Oneiro Villa Chania Κρήτη. Η βίλα Oneiro είναι μια νεόκτιστη πολυτελής βίλα 5 υπνοδωματίων που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Καλαθάς και είναι ιδανική για ήρεμες, χαλαρωτικές διακοπές. Μια έκταση 16.000 τμ ακαταμάχητης ομορφιάς, υπόσχεται μια αναζωογονητική και κομψή διαμονή στην καρδιά ενός καταπράσινου τοπίου. Αφήστε τον εαυτό σας να χαλαρώσει με τον ήχο των τζιτζικιών και το γάργαρο του νερού.

Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, τραπεζαρία, μεγάλο καθιστικό με τζάκι, τουαλέτα και βεράντα με πανοραμική θέα στο κτήμα και τη θάλασσα. 28 π.μ. στούντιο πλήρως με ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, μπάνιο με ντους, ντουλάπα, ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, τηλεόραση LCD, κλιματισμό, σύστημα συναγερμού και βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα, τον κήπο και τα βουνά.

Υπάρχει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο (33τ.μ.) με μεγάλα διπλά κρεβάτια, ντουλάπα, μπάνιο με ντους και τζακούζι, βεράντα με πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, το κτήμα και το βουνό. Ένα άλλο υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ντουλάπα με θέα στο νότιο τμήμα του κτήματος και τα βουνά. Το τρίτο δωμάτιο με μεγάλο μονό κρεβάτι, ντουλάπα και πανοραμική θέα με διπλά τζάμια. Τα δύο τελευταία υπνοδωμάτια μοιράζονται ένα ευρύχωρο και πολυτελές μπάνιο και μια βεράντα (28π.μ.) με ένα τραπέζι για 6 έως 8 άτομα.

Υπάρχει πλυντήριο, αποθήκη, τουαλέτα και αρκετός χώρος για να φιλοξενήσει 2 ακόμη επισκέπτες.

Το Oneiro Villa Chania περιβάλλεται από πάρκο υγείας, ελαιώνα, αμπελώνες, αυτοφυή δέντρα και φυτά και λαχανόκηπο, όλα προσβάσιμα μόνο για τους ενοίκους της βίλας. Perfect in every way!

We spent three weeks in June/July 2023 in this beautiful villa. The photographs are great but it is even more luxurious in real life. It was spotless, cleaned fully twice per week and Mr Solonas was so helpful during our stay, recommending things to…
We spent three weeks in June/July 2023 in this beautiful villa. The photographs are great but it is even more luxurious in real life. It was spotless, cleaned fully twice per week and Mr Solonas was so helpful during our stay, recommending things to do and places to eat. There was a really generous welcome pack left for us with everything we needed for our first day. There were 8 of us and we had ample space for everyone, the grounds surrounding the villa are vast and so private - with olive, lemon and orange trees! The local beach at Kalathas (I km away) is lovely but we spent more time on Stavros Beach (15 minute drive), with the stunning backdrop of the mountain and bar service to the sun loungers. Chania old town is a 20-25 minutes drive away and is a charming Venetian style town with delicious restaurants on every corner. It is steeped in World War 2 history and we really enjoyed the walking tour of the town followed by dinner matched to Greek wines. For wine lovers the wine and olive oil trip that takes in Milia (a quaint, romantic town with no electricity!) in a four-wheel drive is a great day out! We were glad we had two cars for our trip but on nights when no-one wanted to drive we found Zen taxis great, you can what's app Giannis directly on 0030 6932911784. Gorgona Beach Bar (30 minutes drive) is a great place to watch the sunset with fab traditional Greek food. We had four teenagers with us and they were spoilt with activities on the island - they did snorkelling, paddle boarding, scuba diving, a cycling tour from Georgioupolis town to Lake Kournas, Limnoupolis water park, go-karting at Pista Park (right beside the water park) and we all did the breathtaking Samaria Gorge hike (bring good walking shoes and use a big stick to keep your balance on the rocky downhills!). We all agreed that this has been one of our favourite holidays ever and the villa was a huge reason why we all enjoyed it so much. You will NOT regret booking your holiday here!

