Our stay at this luxury villa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning location, thoughtful touches, and flawless service. Perched on a hill with sweeping sea views, the villa blends modern elegance with traditional Cretan charm.Inside, the decor is tasteful and calming, with spacious bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is the real highlight - an infinity pool overlooking the sea, a shaded dining area, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Every sunset here felt like a private show.The villa is ideally located: close to Chania town and amazing beaches, yet peaceful and private. Our hosts were outstanding - warm, helpful, and available whenever we needed anything. They even arranged a private chef for one evening, which was unforgettable.In short, this villa offers total relaxation in a luxurious setting. 5 out of 5 no hesitation.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa with an amazing view!We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely villa in Agia Marina. The house was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained - everything was just like the photos, if not better! The large outdoor area was truly the highlight - plenty of space to relax, dine outside, and enjoy the stunning view over the sea and surrounding area. We spent every evening watching the sunset in peaceful surroundings.The host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect - quiet and private, yet still close to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Agia Marina.All in all, a beautiful villa that we highly recommend, whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the beautifully maintained garden to the sparkling pool that became our daily sanctuary.Every amenity we could have hoped for was provided, making our stay effortless and truly relaxing. Nikos went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. He organized taxis for us each day, making getting around completely stress-free. One of the highlights of our trip was a wonderful boat trip he arranged, an unforgettable experience we’ll always treasure.Hospitality like this is rare. Nikos and his team were warm, professional, and always available to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return!Highly, highly recommended.

The villa was incredibly beautiful both inside and out and matched the description very well. Also clean. A large swimming pool crowned the courtyard area. Good location, in a great spot on top of a hill, with stunning views. You could quickly walk to the beach from the hill. It was a little bit painful walking uphill, but we managed it and it was easy to get there by taxi and it was not a problem. The owner Nikos was easy and pleasant to deal with and responded to messages well and quickly. Giorgos the villa manager, was a really great and friendly guy. He helped with everything in the area, including taxis in the area and airport transfers. He asked every day are how we are doing. Warm recommendations also to Stalia transfer for airport transfers. Everything went better than well. They helped with the bags and arranged child car seats in the cars

I took my daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren to Greece this summer, to experience their heritage, staying for one week at this villa. I wanted us to be pampered, and we were. I wanted us to be comfortable with elegant surroundings, and it is what we had. The incredible design of the house, patio, swimming pool, lighting enveloped us in a space that allowed to be at home. More importantly the hospitality we encountered from our super host and his family allowed us to feel like family in the best possible sense. We were respected, cared for, attention given to our individual needs. The Nikolioudis family is the epitome of everything wonderful about being Greek and human. The location is fantastic, near eateries, towns and beaches. We look forward, I certainly look forward, to returning to this part of Greece, and absolutely to this villa.
