Το Villa Pervoli Chania βρίσκεται στο χωριό Βαρίπετρο, περιτριγυρισμένο από φύση και όμορφη θέα στο βουνό. Η βίλα 4 υπνοδωματίων είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένη με μεγάλους χώρους, 3 μπάνια, 2 ιδιωτικά μπαλκόνια και μεγάλη βεράντα. Η βίλα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με σύγχρονες ανέσεις, όπως ηλεκτρική κουζίνα, φούρνο, πλυντήριο πιάτων και πλυντήριο ρούχων.

Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν μονάδες κλιματισμού. Ένα κεντρικό χαρακτηριστικό της βίλας είναι ο μεγάλος εξωτερικός χώρος καθιστικού με πισίνα, καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία, εξωτερική κουζίνα με μπάρμπεκιου και παιδική δομή. Η μεγάλη ιδιοκτησία περιλαμβάνει όμορφους κήπους και πορτοκαλί οπωρώνα. Η βίλα βρίσκεται σε ιδανική τοποθεσία για τους επισκέπτες να απολαύσουν την ηρεμία και την ιδιωτικότητα του καταλύματος, ενώ βρίσκονται κοντά σε όλες τις όμορφες τοποθεσίες και τις παραλίες στα Χανιά. Βρισκόμαστε 10 λεπτά έξω από το κέντρο των Χανίων και 5 λεπτά από την παραλία.

Το Villa Pervoli Chania βρίσκεται στον κεντρικό δρόμο που οδηγεί στο χωριό Βαρίπετρο. Θα βρείτε σε βολική τοποθεσία σε μικρή απόσταση από ένα μικρό κατάστημα / αγορά, αρτοποιείο / γλυκό και καφενείο, καθώς και βενζινάδικο (600μ). Το χωριό Βαρίπετρο φημίζεται για τις ελιές και τους πορτοκαλιές οπωρώνες και τη θέα στο βουνό. Το χωριό διαθέτει τόσο παραδοσιακές κατοικίες όσο και νεότερα ακίνητα. Τα αξιοθέατα κοντά στο χωριό περιλαμβάνουν ένα υδάτινο πάρκο, μια λίμνη με μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας και το μοναστήρι της Αγίας Κυριακής.

Our family stayed at Villa Pervoli for 10 days. What can I say: it was fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted by Nikos and Sophio with fine treats. The two showed us everything and offered their help at any time. The house, the pool, the relaxation corners .. everything was perfect. For us it is clear that we will definitely go back to Villa Pervoli the next time we visit Chania. THANK YOU for the wonderful time!

On arrival at the house, Nikos and Sofia were waiting for us with a big smile. There were also platters of fresh fruit, also Nikos' mother had baked two delicious cakes and there were bowls of fruit and vegetables from his garden. The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Nikos' father came several times to maintain the garden and bring us the ripe oranges from the orchard. The house was cleaned during our stay which was also very nice. The map with tips for beaches and restaurants was also very good. Nikos and his wife are very welcoming and helpful to complete your stay.