Had a fantastic time at the villa, a group of 10 of us were fully accommodated in this beautiful villa, hosting all amenities one could desire - it has to be said that our expectations were blown away upon arrival and the listing undersold itself, a perfect getaway. The owner greeted us with great respect as we arrived early, allowed us to enter the huge gated villa to relax by the pool and explore amongst the orchard whilst a thorough clean of the property commenced. The management of the property was impeccable, our host was an incredibly nice guy who had a variety of recommendations and evidently had a desire for us to have the best possible time - left a decent welcome pack too, with a plethora of fruit, cheese and some local wine. Well connected with a basic shop at the top of the road and a reasonably short walk to the kalathas beach which hosts a taverna, SUPs, sunbeds and showers. Whilst also being a short taxi drive from the local town which has an excellent wine bar and traditional Greek restaurant. Chania centre is reliably a €25 taxi away with night life and plenty of history and restaurants. A great source of seafood if BBQ's are on the cards (one of many additional features at Villa Onar). A particular treat unbeknownst to us was the rooftop terrace, a highlight of the holiday was stargazing. Thank you so much to our hosts for the best week staying at Villa Onar! You will not regret booking this property.

So helpful

Such helpful staff; Mr Solonas was so cheerful and friendly, met us at the villa, kept the grounds in great condition, answered questions and even chased after us to the airport with some clothes we had left behind! 10/10 for Mr Solonas.

Two familes visited there at mid May, 4 kids 9months to 5 years. Everything was as stated on pictures/describtion or better. I would like to point out 3 things that are beyond the pictures: 1. there is nice BBQ place at pool area, which is build afterwards the pictures are taken 2. As shown in pictures, there are two pools which are very clean - meaning that the water is fresh, without excessive odor and no trash. 3. The outdoor gardens are far more extensive than pictures show - many things for kids to explore. This place is entertaining for kids of all ages, if you don´t have problems to watch them all the time - due to steps and pool. The beach nearby (~1km) is very good. Nice and helpful gentleman was taking care of gardens and visitors request almost every day. Owner also greeted us when we arrived. There is two minor things I would also like to mention: 1. The Villa is in vicinity of Hania airport, meaning that there is airplanes flying over. For us it was rather positive thing as kids were interest to follow what kind of planes were flying over. We were not bothered by the noise. 2. As housekeeping visited only once, we would’ve liked to have available some kind of basic cleaning tools to wipe out floors etc as we had 4 kids rolling around. Very nice place and people, thank you!

Wow, My family of 8 has just stayed in this beautiful villa, built to a very high spec, and well maintained. A welcome pack, food and drink was awaiting us when we arrived, a nice gesture so a supermarket run was not needed straight away. We were also greeted by the owners to show us round. There were more then enough rooms to cater for us and more, plenty of bathrooms and towels. Outside there are 2 pools with a bbq and wood fire oven, perfect for evenings to cook meals brought from local markets, the grounds of the property are kept beautifully with plenty of flower, herb and olive trees to go and explore. Supermarkets are a walk or short drive away as well as the brilliant local beach. The villa is set in a quiet location with views of the mountains and the sea. Lots of great beaches and restaurants all just a short drive away. I would not hesitate to return here and fully recommend staying at the Villa and would give it 10/10 rating! Onerio villa also known as villa onar in kalathas was suited in the perfect place , we were surround by lots of activities, we took the liberty of doing 'go karting' only 30 mins away by taxi. The beaches were close by , we spent the day there and loved it, the beach had wifi and lots of water sports. But nothing beats the atmosphere the villa itself provided, the view was georgous, we could see a panoramic view from the roof topand each room had a view and terrace. The large garden provided the perfect location for our game of hide and seek, lots of lovely flowers and 3 swings were found it was brilliant for photography of nature, the pool was lovely and clean and it was lots of seating , lots of sun bathibg took place and a barbeque area stocked with utensils. When we arrived we found the villa was bigger than we expected, the owners was very friendly the villa was stocked with everything you could need from towels to soap and even take out menus. He gave us advise on the area and a taxi number to use as we didin't want drive. We had a brilliant time, we even had 'in house massages' ,it was the perfect location for a holiday that provided an exquisite combination of relaxation and fun , we will definatly return and recommend this villa.

