Το συγκρότημα Eland Dream Villas αποτελείται από τέσσερις νεόδμητες βίλες που βρίσκονται σε δύο στρέμματα με κλίση προς τη θάλασσα και επιτρέπει στις τέσσερις βίλες να έχουν απεριόριστη θέα στην ακτογραμμή. Κάθε βίλα διαθέτει παράθυρα από το δάπεδο μέχρι την οροφή που επιτρέπουν στους επισκέπτες μας να έχουν υπέροχη θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος. Οι βίλες που ολοκληρώθηκαν πρόσφατα κατασκευάστηκαν με υλικά τελευταίας τεχνολογίας. Είναι μονωμένα και εξοπλισμένα με αυτόματο κλιματισμό με ελεγχόμενη θερμοκρασία.

Όλες οι βίλες διαθέτουν ευρύχωρες βεράντες με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στο Κρητικό Πέλαγος. Οι βεράντες είναι εξοπλισμένες με άνετους χώρους καθιστικού, ώστε να μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε με τον πρωινό καφέ ή το βραδινό σας γεύμα. Κάθε βίλα έχει θέα στη δική της ιδιωτική πισίνα. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χαλαρώσουν στον ξεχωριστό εξωτερικό κήπο και στη βεράντα τους με ξαπλώστρες. Διατίθεται ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις. Το Eland Villas προσφέρει στους επισκέπτες του όλες τις απαραίτητες ανέσεις για μέγιστη άνεση και απόλαυση κατά τη διαμονή τους. Το Eland Dream Villas διαθέτει εξωτερική ιδιωτική πισίνα και μπάρμπεκιου. Δωρεάν δορυφορική τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, δωρεάν Wi-Fi σε όλους τους χώρους και δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης στις εγκαταστάσεις.

Το ισόγειο αποτελείται από ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι και κουζίνα ενιαίας διαρρύθμισης, εξοπλισμένη με σύγχρονες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και μαγειρικά σκεύη εξαιρετικής ποιότητας. Στο ίδιο επίπεδο υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια, όλα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και θέα στη θάλασσα. Στον πρώτο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Αυτό το υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει τη μεγαλύτερη βεράντα της βίλας με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα. Ένα επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτιο βρίσκεται κάτω από τη βίλα με φυσικό ηλιακό φως και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Διαθέτει επίσης μικρό καθιστικό. Δίπλα στο υπνοδωμάτιο βρίσκεται ένα κλιματιζόμενο οικογενειακό δωμάτιο. Ο αυτόματος κλιματισμός καλύπτει όλα τα δωμάτια, καθώς και δωρεάν δορυφορική τηλεόραση και δωρεάν Wi-Fi.

We really enjoyed having a sitting area and kitchen for breakfasts as well. However, most of our time was spent outside in the wonderful pool area, taking in the beautiful views of the sea and soaking up that amazing Greek sun! The location was also great, with plenty of options for nearby restaurants and markets, and just a short taxi ride into Chania.

Excelent accomodation. 3 Families on the three Vilas out of 4. Helen had everything arranged and in order. She assisted with early check in and a very late Check out. She was there for everything we needed. Very Clean!

The villa is as good as it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily with turning of the sheets every few days. My group of friends and I had an amazing stay at the villa. We loved the fact that every room has a separate bathroom and even the ‘kids room’ was perfectly suitable for a couple. It was a lovely spot for our friends to get ready for their wedding with plenty of space for everyone to move around. Location wise, it’s perfect for getting into Chania Old Town or around to the beach clubs.

Let me start by telling you that I wish I could have extended my stay at Eleni's place. What a charming, clean, luxury, well thought place. It felt like home. Beautiful spot close to all and surrounded by wonderful views and beaches. We were a group of 10 people aged from 5 to 53 and every one loved Eleni's awesome place. She is a super host and we had her whole family take care of us with whatever we needed. You will not regret going to Eleni's place and you will definitely want to renew the experience year after year.

We would definitely come back!

A great place, spotless and wonderful amenities. 10 minutes from Chania. The villa is true to its pictures and does not disappoint. Eleni is very responsive and offers great suggestions of where to go and what to do.

You are silly if you are in Chania and do not stay in one of Eland dream villas. Eleni and Roula were both very responsive and accommodating from our late check in because of ferry delay and our requests during our stay. The location is fantastic- 5 mins walk to the beach to hop in the ocean. Walking distance to many great restaurant and grocery stores. Our family of 7 took advantage of the outdoor space and grill and made seafood dinner every night. We also love the gym and ping pong table in the basement.
