Το Special Alas Villa βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα στη μεγάλη ακτογραμμή της περιοχής Ταυρωνίτη. Προσφέρει όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για να καλύψει ένα ευρύ φάσμα αναγκών καθιστώντας το ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες. Η βίλα διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια και 4 μπάνια, τα οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως και 8 άτομα σε 320 τετραγωνικά μέτρα και εκτείνονται σε τρία επίπεδα.

Το εξωτερικό προσφέρει ένα καταπράσινο τοπίο με θέα στη θάλασσα. Διαθέτει θερμαινόμενη πισίνα 76 τμ, παρέχοντας ακόμη και τη δυνατότητα στους μικρούς επισκέπτες να κολυμπήσουν με ασφάλεια. Στην πισίνα, θα βρείτε ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλες πισίνας. Υπάρχει ακόμη και χώρος μπάρμπεκιου με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία για έως και 10 άτομα.

Στο ισόγειο της βίλας, θα βρείτε μια άνετη πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία, ένα άνετο σαλόνι και ένα μπάνιο. Ο χώρος της κουζίνας έχει σχεδιαστεί για να είναι πλήρως λειτουργικός και πρακτικός, ειδικά για τους επισκέπτες που απολαμβάνουν το μαγείρεμα. Σημειώστε ότι βρίσκονται σε έναν ανοιχτό και ευρύχωρο χώρο που το καθιστά ιδανικό για χαρούμενες στιγμές με τα αγαπημένα σας πρόσωπα.

Ανεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες από το σαλόνι θα βρείτε το υπνοδωμάτιο με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο, διπλό κρεβάτι και πολυθρόνα-κρεβάτι. Η θέα που προσφέρει είναι στον κήπο. Κατεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες από το σαλόνι θα βρείτε τα άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια που βρίσκονται στο ίδιο επίπεδο με τους δρόμους. Το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δωμάτιο-ντουλάπα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι ιδανικό για επισκέπτες με αναπηρικό καροτσάκι, καθώς είναι προσβάσιμο με ανελκυστήρα. Το ιδιωτικό μπάνιο είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με εγκαταστάσεις για χρήστες αναπηρικών αμαξιδίων. Το τρίτο υπνοδωμάτιο έχει 2 μονά κρεβάτια που μπορούν να ενωθούν. Και τα δύο αυτά υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν τηλεόραση 43 ιντσών. Συνολικά όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν A/C, κουρτίνες συσκότισης και μπουντουάρ όπου μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως γραφείο. Ωστόσο, η βίλα διαθέτει 1 μπάνιο στο υπόγειο.

Η βίλα προσφέρει στο υπόγειο διάδρομο γυμναστικής, νερό κωπηλασίας, χαλάκι γυμναστικής και βάση με αλτήρες. Τέλος, υπάρχει σάουνα με υδρομασάζ καθώς και μικρό ντους και τουαλέτα.

Villa is still brand new, architecturally extremely beautifully built and very attractively decorated. Everything is very high quality, airy, spacious with different levels and for 6 people, of which 3 teenagers are really perfect. The lower room with fitness, hot tub and sauna was used lively. The nearby beach is pleasantly quiet and visited by the majority of locals. There is a delicious restaurant right on the sea, a 5 min walk. We felt very comfortable.

Stavroula and Alina went “the extra mile” to answer any inquiries or address any concerns. Enjoying the natural beauty of Cretan land and culture coupled with the stunning ambiance of the Villas was the perfect pair. You cannot beat the location and it is easily the most picturesque place in the area.

We had a very nice stay at the villa

The complex is a complex of 3 villas, which are however very well insulated from each other. The outdoor area as well as the house itself are very spacious and well equipped. The facility is very close to the sea (you just have to walk across the street)…
The complex is a complex of 3 villas, which are however very well insulated from each other. The outdoor area as well as the house itself are very spacious and well equipped. The facility is very close to the sea (you just have to walk across the street) and between 2 very nice Greek restaurants, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Chania can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by car in about 20-25 minutes and in just 10 minutes in the port of Kolimvari.The service was very good and a contact person was available at all times within minutes. We would recommend the villa and look forward to next time.

The villa is exactly like the pictures, a lovely sea view with the sun setting just behind the mountains. We were a family of 4 with a 9&11 yo, we had loads of space and the pool was amazing!Almyrikia was a great place to eat to watch the sun setting, we also really enjoyed Paliria, with a lovely sea view, both walkable from the villa.If you are sleeping in the master bedroom I would recommend an eye mask as a lot of the windows don’t have blinds. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend. Thank you

The villa is stunning and much better than the photos illustrate. I particularly enjoyed the large pool, gym and peaceful location of Tavronitis. The villa is opposite the sea, which, although it is not a sandy beach, is very quiet, and the water is clear. The sunsets are stunning. Beautiful flowers surround the villa, so there were a lot of birds and butterflies. There are two excellent traditional Greek tavernas within walking distance, so cooking is not required. Natasa was very responsive, even at night, with any questions I had, and she introduced us to an excellent boat rental company where we enjoyed a trip to the stunning beaches at Balos and Gramvousa. Natasa also kindly organised a villa pre-stocking service so we did not have to visit the supermarket, and Alina welcomed us with a welcome basket full of locally sourced produce. We thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing vacation, and we would love to return next year. Thank you!

The fridge was stocked with wine and water and there was a welcome basket of local product like olive oil, honey, oregano, olives and cookies. Amazing attention to details like this are very appreciated when we look for villa rentals.The villa...it looked exactly like the pictures and everything was spotless. The whole place is designed beautifully and decorated tastefully and really gives you that luxury experience. The natural light from the floor to ceiling windows is great and kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed. We even used the gym and sauna. The best part of the villa is the backyard and pool. Stunning seafront views and very comfortable pool chairs, well kept landscaping.Highly recommend it and we will be back!
