspricht wirklich die dargestellten Bilder und hat insgesamt 6 Zimmer mit jeweils ein eigenes Bad. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche, wo ebenfalls alles vorhanden ist. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank sogar gefüllt, sodass unsere Einkäufe fast nicht mehr reinpassten. Es fehlt einem an Nichts und bietet einen unglaublichen Luxus – vor allem mit diesem Ausblick. Geschäfte und Tavernen sind unten am Berg und somit muss man immer etwas fahren, aber wenn man das weiß ist dies kein Problem. Unten am Berg gibt es sogar fast eine private Badestelle, da dieser nicht so bekannt ist, sodass man hier herrlich ungestört im Meer baden kann. Wenn man aber Lust hat auf Baden mit mehr Trubel, sind etwas weiter weg auch mehrere Beach Clubs, die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Spyro ist ein vortrefflicher Gastgeber und obwohl er über die Villa wohnt, stört dies in keinster Weise. Im Gegenteil, wenn man einen Wunsch hat, wird Spyro diese auf die ein oder andere Art erfüllen. Wir haben einen Geburtstag gefeiert und es gab sogar einen Kuchen und eine Taverne wurde extra für uns geöffnet! Wir werden wieder kommen in diese herrliche Gegend in diese schöne Villa!

MarathonBlue is unique. Our stay in Spyro's house exceeded our expectations. He was exceptionally generous to us, proactive and most thoughtful. Right from the start he was very efficient with the arrangements. There were things in the fridge to get us going. A car is essential to get around to supermarkets/shops or beaches. However, the house has exceptional views, is quiet, private and provides open living. We spent a few days just chilling and enjoying the surroundings. Spyro is very knowledgeable and has lived in this area for many years, he suggested restaurants, activities and beaches to visit. The culinary highlights were a fish dinner at Sasi and steak at the Argentina restaurant near Marathon, which he most generously introduced us to. There are 2 places to swim that are only a 15 mins walk from the house (down hill). There is a small sandy bay to the north down a track, or you can sit on smooth rocks and swim in calm deep water to the south (not suitable for young children). There is a wide sandy beach with restaurants only 10 mins by car. I am very much looking forward to returning with my family to share this wonderful experience. Why head to the islands when you have this only 50 minutes or so from Athens and the airport!

This is a beautiful house , spacious and clean and it's extra value comes from it's owner - Spyro who lives in the upper floor. Our family consisted of 8 adults and 5 children, for 2 of them (6 mos. and 18 mos. Spyro arranged new cribs. We did split between 5 rooms and it was adequate . We made use of the kitchen facilities and the Barbecue outside and cooked most of our meals .Sitting on the balcony , watching the blue magical bay and Evia Island in the horizon with an Ouzo cold glass in your hands and your mouth is a remedy. Spyro took us to the local groceries, bakery, Yogurt dairy and gave us valuable recommendations of attraction in the region . The swimming pool is a great place for the family to gather and to chill. All our question were responded immediately via text messages or in person. The view is grand , but if you'll want to drive to the nearby beaches it will take 15-20 minutes , but the hilly drive and the landscape is breathtaking. It's a place you'll consider coming back for sure.
