Nikolioudis Villa Spirit Chania είναι μια πολυτελής βίλα δύο επιπέδων με 4 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια και 1 WC και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εύκολα έως και 10 άτομα. Το ισόγειο της βίλας διαθέτει μεγάλο σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία, WC και κουζίνα. Όλα διακοσμημένα με μινιμαλιστική έννοια με μοντέρνες πινελιές.

Το επάνω επίπεδο διαθέτει 4 υπνοδωμάτια και 3 πλήρη μπάνια. 2 από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν διπλά κρεβάτια και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους. Τα υπόλοιπα 2 υπνοδωμάτια έχουν 2 μονά κρεβάτια το καθένα και μοιράζονται ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο με ντους. Τα μονά κρεβάτια μπορούν να μετατραπούν και να χρησιμοποιηθούν ως διπλά κρεβάτια. Όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια έχουν εκπληκτική θέα και μεγάλα μπαλκόνια. Από το κεντρικό σαλόνι, μεγάλες πόρτες βεράντας οδηγούν στις ανοιχτές ηλιόλουστες βεράντες που περιβάλλουν την όμορφα σχεδιασμένη ιδιωτική πισίνα.

Προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα, ο εξωτερικός χώρος της Νικολιούδης Villa είναι ιδανικός για να περάσετε υπέροχα με την οικογένεια ή τους φίλους σας. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι ευρύχωρος και διαθέτει ομπρέλες, ξαπλώστρες και τραπεζαρία, δίπλα στο μεγάλο μπάρμπεκιου. Όλα είναι σχεδιασμένα σε τέλεια αρμονία για να προσφέρουν μια ιδιωτική και οικεία αίσθηση!
