Seaview Villa Areon Crete is a family-owned sanctuary set within a private 4-acre estate in Chania, offering sweeping panoramic views of the city and surrounding landscape. Designed with a focus on light, space, and harmony, the villa is perfectly suited for families and large groups of friends, providing both comfort and privacy alongside generous spaces for gathering and connection. Whether you seek privacy, time with loved ones, to celebrate special moments, or to explore the island, Lithea offers an unforgettable stay.

Seaview Villa Areon Crete is a unique property with a luxury aesthetic, consisting of three independent houses within the same estate, offering ideal autonomy and comfort for large families or groups of friends. Each residence has its own private entrance, creating the perfect balance between privacy and shared living.

Upon entering the estate, you will find a spacious parking area, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a breathtaking panoramic view over Chania that truly stays unforgettable. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing under the sun, as well as a barbecue area with a dining space, ideal for enjoying meals with a view alongside your family or friends. The outdoor spaces are fully equipped, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and memorable moments.

The villa consists of two residences on the ground floor and a maisonette on the first floor. On the ground floor, in the first house, you will find a comfortable living room and dining area overlooking the pool, along with a fully equipped kitchen. It features three bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes to keep your personal belongings organized, and 32-inch TVs, all with access to a balcony. In the same unit, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, offering additional comfort.

In the second ground floor house, you will find a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with one bedroom featuring a double bed, wardrobe, 32-inch TV, and balcony, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Moving up to the first-floor maisonette, accessed via its private entrance and an external staircase, you will find a bright and airy open-plan space with a comfortable living area for relaxing moments and a large dining table where everyone can enjoy meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare any meal you wish. On this level, there are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, wardrobe, 32-inch TV, and balcony, and the second with a queen size bed, wardrobe, 32-inch TV, and balcony, along with a bathroom with a shower.

Continuing to the upper level, you will find the remaining four bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe, 32-inch TV, and a balcony with panoramic views of the sea and the city of Chania. The second bedroom also offers a double bed, wardrobe, 32-inch TV, and balcony. The third and fourth bedrooms feature single beds, wardrobes, 32-inch TVs, and views of the mountains. On this level, there is an additional bathroom with a shower, while guests can also enjoy the balcony with its impressive panoramic view.

All areas are fully air-conditioned and offer free Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

This was the best Villa we ever rented in Europe

Everything was working to perfection, and the owners were so kind and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out, stunning view and great pool. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a family reunion.

The location was also great – close to local attractions but still private enough for a quiet getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Where to start, when we arrived to the Villa for the very first time, our exact words have been: "Wooow". The place is like from the dream. We have originally booked the villa to celebrate our wedding with all of our closest family. Villa was full with 26 guests and everyone had their own personal space. The space in villa has huge potential for wedding venue. Swimming pool is amazing for all ages and the water in there is so refreshing. More importantly I want to say that the owner is very nice and professional. He had resolved any problems that we had within an hour time, from broken light, wasps nest removal etc. You can see that he truly care about this place as best as he can. Since you wake up till you go swim at midnight the views are stunning from the villa. For me 20 out of 10.

The best view we ever had over the city of Chania! Like infinity pool :) Very nice surroundings, very good swimming pool. And we had 2 times a super BBQ, everything is there to have an amazing holiday. What is very easy too, is that it is 15 minutes…

Great villa and location!

Owners are absolutely amazing people! Villa’s location is in the stunning place on the hill with amazing view on the sea!!! Very beautiful place to spend the time with friends and family at specially for the celebrations!!! Highly recommend!!!

We stayed for a week in this elegant, beautiful Villa in Chania. One of the best villas in the area with stunning view, very nice swimming pool, spacious living room, excellent bedrooms and nice kitchen.The villa owners are loviest most hospitable hosts we have ever seen.Gave us two bottles of wine, home made olive oil, daily fresh fruits. Very nice people. We gave 7 stars(better than 5 star hotel) -highest of all for their villa. We will go back every year!!

This is the most amazing villa with the most amazing view, my husband and I had a small wedding there and stayed with our friends and family for about 5 days and had a blast. Highly recommend I want to creat amazing memories of a lifetime.

Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay here. The pool and outside space was fab and the indoor spaces were lovely. Perfect for a large group and easy access to Chania by car!

I had a lovely time at this villa, a beautiful private villa overlooking Chania city and the mountains and ocean. The villa was clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were always at hand if I needed anything, super responsive and kind-hearted…
I had a lovely time at this villa, a beautiful private villa overlooking Chania city and the mountains and ocean. The villa was clean, spacious, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were always at hand if I needed anything, super responsive and kind-hearted. Even delivered some homemade Greek desserts on Christmas Eve, which was such a lovely gesture! I didn't have a car but taxis were readily available, and also for food and groceries if you want to stay in then there is a free food delivery App called Wolt that services the area!:) All-in-all such a beautiful environment and a 5/5

More importantly I want to say that the owner is very nice and professional.