This is a lovely house, with a beautiful outdoor area. The owner takes good care of his place, and want you to do the same. If you appreciate a nice home (and to treat it well), this is the place for you. Everything in the house is clean and fancy. The pool area is absolutely perfect and the kids, and the parents;), loved it. The villa is located in the countryside/rural surroundings, in a more quiet part of Crete. The farmers will come with the sheeps by the road in the morning, and the sunset is quiet and beautiful. At first I thought that it maybe was too far away, but it was the best place to be for us. The perfect place to get away, relax and enjoy. We had a car and went to Chania (ca.15 min drive) a couple of times, very nice in the old town (just keep away from the most tourist areas near the harbour;). We drove to Agia Marina, Kato Stalos and Platanias, and we were so happy we didn't ended up living/staying there. So busy and too much tourist area for us. Going back to lovely Kalathas, the house and not to forget, the Kalathas beach, was fantastic. The beach is so nice and charming with soft sand and shallow -perfect for the kids. It was clean, had a little kiosk to buy milkshake or cold beer, and a charming tavern serving local food. Sunbeds to rent if you want. We were welcomed with some food and wine at the arrival, and the owner showed us the area and nearest supermarket where you can buy everything you need (not far to drive). We loved our stay in this beautiful villa, and maybe we will come back one day:)

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oneiro Villa in Chania. We were quite a large group (plus one toddler) and the villa was the perfect size for us, with modern amenities, nice finishings, a beautiful pool (and adjoining kid's pool), a lovely view…
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Oneiro Villa in Chania. We were quite a large group (plus one toddler) and the villa was the perfect size for us, with modern amenities, nice finishings, a beautiful pool (and adjoining kid's pool), a lovely view, and an amazing garden of olive trees. In addition to being a charming villa, it is also very functional. A small example, the bathrooms are all very modern and the water pressure is great. The outdoor grill is also great for making a feast - which we did on several occasions. Mrs. Marmo who met us at the villa was extremely helpful, very nice and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for a better, more beautiful place. It's also very well located - a 10-12 minute drive to the charming town of Chania, and a five minute drive to our favorite (and most frequented) beach in the region of Chania, Kalathas beach. My only side comment to the owners and to you would be to include more than one set of keys. As it's quite a large villa with many rooms and therefore many occupants, it makes sense for there to be at least 2-3 sets of keys. Best, Helene

The standard of finish was superb, right down to the appliances which were premium brands. It offers peace and tranquility if you want but is within easy reach of beaches and a few local restaurants. If you require a bit more hustle and bustle Chania and it's beautiful old town and harbour is a short drive away. Marmo the contact when you arrive was very helpful and a good source of information, even recommending and booking restaurants and taxis. We were two families sharing this property and there was still plenty of space to accommodate more. We would definitely recommend a stay here and may even return ourselves one day. Many thanks.

We spent a week at the villa from 28th May to 4th June 2016 as a celebration holiday with my daughter, son-law, two grandchildren ( ages 1 and 3), my son, his partner and two good friends. The villa is located amongst olive groves and the owner is creating walks through the grounds. All were amazed at the standard of the villa and the outside pool area. The villa had a separate self contained room which was great for our friends providing privacy whilst maintaining contact with the party, the basement room similarly good for our son and his partner and the first floor bedrooms sensibly laid out for parents with young children and access to the grandparents room!! there is also a lift from basement to 1st floor rooms.There was an excellent safe sandy beach within 15 minutes walk, be aware that the hill coming back up to the villa is challenging but a car was found to be invaluable. We were met at the villa by the owner who provided a instruction tour of the villa and grounds, a welcome pack was provided and the owner guided us to the nearest supermarket for our first provisions. An excellent holiday was had by all.

Had a fantastic time at the villa, a group of 10 of us were fully accommodated in this beautiful villa, hosting all amenities one could desire - it has to be said that our expectations were blown away upon arrival and the listing undersold itself, a perfect getaway. The owner greeted us with great respect as we arrived early, allowed us to enter the huge gated villa to relax by the pool and explore amongst the orchard whilst a thorough clean of the property commenced. The management of the property was impeccable, our host was an incredibly nice guy who had a variety of recommendations and evidently had a desire for us to have the best possible time - left a decent welcome pack too, with a plethora of fruit, cheese and some local wine. Well connected with a basic shop at the top of the road and a reasonably short walk to the kalathas beach which hosts a taverna, SUPs, sunbeds and showers. Whilst also being a short taxi drive from the local town which has an excellent wine bar and traditional Greek restaurant. Chania centre is reliably a €25 taxi away with night life and plenty of history and restaurants. A great source of seafood if BBQ's are on the cards (one of many additional features at Villa Onar). A particular treat unbeknownst to us was the rooftop terrace, a highlight of the holiday was stargazing. Thank you so much to our hosts for the best week staying at Villa Onar! You will not regret booking this property.

The stay at the villa was really wonderful, the gentlemen who was taking care of the villa was attentive and a big help. The house is wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay there , the garden, the view and the pool thank you so much!!!
