Το Imperium Estare αποτελείται από δύο ολοκαίνουργιες, ανεξάρτητες, τριώροφες βίλες εξαιρετικής ποιότητας που μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν άνετα έως και 20 άτομα συνολικά και βρίσκεται στο Καλαμάκι, ένα δυτικό προάστιο των Χανίων. Σε μια ιδιόκτητη έκταση 2 στρεμμάτων και 15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από την πόλη των Χανίων, οι δύο παρόμοιες βίλες ανοίγουν τις πόρτες τους σε επισκέπτες που αναζητούν ιδιωτικότητα, υπερσύγχρονες ανέσεις και εγκαταστάσεις 5 αστέρων. Το κτήμα, σχεδιασμένο για μπλουζάκι, είναι φτιαγμένο για μεγάλες ομάδες που αναζητούν ευχάριστες, άνετες και αξέχαστες στιγμές.

Κάθε ένα απλώνεται σε τρεις ορόφους ξεκινώντας από τον κάτω όροφο μέχρι τον 1ο όροφο, συνολικής επιφάνειας 200m². Στο ισόγειο θα βρείτε μια ενιαία διάταξη που περιλαμβάνει, το σαλόνι με τις μεγάλες συρόμενες πόρτες, έναν γωνιακό καναπέ, μια τηλεόραση smart LG 50 ιντσών, μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές τελευταίας τεχνολογίας και η τραπεζαρία είναι κατάλληλη για 8-10 άτομα. Στον ίδιο όροφο, υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο king-size, με άμεση πρόσβαση στον κήπο και την πισίνα μέσω μιας μπαλκονόπορτας, καθώς και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο queen-size με θέα στον κήπο από τις μπαλκονόπορτες. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν τηλεόραση Smart LG 32 ιντσών και κλιματισμό. Ο τελευταίος χώρος στο ισόγειο είναι ένα κοινόχρηστο μπάνιο με μεγάλη, γυάλινη καμπίνα ντους με νιπτήρα από γρανίτη.

Ανεβαίνοντας μια όμορφη ξύλινη σκάλα βρίσκεστε στον πρώτο όροφο που διαθέτει ένα μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο king-size με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Μια συρόμενη γυάλινη πόρτα οδηγεί σε μια πολύ μεγάλη, επιπλωμένη βεράντα με γυάλινο σκελετό που έχει θέα στο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας, στο νησί Θοδωρού και στα Λευκά Όρη. Κατεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες, το ένα βρίσκεται στον κάτω όροφο, το οποίο είναι μια άλλη εξαιρετική προσθήκη στις βίλες με δύο επιπλέον υπνοδωμάτια επισκεπτών (twin & queen) και δύο επιπλέον μπάνια με μεγάλες, γυάλινες καμπίνες ντους και νιπτήρες από γρανίτη. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, θα βρείτε επίσης δωρεάν δωμάτια, όπως το γυμναστήριο, το δευτερεύον σαλόνι, την αίθουσα σπα (σάουνα και τζακούζι) και τις εγκαταστάσεις πλυντηρίων.

Such an amazing experience!

We rented one of the two villas for two families of four. We had more than enough space and did not feel crammed or crowded. We did not have neighbors next door but even so the villas are built for privacy. The home is supremely built without any corners…
We rented one of the two villas for two families of four. We had more than enough space and did not feel crammed or crowded. We did not have neighbors next door but even so the villas are built for privacy. The home is supremely built without any corners cut short. The pictures online do not do the villa justice. Amazing views of the sea. The pool is generous and we enjoy lovely dinners under the covered patio. Beyond the villa, Eva and John were amazing. Simply put, the best hosting we’ve experienced. A minor appliance issue was promptly addressed. In addition they arranged wonderful experiences including outstanding private chef services and arranged a last minute private sailing charter to Balos and Gramvousa. They are wonderful, generous, and kind. You couldn’t ask for better people.
