Ο συνδυασμός καινοτόμου σχεδιασμού, κομψής αρχιτεκτονικής και εντυπωσιακής θέα, καθιστούν τη βίλα Άβυσσος ένα μοναδικό καταφύγιο για τις καλοκαιρινές σας διακοπές. Το Abyss Villa προσφέρει ιδιωτικότητα και άψογο στυλ με αυτό το κρίσιμο συστατικό της άνεσης και της πολυτέλειας.

Ο εσωτερικός και ο εξωτερικός χώρος συγκεντρώνονται στο ίδιο επίπεδο με πρόσβαση μέσω ενός μονοπατιού φιλικού προς αναπηρικά αμαξίδια που οδηγεί μέσα από τους κήπους στο χώρο στάθμευσης. Έμφαση έχει δοθεί στον εξωτερικό χώρο, ο οποίος είναι εναρμονισμένος με τις κομψές εσωτερικές αρχιτεκτονικές γραμμές. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσφέρει μια ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης για άπειρες στιγμές χαλάρωσης και μια μαγευτική τραπεζαρία που καλύπτεται από μια ειδικά σχεδιασμένη πέργκολα, παρέχοντας σκιά ενώ επιτρέπει στον μεσογειακό ήλιο να φιλτράρει.

Τα μεγάλα παράθυρα αφήνουν το φως και προσφέρουν εκπληκτική θέα στον κόλπο της Κισσάμου και στους διαμορφωμένους κήπους της βίλας. Οι ενδημικοί θάμνοι, τα λουλούδια και τα δέντρα συμπληρώνονται με παραδοσιακούς πέτρινους τοίχους που συνδυάζονται με το φυσικό περιβάλλον για να προσθέσουν τη συμφωνία του. Η ιδιωτική πισίνα υπερχείλισης έχει θέα στους ελαιώνες προς το Αιγαίο και είναι μια θέα που θα είναι μια αξέχαστη εικόνα ενός πλαισίου που περικλείει όλη τη γοητεία της Μεσογείου. Το σαλόνι είναι μοντέρνο με εκτεταμένα χαρακτηριστικά φυσικής πέτρας που συνδυάζονται με μοντέρνες λιτές γραμμές, ενώ η κουζίνα είναι ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με πρακτικές επιφάνειες εργασίας Corian, υπερσύγχρονες συσκευές και μια άτυπη τραπεζαρία. Η κύρια κρεβατοκάμαρα είναι ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης με ένα βραβευμένο διπλό κρεβάτι και γυάλινο διαχωριστικό COCO Mat που χωρίζει τον χώρο ύπνου από την γκαρνταρόμπα, ενώ το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο διαθέτει μπανιέρα με τζακούζι που βλέπει στο παράθυρο που ανοίγει σε μοναδικές θαλάσσιες θέες.

This is it! Amazing experience in the Villa. I highly recommend staying there for a trip to West Crete. It feels secluded and private, lots of vegetation, private pool and terrasse with an amazing view + all the amenities you need. Grocery store and coffee shop close by and the nearest town, Kissamos is 5 min drive. A short drive to all the amazing places to visit in West Crete (beaches, olive oil production, gorges, Chania, vineyards). Plus Eleni and Vassilis are amazing hosts! It feels like a 5 stars resort more than a home to be honest. Highly recommend!

A perfect get away for a couple looking for a quiet retreat. Top-tier amenities combine with stunning views to remarkable effect. The drive up to the property is out of a dream: winding through an olive grove, chance meetings with wild peacocks, glimpses of your beautiful villa. The property is better than the pictures. A patio surrounded by gorgeous myrtle, rosemary, and all sorts of flowers is completely private. The pool is deep and long enough for a few good strokes. You are high on a hill and below you is the Aegean. It’s almost too beautiful to believe.Book this property if you can - you will not be disappointed.

Stunning villa and location!

The Villa is well located for visiting Elafonisi beach and Balos beach, there are also local vineyards and olive groves to visit.There are many good restaurants locally, Gramboussa on the Balos road would be our recommendation. Eleni checked us in and was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, she also made us some delicious Dakos one day which was a treat. Communication with Vasillis before the stay was also very good.Overall I highly recommend staying here and we’d like to visit again one day.

Our flight got in late and the manager helped us order food to be delivered to the villa which was a huge relief!

There is even a local coffee, bakery and restaurant delivery service on speed dial! It’s perfectly positioned to explore the local area and beaches of the west. We will definitely be back!
