The hosts were friendly & and accommodating & provided a small welcoming care package which was very thoughtful. Our family really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, having dinner on the balcony & having access to a workout room. Overall, our stay was a 10!

When we arrived at the villa, we met Mr. Adam, who showed us everything we needed and he had already bought snacks and drinks for the villa, which was a pleasant surprise when we arrived from the evening flight. Communication was very easy and Adam always answered us if we had any questions. We got great local restaurant recommendations from him. Check-in and check-out was easy and flexible, the entire villa staff was very friendly. We can warmly recommend staying at the villa!

We were 7 adults and 1 child (1.5y) and stayed here for 1 week during May. Overall we are super satisfied with our choice to spend our vacation here! Communication before the trip were easy with fast responses from the host. Once we arrived Adam met us at the house and showed us everything that we needed to know. Adam also texted us later on to inform us about when then cleaners would arrive. The house itself, got everything you need. All rooms are modern and were cleaned upon arrival. You got everything you need in the kitchen, we had dinner at the house three nights. There is also an excellent grill. Walking distance to the beach, and to several super markets. Overall I really don't have anything bad to say. If I would name something, it is that the garden area and the pool is quite much smaller than what it looks like on the pictures. But I also guess this would be the same for several houses. If you wanna have an excellent stay in Agia Marina, book this place now!

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Adam, the owner with wine and beer! As all the Cretans we met, Adam was friendly, polite and welcoming. The villa was superb. Clean, modern, well-equipped. It’s in a central position for all bars and restaurants and is directly opposite the Rustic Garden restaurant which was superb (recommend booking). There’s a supermarket at the end of the road. The pool is small but was perfect for 8 of us. The villa was thoroughly cleaned during our stay. Including the pool. The only slight downside was the storage in the rooms was quite limited and no full length mirror in the second floor bedroom. But that’s literally all we could find fault with. Thank you Adam and family for a fantastic base for our family holiday to Crete!

We stayed almost a month in the villa Theasis with a family of 6. The villa can accommodate 8 persons in total. The owner is very kind and helpful and really did a great job all along our stay. Walking distance from any shops an very good restaurants and also from the agia marina beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and you can really have peaceful time in the villa. The villa itself is great, with a bathroom in each room and an extra shower on the ground-floor which we used on the day we left after having spent some time at the beach. The villa is cleaned twice a week and all towels are changed. The swimming pool as well. We could just relax and discover the west part of Crete. One of the best holidays we had in a long time.

We stayed at one of the brand new villas for 3 weeks in the month of August. From the moment we arrived, Adam (the owner) was welcoming and helpful. The villa is well laid out and has everything you need, from the pool to a washing machine to a workout room and foosball table. The cleaning lady (who came every 3rd day) did a great job cleaning the villa from top to bottom. Even though we had our own car, the location of the villas are within walking distance to the main strip in Agia Marina, local beaches, shops and restaurants. There is a lovely restaurant called Rustic Garden, located literally 10 steps from the villa. A definite must try! The sunsets in the evenings are beautiful and you can hear the waves crashing when you relax by the pool at night. We had an amazing family vacation and would definitely book this villa again next summer.

This property and its owners are absolutely amazing! Adam (the owner) met us at the property and showed us around, he could not have been more accommodating. The house is brand new with a state of the art interior and every little detail done to perfection. The owner and his wife both checked with us during our stay to make sure that there was nothing we needed. The house is close to all manner of shopping and 20 metres away is The Rustic Garden, one of the most unique and beautiful restaurants I've ever been in. Five stars is not a high enough rating for the owners or the property!

The place was perfectly clean and nicely updated with everything we needed. The pool was lovely and private with a beautiful view of the sea. It was a short walk to the boardwalk with lots of restaurants and the beach just beyond it. On the beach you can rent a chair all day for only 5€. Our host was super responsive and accommodating.

Great place to stay, within walking distance to the beach, lots of good restaurants, beautiful sunsets. The place itself was very spacious, had very comfortable beds and lots of bathrooms highly recommend we would book here again
