Villa Kiss, Kissamos - Ultramodern and stylish, the five-bedroom villa offers uninterrupted views across the green sheen of olive trees toward the Bay of Kissamos and the stunning turquoise sea. The outdoor space is expansive, centered around a 50-square-metre swimming pool. Utopia is our largest Sea View villa on the hillside, with its sister property, Majestic, sitting slightly higher up the slope.

The villa’s elegant structure integrates seamlessly with the landscape, and the outdoor façade complements the fabulous interior. Every room includes a terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. A lovely pergola-shaded al fresco dining area provides seating, tables, and outdoor sofas, all set amidst a carefully landscaped garden filled with native shrubs, flowers, and trees.

This is the perfect place to start your day with an outdoor breakfast before venturing out to explore some of the nearby beaches, such as Falasarna, visiting the Venetian port of Chania, or discovering western Crete.

Inside, the villa features a spacious open-plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances and ample work surfaces. The kitchen adjoins a dining area and lounge, which is centered around an eco-friendly fireplace. Utopia accommodates up to 10 guests, and each bedroom is a luxurious retreat, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

Outside, whether you're relaxing in the pool or lounging on the sunbeds and poolside mattresses, the spacious indoor and outdoor areas are easily accessible. Pale-washed walls contrast beautifully with natural stonework, and the vast pool reflects the true dreamy beauty of Utopia.

A charcoal BBQ is available, perfect for warm evenings spent grilling fresh fish, lamb, or steaks sourced from nearby merchants and artisan shops. Villa Kiss, Kissamos offers ample parking space, with additional parking near our main Sea View Villas reception area.
