Το GM Villas είναι μια ιδανική επιλογή για μεγάλες παρέες ή οικογένειες που επιθυμούν να περάσουν τις διακοπές τους με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και πολυτέλεια. Το GM Villas Chania αποτελείται από δύο βίλες, τη Villa Karga και τη Villa Nova.

Οι δύο βίλες είναι εντελώς ξεχωριστές με τη δική τους ξεχωριστή κύρια είσοδο και ξεχωριστό περιφραγμένο χώρο στάθμευσης. Ολόκληρη η ιδιοκτησία περιβάλλεται από πέτρινους τοίχους με συνδεόμενη πόρτα μέσα στον κήπο, η οποία μπορεί να ξεκλειδωθεί όταν και οι δύο βίλες ενοικιάζονται μαζί από μια ομάδα.

Και οι δύο βίλες μαζί μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν 12-14 άτομα. Ιδανικό για οικογενειακές εκδηλώσεις ή γάμους!

Το να ταξιδεύετε ως ομάδα σημαίνει να απολαμβάνετε ο ένας την παρέα του άλλου και να έχετε τον κοινό χώρο για να το κάνετε. Οι εσωτερικοί και εξωτερικοί χώροι διαβίωσης προσφέρουν ιδιωτικότητα και ανεξαρτησία, καθώς και όμορφους χώρους για να διασκεδάσετε, να κοινωνικοποιηθείτε και να περάσετε ποιοτικό χρόνο μαζί. Ολόκληρη η ιδιοκτησία παρέχει οικείους χώρους για τις ομάδες να περνούν όσο περισσότερο ή όσο λίγο χρόνο μαζί επιθυμείτε. Οι βίλες μας είναι σχεδιασμένες με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε η εγγύτητα και η ιδιωτικότητα να συμβαδίζουν.

Αν θέλετε να γιορτάσετε κάτι ξεχωριστό, τίποτα δεν ξεπερνά την ευελιξία που προσφέρει μια ιδιωτική βίλα όπου μπορείτε να προσλάβετε έναν σεφ, να σχεδιάσετε το μενού σας και να δημιουργήσετε μια μοναδική στιγμή που αντικατοπτρίζει εσάς και την ομάδα σας.

The location was perfect, with a short way down to the small charming town, Almyrida, with a lovely beach and nice tavernas. The service from the landlord was great, easy to get hold of by email. Good starting point for hiking trips in the area (if it's not too hot ) We would love to come again. Greet seven satisfied guests.

Facilities added an extra luxury feel with steam room and gym. Very conveniently located to access a good range of cafes and restaurants within walking distance - we really enjoyed every meal that we had. Would highly recommend the villa - it made for a wonderful week and very sad to come home!
